Faxed an order in yesterday for 8 people. Taking food to Boy Scout camp. Since we are driving in, calling ahead with a large order can be a challenge. Fax process went great - I even called on our way and said we would be early. Food was ready when we got there - we almost forgot the drinks. Everything was packed and ready. Would definitely stop there again! Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and they let us fill our water bottles up.

Great food. Our waiter B.J. is quick on the draw. Great service. Best place for wings hands down!

Amazing service, very attentive. Despite the crowd we where treated very well. Kurt was on top of the game, great waiter. I noticed mangers walking the floor greeting customers and actually taking the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Best B-dubs we have eaten at and will definitely be going back.

I have been in to this BWW now 3 times and left without eating. I have given them a chance to say the least. My husband and I have sat at the table without even a hello from anyone for 15 minutes as the staff just walks by and looks at us 3 times now. The last time I went, which was 06/17 at 6:30, the manager even walked by and looked at us without greeting us. She talked to the other tables around us and did not speak to us. We had menus, had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes, and we did not even have drinks on the table. Why she did not ask us if someone had come by yet I don't know, but they have some problems there with the staff. We sat and watched 4 employees chit chatting at the drink station next to where the hostess station is while we sat and waited. The previous time we went, which was a week earlier, the same thing happened. The staff were paying so much attention to talking to each other, they did not even know we were leaving. I told one of the girls at the hostess station that we were leaving because we had sat for over 15 minutes waiting for our waiter and he never came by. Instead of trying to remedy the situation (there was a manager right there) she said ok and went back to chit chatting with her buddies. What was really funny about this particular visit is that the hostess was talking to another employee about how she could not seat us with this one waiter because he could not handle his tables and then she sat us in his section. When you do get food, it is hit or miss. I have even asked for a drink and had the waiter say do you really want that, maybe you should go with something else. I have also been told when asking about import beer that I should maybe look at something cheaper, as if I would ask for a beer that I cannot afford????? I am not sure where quality standards with food and staff come in, but BWW Farmington, MO is lacking all the way around.

Was in today, ordered the "molten dip" appetizer, which is fantastic, however we have ordered this a couple times and it is usually luke warm, no where close to being "molten". Last two visits, their wing count has been off. Ordered the small order of wings which the menu states is "at least 10" have received 9 wings on both occasions which after 10 orders will save the company $11. We asked our server today about how the wings were sized (I.e. By weight, count, etc) and she did go speak to the manager, who credited us 10% off an order of wings which made up for the one missing wing, but the manager didn't even have the customer service skills to come speak with us. This coupled with the increasing prices will probably keep us from returning to BWW.

Although this is a new restaurant and there are kinks in the system service still leaves much to be desired. I probably had 8 different servers and when I would ask for anything they would never return. The waitress we started out with went home I guess and when we finally got our check this new person claimed to be our server. Very chaotic, long wait for food, don't order the chicken Caesar salad. It's no more than a couple of pieces of chicken, croutons, and lettuce with mediocre dressing. I was hoping for way more than this. Although there are very few choices in the way of bar food here I don't think I'll be returning. Especially after I saw a server use the restroom, come out fiddle with her hair, turn about 7 times looking at her butt in the mirror then leave. SHE DIDNT WASH HER HANDS!! Gross!! My husband said the men's restroom does not have the adequate amount of facilities for a sports bar.

BWW isn't at the top of there game, but they do good enough we find ourselves there frequently. I've gone in with my family, friends, and ordered food for meetings at work. The orders have been a little off a couple of times and the service is always friendly but not always the fastest. The food is consistently good and the management is very friendly. They are split into a restaurant and bar half, but there's no divider so if you want a non-smoking only restaurant this would not be the spot. I find it's a great place to grab a bite or a drink and they are cigar-friendly which is a plus for me. Don't go expecting the world, but you'll get good food and decent service at a good price.

Stopped by here on the way back from camping all weekend and needed something to eat. It was first thing on Sunday morning, so there was no wait, and we assumed it'd be a pretty quick and easy lunch. After four of us ordered, it took about 20-30 minutes to get our food, and one of the sets of wings that should have been dry, weren't. So had to wait another 15 minutes for 6 wings to be recooked. The manager did come by, was very polite and apologized and comped those 6 wings, but for being one of, maybe, 3 groups of people in the restaurant, the food was way too slow and service was pretty slow as well, considering all they were doing was standing next to the entrance, she should have been a lot more attentive. If I actually lived in the area, I'd go back and try it again, but only because it appears that the manager actually cared, at least a little bit, about customer service.
