Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

They have the yummiest, most fresh ingredients to make superb tacos. I eat there at least once a week.

They usually have pretty good food and pretty good service but the last 5+ times I have been there they have shorted my husband and I along with anyone else we've been with on meat, cheese, and sour cream. The staff has been less polite than usual and not on top of their job. There has been multiple times the bathrooms were disgusting, the tables and counters had not been wiped off in who knows how long, and they had run out of things such as forks. When you bring these things to their attention, they get very short and quite rude. I don't know when I will be back or if I will recommend them to anyone again any time soon.

I'm a big Chipotle fan. The food was great. The restaurant was very disorganized, unkept, messy. This was a 4:45 pm on Saturday 6/13/15. There were patrons at maybe three tables, the rest of the patrons must have decided to get their food to go since the rest of the tables were an empty mess. The condiment station a MESS, TRASH OVERFLOWING, soda area a mess, even the end of the counter where you pay was littered/smeared with food debris. No one was cleaning, so before getting in line, I asked someone to clean tables so we'd have a place to sit. Even the drink cooler was out of normal items. If they had a rush, they obviously decided to rest before tackling the restaurant. In the future a very bad idea.

I love chipotle. It's my absolute favorite. But this one skeets you so much on the portions it's not even funny. I had to ask for more, and more, add a little more buddy, that's how it goes at this one.

I love Chipolte and I will always go back for more, but I don't think I'll come back to this particular place during lunch hour. I went here during the afternoon rush and I've never been to a Chipolte that has taken longer to get through a fairly long (but not ridiculous) line. After about 25-30 minutes of waiting in line, I finally got to the front and ready to take my order. I started my typical order (burrito with rice), then an online order came in and the cook had to make at least 4 more burritos in front of mine. The cook left my burrito on the line getting cold and shoved all these other burritos in front of mine. The manager did apologize for the wait, but my meal turned out to be cold.

Here's the scoop on this particular Chipotle. Keep in mind, I LOVE Chipotle. So let's start by answering a few questions. Do you like waiting in a long line with slow service? Do you like asking for extra and not getting it? Do you like tiny portions of everything in the first place? Do you like fatty meat in every bite? How about finding parts of leaves and stems in your salsa? ( I kid you not one time I found the entire stem and leaves of a tomato in my pico) If you answered yes to all these questions then this is the Chipotle for you!
