I would not EVER recommend this location to anyone looking to order something the way that they like it. I have had a few bad experiences now. The first 2 were addressed and one of them credited by the store manager. However, this last one took the cake. They forget to bring things that accompany the meal (forks, knives, etc) that normally come with it. Also, They have on 2 occasions neglected to mention that they didn't have side items, cheeses, peppers, and other items that go with the meal, but then the manager tried to tell me that I could fix that problem by "not ordering online". What is the purpose of online ordering if the order gets neglected or screwed up and the fix is not to order that way? I find their staff unprofessional, inconsiderate, and overall rude and obnoxious. Just passing on my few cents worth, as a previously frequent customer. I will NOT order there EVER again. Heck, one time, they even ended up not having the pasta I ordered at all, after having me wait for almost 30 minutes then letting me know that they didn't have it, so I needed to order something else. Which I did, just to get some food, as it was late, my leg was broken, and I couldn't go out to get food. I am very dissatisfied with this location. Buyer BEWARE!!!!
