Great place for studying! Even when they're crowded, I can always manage to find a table to sit at. The workers are friendly and work quickly to get drinks prepared. I went in last night to study for finals and one of the workers brought cake pops to my table when they were about to close. She said they just throw them away at the end of the day if they don't get sold so they prefer to pass them out to people instead. It was a nice ending to my evening.

Out of all the Starbucks in my area (chesterfield, wildwood) the Starbucks off Clarkson has always had the best service and friendliest employees. Another perk due to the location is drinks can be cheaper. A frap at wildwood is $4.95 where as here it's $4.05. Pretty cool if you ask me. The employees are again extremely friendly and recognizable. The best was when I asked for extra whipped cream and they REALLY went out of their way to accommodate my request. Love this place!

This Starbucks is conveniently located next to bookstores and a grocery store. However this location is not all too great. The service is rude. A lot of people that come up to the register are people who know the workers. I was the only person in line and I had to wait 10 minutes for a worker to finish up a conversation with his friend. The drinks aren't as great as they could be. They're poorly made here. If this was back in September 2014, the service would be outstanding. As I used to come here daily to study. What happened to their staff? Poor decisions were obviously made. I didn't stick around too long after I got my drink. The Wifi here is non existent. You have to log into the Egg and I WiFi to get a good connection because theirs doesn't work. Honestly, you're better off going to the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble than here.

Long awaited update: This Starbucks in right next to Dierbergs and not inside Barnes and Noble, as I mentioned earlier. It looks pretty small from outside but quite spacious. The baristas are nice and coffee is Starbucks :-) Also liked the coffee pictures in there. Last but not the least, it is not crowded.

It's a Starbucks. There are plenty to be found. This one is cozy and looks closed when you look from the outside as it is dim and the windows are fogged up. My husband and I did relax and enjoy our latte and hot cocoa. It was a relaxing one.

Very slow - and not just Starbucks slow, normal slow. It's be quicker to drive to another one further away.

I went to this location with my wife a few months back. We took our drinks to a couch to sit down and read a bit. Within about 5 minutes one of the employees approaches the couch with a mop and says "excuse me, can you lift your feet?" We were in complete shock - who does that to their customers? Instead of lifting our feet we just got up and left never to return. I've been rather unimpressed lately with the flippant attitude of Starbucks employees and this location is no different.

I decided my 50th review should be on starbucks since I come here everyday! I always get a venti caffe americano because of the following reasons: 1) It gives me energy and wakes me up at 7:30am to help me get thru my work day 2) It is quite tasty and goes down very smooth 3) The flavor is so rich that I only need 2 packets of splenda to accompany it 4) Did I mention it gives me a butt load of energy?!

I know this location doesn't have a drive-thru for my convenience but they make up for it with excellent customer service. I particularly appreciate Lovell on the morning crew. He's full of life & personality. It's really hard not to smile when he's shining those pearly whites as soon as customers walk through the door. Always super pleasant! That's 5 star worthy on the Christy Scale for sure. The patio seating and leather sofa chairs in the back corner are also WINNING!

Corporate needs to take a look at this store in Chesterfield, Missouri! People are rude and 3/4 drinks are inaccurately made.

Looks great inside and great industrial look. After months at different Starbucks, this is the first to actually leave ample room in my coffee for cream. For 3pm on a Monday it's quite busy.

ZING! This Starbucks delivers what I would expect. Good lattes and friendly service. I'm in general, not a fan of regular Starbuck's coffe (i dislike the flavor of burned beans!), but lovelove a grande triple skinny vanilla latte with 2 pumps. Ambience is cozy, once you step inside, but I agree with the previous poster, from the parking lot, it appears closed: dark/fogged windows. I'll return!
