If you are passing through town and looking for a place to stop, this is a good old fashioned mom and pop thing with old fashioned prices. Upon sitting down at our 4 top table in the non smoking section, I noticed there were only 3 other 4 top tables in the non smoking section. Christine's is a quant small place nestled in about 1 mile off 67. With items on the menu like pickle fries and breakfast items consisting of everything between platters to a bowl of cold cereal. Think simple when you come here. I chose the cheese omelet witch came with toast and home fries. The cheese on my omelet and my partner in crime's omelet was white American. The "home fries" are code for fried potatoes cooked to a barely golden brown. The potatoes were my favorite part of my dish, but nothing set them apart from anything I could have done at home. Looking around, I couldn't notice the chairs (vintage 1970's with rips on them), the splash board walls had legitimate splashes and food on them. The baseboard dusty, and the fake flowers above the table on the wall also had about a half inch of dust on them. I did notice they had outlets at almost every table. I suppose the decor and housekeeping is how they afford to have their low prices.
