Well the five stars is for the morning drive through crew today. I don't eat BK food but on this rainy Tuesday I pulled in for my caffeine . The squak box at drive through had a very pleasant female greeter. U proceeded to the window And Angela was so upbeat she energized my day. She then advised my first coke was prepaid by the car ahead of me . Totally great karma here. Come back just for that. If I was hiring Angela would be dONE at BK .

Whoppers! Whoppers! Whoppers! And no, not those nasty chocolate malt ball candies, eww... We're talking flame-broiled burger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and mayo, even extra-mayo if you're feeling daring. And boy, am I a daring guy, haha. Now, eating at Burger King is something I try to keep to a minimum for the obvious health reasons. But every now and then, I go and grab a Whopper meal. It comes with the juicy, flame-broiled Whopper, fries and a drink. Brings me back to the "big" days when I used to eat five of them in one sitting. Mmm, mmm, mmm. The Burger King in Creve Coeur is definitely the closest to where I live, and the service is nice and friendly. If you're on the go near Creve Coeur and need a cheap meal, grab a Whopper meal!

One star is harsh, but this place rarely gets my order right. No exaggeration, including today, I'll bet they've forgotten to give me an item 4 or 5 times. That's out of maybe 7 visits in the last year. Judging by the strange dual drive through waiting spots, they're being pushed for speed. It doesn't work out well when they can't assemble a complete order.

I stopped into this Burger King late morning for a REAL breakfast. A Whopper! This is a very nice BK. Clean and open. I liked sitting at the high top table in the middle of the dining room. Service was quick and very friendly at the counter. Whopper was great. Overall experience was 5 star.

They never get my order right! When I complain they tell me to go online for a survey. They have the most ghetto people workings there. They want $15/hr, lol yeah right. A simple veggie burger and a grape Powerade is not hard to screw up. But they did it . congratulations burger king you win the prize for incompetence. I got a chicken sandwich and a coke

We went in here on Saturday 1/7/12 with Gift Cards we had received for Christmas. I am not a Burger King fan in ANY way but thought I would give them a try since it was a gift card. We gave them our order, gift card in hand, and when we went to pay with the Gift Cards the cashier said "our Gift Cards are down, I can't accept that". Now at that point I should have told her to void the order & walk out, but we paid cash instead. I filled my soda & when the manager (an older woman named Barb)gave us our food I said "Can we have your number here so we can call ahead next time to see if your gift card machine is working before driving 20 minutes to get here?" She RUDELY said "Our Credit card machine is down so we cant accept gift cards". She never apologized, never gave me their number, nothing. I said "Maybe you should hang a sign on your door or register then so people dont order then find this out". At this point I was boiling because I just dont get where these people with such attitudes come from in service positions. I watched the manager, she was snippy with every customer that she had communication with. The other thing I noticed (I had my eye on every customer the cashier rang out to see how they were paying) was that the cashier took credit cards from almost everyone. So what was Broken?! The Credit Card machine, debit card machine or gift card machine?! I would think they would all be ran on the same machine, but who am I? They still had their Gift Cards sitting on the counter for customers to buy. Why would they not take the display down or hang a sign on it stating the machine (whatever that means) is broken? It was 2 weeks after Christmas, did they not think people would be coming in with Gift Cards. My friend told me "after" I had already bought him the gift card for Christmas that 5 years ago he had a heck of a time using a BK gift card because he couldn't find a BK to take them. I thought, surely that was 5 years ago & things have changed. NOPE!! Had I known BK doesn't like to honor their gift cards I NEVER would have bought him one. Mine was given to me as a gift also, I intend to pitch mine & will NEVER visit a BK again. The employees here are rude. Food not worth the money. Gift Card redemption sucks!!! Stay away!!!

Usually pretty slow but I would definitely be able to say that I have NEVER enjoyed their HASH BROWNS at this location... ok ok maybe once out of 100. All in all it's an average BK I guess but the HASH BROWNS need to be like every other BK on the planet...

This is one of the worst locations in the St. Louis County area. The locations on The Rock Road and Manchester are much better. The staff will argue with you about your order if it's wrong. Beware when you order here.
(1)S T.
I have a love for the fries, but the staff gives terrible service every time. Fries are usually cold, and I usually end up going inside for new ones.
(1)Tim E.
positively the worst fast food experience i've ever had. i ordered in the drive-thru. after handing the cashier $8, she tells me that i only gave her $7. so i looked around a bit to see if $1 had possibly dropped on the ground. no sign of any money. i asked her to check inside the restaurant. all i got was attitude. so i dug out the change needed to pay the remainder of my order. i pulled away after getting my food to realize i was missing a drink. i went inside to get it, went back out to the car; wrong drink. had to go back inside to get what i had ordered myself (followed by the manager who probably thought i was stealing a soda). i filled out their phone survey and gave them a second chance a few days later. not much better. Burger King sucks. their food is crap. their employees are hooligans. they won't get another dime of mine.
(1)Jason D.
I go here every so often. I have never had a problem with receiving the wrong food. Service is decent. The only down side is sometimes the drive through takes forever.
