Outstanding customer service! The cashier helped me since I hadn't been to a Culver's in a long time. Once you place your order, you get to sit down with your drink, and they'll bring the food to you. While I waited, someone brought me napkins and ketchup after asking me if I wanted ketchup with my pending fries. When I was done, someone promptly collected my trash and tray. So friendly! My burger and fries were very good. The single was about the right size for an average lunch. I liked the little ketchup packets where you could squirt the ketchup on or dip your fries into it.

So my wife and I went to this wretched excuse of a Culver's. We waited about twenty minutes - we specifically asked for chicken tenders basket with a Dr. Pepper and a Cheeseburger ketchup mustard pickles only. We get chicken that was so gnarly looking it appeared as if it had soaked in a bath of iodine...we've never seen chicken that dark and dirty looking. Maybe change that grease someday? It is a new(er) location so it honestly looked like it has never been changed since opening. As for my cheeseburger ketchup mustard pickle only - it came loaded with onions - on top - and on bottom. I'm allergic to onions. I took a giant bite of it - was it foolish not to check? Yep! Did I pay for it? YEP!! With a trip to the Christian Brothers hospital for a quick and large dose of Benedryl. I called the store to complain. A young lady answers "He-llO?" I tell her I wish to speak to the manager. She said "yeeeeah I da manager...." I ask her to put the real manager on as no one professional speaks that way on a business line. She assures me she's the manager and I tell her that they need to be more careful - ESPECIALLY since the screen showed my order entered correctly AND the order-taker read it back correctly. So what does the "manager" do? She hangs up. So I call back and it goes to the fax machine. I call back and it rings 39 times and disconnects. I call again as hey - I'm sitting in the ER swelling up what else am I going to do? I keep calling for the next hour until a male 'manager' answers the phone "HEllo?" which once again did not sound like anyone responsible in the store...I tell him what happened. He tells me 'not to be so angry...mistakes happen...' Which only makes me more irate as I had better plans for my Labor Day weekend than visiting an E.R. and what does he do? He hangs up as well. Once I get my hospital bill I will be suing this particular location as they're independently owned. I know this because after a half hour of my phone calls being ignored by this location I called the Culvers out on Highway K to see if they knew the real managers name. I'm also sending a complaint to the home office. Someone is going to pay for my E.R. bill and is surely will not be me by any stretch. A restaurant must be held accountable for food allergies - and I've never seen a burger joint put onions on top of and below the meat patty. This was literally extra onions and I'm not a problem customer - I'd only been there once before for ice cream. I will not be back nor will my wife who thought the chicken was over cooked and disgusting. What a rip off! Go to DQ, Steak n Shake or Wendy's down the street.

I had the fried chicken sandwich while the hubby had a cod sandwich and a veggie sandwich. It was simply 'OK'. Its no Red Robin but I was on the brink of starvation and would have eaten a pig knuckle sandwich.

Well the good news is the food is good. I had been waiting for this Culvers to open and this was my first time at the new location. I pulled up to lot at 9:47pm to find a worker telling me that the drive thru was closed. My first inside reaction was what??but there's already a line of cars here, and its not even 10 yet. Well i didnt have to say it because the car behind me did and proceeded to argue with the worker that it didnt make sense. MY reaction was OK and instead of driving off due to intense hunger I decided to go in. Once inside it was crowded but they had several lines open so I didn't have to wait but a minute. I ordered what I considered the cheaper option the snack pack combo with a small fry small soda and burger for $4.89 with tax. I wanted something more grand but you better catch me on a I just won $10 on a scratch off day before I pay $8+ for a combo meal. All in all I waited about 18 minutes for my food and I kind of felt sorry for the workers aimlessly walking around to find the customer with the number they were given to match their order. I tried the sweet tea and that was pretty gross, rather unsweet. The workers and patrons were nice, either greeting or saying excuse me which I was pleasantly surprised with. Moral of the story. If its anything before 9:59 DONT CLOSE THE DRIVE THRU!!!

Culvers is delicious dammit. Idk what goes in that burger but the simplest of burger is tasty as sh*t here. Now this is new for the North county area. So people who didn't eat Culvers often unless they were in those areas or have never tried it before it has certainly been generating business. When it first opened the line was beyond ridiculous. Waited until the hype died down some and tried my regular bacon double butterburger no side no drank. It was heavenly. Just not heavenly enough to get in line for unless I'm #3 or closer.

Salads, soups, sides, and sundaes oh my!! My co-workers and I always look for something tasty to savor and burgers with butter have tons of flavor. We beat our way up the street. Wow this place was packed - every parking spot full and the drive-thru line around the building. Since we knew we had so many orders, we thought we'd do ourselves and the other patrons a favor and just go inside to place our orders. I purchased the buffalo chicken strips snack pack, which is a two-strips, a small drink and a small order of crinkle cut french fries. I opted for a premium upgrade and had my crinkle cut fries changed to the Wisconsin Cheese Curds; these are an exclusive cheese blend made for Culver's and they are very delicious. When they say everything is made fresh to order they certainly mean it. The strips were definitely seasoned well with a flavorsome blend of chili peppers, paprika and black pepper spices, the chicken was so juicy and tender. I don't eat beef so I can definitely speak to chicken strips at fast food joints and these are far above the rest. I also love that they aren't so huge that you feel like you're eating a human thigh or gnawing on the back of a water buffalo. I tried two different sauces, ranch and barbecue sauce. Even though I only ordered the snack pack, both of the sauces were very generously sized and there was no up charge for an extra sauce (like some other places). The cheese curds are pretty tasty yet I wish they would've come with some type of dipping sauce but they were still very flavorful and you could tell that the batter contain seasonings. They have a daily fresh frozen custard special called the flavor of the day, it also varies location to location. On the day I went to this location, the flavor was Bonfire S'mores. I don't fancy huge chips and since I knew I'd be at work late, I opted for something classic, a mini turtle concrete (shout out to Kitty W - I am all about those sweet treat!). Might I mention that there are over 83 freak'in flavors of concretes on their menu! It was so fresh and good - it was as if a sweet little old lady was in the back churning the frozen yogurt and preparing the caramel on site. For them to have been so busy they were so very fast and courteous and mindful. We didn't have to ask for extra dipping sauces and nothing was missing from our order. Culver's is like an upscale Dairy Queen (if there can be such a thing) but it is exceedingly enjoyable. This is the first location in North County and people are flocking to it in droves; those that live in the area and those of us who work in the area. Their slogan is "Welcome to Delicious". If I could, I would tell Mr. Culver - Thank you for the invite dude!

We had never had a "butter burger" so we stopped here. Mary was the friendliest fast food person I think we have ever met! She suggested what we should try... We both got a burger (reminded me of Steak 'n Shake), but it was pretty tasted. Mine came with plain (she neglected to tell me I needed to order it my way). The fries are crinkle cut. We ordered the small Wisconsin cheese curds which was actually pretty large (and very good). The curds had a white cheese and yellow cheese but not sure what flavor they were. I was disappointed that There was no dipping sauce for them. We didn't try the ice cream, but they have pints to go of several different flavors. And there is an ice cream flavor of the day. I'm sure this will be a favorite fast food burger place for us...
