Like it here. But I don't really enjoy the prices. They have good fresh great tasting food, not awesome but good taste. They are just a bit to pricey now days with the competition out there, however, they have a few dishes they can do really well like Broccoli Cheddar soup, hard to beat.

It had been a few years since my visit before this stop but this location never seems to slow down. Situated in a prime spot up in the hazelwood area there is always someone with a smile on their face. You are greeted like you live there. Fresh pastries are at an all time high daily. I use to go in here before the school day and they would give me treats to take back to the rest of my staff. Keep up the awesome positivity!

Horrible service. Line was out the door. They didn't care, they didn't open another line, they just made everyone wait longer. I hope the manager is fired because they do not deserve their job. Look at the photo I took before you come here and ask yourself if you have time to stand in line all day. The cashier was also very confused when the two people standing in front of him ordered two coffees and had to repeat it back several times. He also thought our $10 bill was a $20 and gave us change for a $20 at first before realizing his mistake.

Not all bread companies are the same. Twice in a row I've had an abysmal experience. First time I ordered an iced coffee and my girl ordered one of the frozen coffee/ dessert things. The 'iced coffee' came out of the tea hopper they placed it in at room temp. That means it didn't melt the ice. So it was super concentrated.... and tasted burnt. Despite being the people in line we didn't get our iced drink for over 15 minutes. The two clowns behind the counter were too busy leaning on the cash register and a broom respectively and chatting to bother with us. When I asked about the drink they kept just standing there until I shouted "is anyone going to acknowledge me?" and a manager came over. I left pissed about the service. Today they pissed me off about their product. I've eaten asiago bagles from bread co for over a decade. I know how their supposed to be made. They couldn't be cheaper with the cheese. There was almost none to be found on top of the bagel and there was none at all on the bottom (*there is supposed to be a nice asiago plug running top to bottom right through the middle*).. Pass this place by. Cutting corners on product is not okay. Employees playing around and ignoring customers is not okay.

Love this location. outdoor seating is very contemporary and comfortable - indoor set up is perfect - food is wonderful and customer service is friendly & good

This place used to have it together. Now there are like two people working in the entire place and they are new. If you can wait 45 minutes to get a bagel and coffee this is your place. Me, well they've undone 7 years worth of customer building. They had a very rough go about two years ago for a 6 month period where slow service, incorrect orders and such were to be expected if you went there. They got a couple of managers who fixed that, made it fast and friendly and accurate. Of course they saw fit to transfer those guys. Brilliant move. Try the Bob Evan's counter instead, and keep writing to First Watch, pray that they open a location in Florissant!
