Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
Stopped by this McDonald's for a late lunch yesterday and I was impressed. The four star rating really speaks to the great new location (it was totally rebuilt) as well as the service. Both are fantastic and you can tell that this McDonald's gets slammed during lunch. I was really impressed with the employees as each smiled and said hello. Needless to say, I was very impressed.

I will preface this by saying I rarely go to McDonalds any more mostly because I try not to eat fast food. This morning I stopped by the drive thru to get a cup of coffee with a shot of skim milk and a Splenda. After repeating my order for the man three times I was informed that they only have full fat creamer available for coffee and that they only have non-fat milk available for their iced mochas. Needless to say I was stymied. Isn't it McDonalds that is making a push toward providing healthier menu items? I called the complaint number and they said they don't know why I would have been told that but they have no control over how individual owners maintain their businesses. It's just another in a myriad of reasons why I don't and won't choose McDonalds.

Not too much to say about Mickey D's but this location is better than most I have tried. Friendly service, clean restaurant and bathrooms and they didn't screw up my special order hamburger. Success!

This is pretty much the worst McDonalds in the St. Louis area. They have a 65% rate of messing up our drive thru orders, and frequently, they make us pull up in front of the store to wait. Last time, I waited 20 minutes before going inside... to find out that they forgot my order?!?!! They didn't seem to care about making it right. The manager was snooty about it. I'm done with this location...

This is my families McDonald's of choice. The building is nearing 2 years old but still looks brand new and is one of the cleaner ones I have visited. We come here on both weekends and weekdays and service is always friendly and prompt. Lots of different seating options whether it be booths, seating bar or many different sized tables. Bathrooms are always clean and floors are always clear of trash. One complaint would be the cramped drive thru which is very tight to navigate and crowds easily with just a few cars. Outside landscaping is always kept up and clean. I have rarely had a problem with food here as it is a busier McDonald's and that seems to be the key to receiving fresh hot food. They always are well staffed and I have never waited in line more than a minute or two.

I mean, it's McDonald's...what much too much to say about it. This location is clean inside and out, which is great. We go through the drive thru about once a week and they have only gotten our order wrong back when they first opened. Have your money ready...the drive thru is QUICK!

Had a craving for a filet-o-fish, so went there at 8pm for the fish sandwich and small fries. When I got to the food window, my bag of food was sitting there and the employee was complaining to her coworker about another worker for about 2 minutes then finally handed me my food. She did not ask if I wanted ketchup or anything else. There was not any ketchup in the bag. When i opened the fish sandwich box, the bottom bun was barely on the sandwich and was hard to fix because it was "glued" in place by the piece of cheese. The sandwich was not hot and neither were the fries.

Yes, I'm reviewing McDonald's on Yelp. So what? I happen to run through this drive-thru on occasion when I'm running late and don't have time for breakfast. This McDonald's happens to be on my way to work, and every time I've pulled up, I've had a hot and tasty Egg McMuffin in my hands in a matter of seconds. Getting back onto Manchester can be a little tricky, so I recommend you wait to unwrap the goodness until after you've already done so.
