Good burgers fries. Nothing fancy here, just steak burgers and assorted other fare. However, for a fast food price point, the food is freshly prepared for you as per your order. The food is served hot and is full of flavor and made with high quality ingredients. I've been there dozens of times and the service, food quality and cleanliness is always consistently good.

I come to this Culver's a couple of times per month since I work next door and its a short walk; I've never had especially good or bad service, but was always satisfied. However, while doing some shopping on 12/20/14, I remembered this flier hanging at my office that stated Culver's (of Chesterfield) was offering $1 Butter Burgers on 12/20 and 12/21 between 2-6pm both days. I looked at my phone and it was almost 2pm straight up so I decided to go to Culvers. The manager, Bruno, took my order when the person on my register left for the end of her shift. When I asked if the $1 Butter Burger deal was going on, he explained it was only with a coupon, and the owners were sticklers for getting the coupon when they offer a deal; if I wanted to go back and get the coupon, he would honor it, but without that, there was nothing he could do. I explained it was a flier and there was no coupon on it, but he insisted there was and he needed it to give me the special. I didn't go and get the coupon, I just left. At my office party today, I noticed the flier still hanging there, and there was no coupon, just an advertisement. Well, clearly it was a false advertisement.

We go here frequently. Theis is the northern states version of Steak n Shake. Burgers are similar, but very tasty. Great ice cream selection and flavor of the day. Great service staff.

My room-mate and I went to this Culver's location after his shift was over and I can say that our experience, for the most part, was decent. I wanted to eat light that night, so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, with a side salad. My room-mate ordered a butter burger and fries. The issue came up when I attempted to use a military discount. This establishment gives out a discount but the amount varies by location. However, the guy at the register had a hard time computing the discount. That wasn't the issue necessarily, but the way the manager treated the associate, really was. The manager walked over to the kid and said with a low voice, "what the f&*k is going on?" He was whispering it so the other people wouldn't be able to hear. I mean, really? I can understand that the line was building up on one register, but open up another register to take care of people, not belittle and berate a teenager on the job. I mean, I was glad that I was able to save a few bucks, but that experience made me feel guilty and not want to come back.

No fast food burger an beat Culver's. Friendly and quick service. I'm usually satisfied with the kid's sized burger, but lucky for me it comes with a mouth-watering custard on the side. I usually prefer the drive-thru thought because the inside of the restraint can get pretty noisy. Other than that, I recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal!!!

Culver's is like one of my favorite places to go . . . and you have to get some kind of ice cream treat! Great double cheeseburgers and the crinkle fries are amazing! The basket deals are good, but you have to save room for some size of ice cream treat. I'm just saying!!! Enjoy!

I'll be honest and admit that I need to come back here again and give them another chance. On this particular trip though, I stopped by after a movie with some friends for an ice cream. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their pumpkin mixtures, but I had the pecan fudge sundae and was not a fan. The ice cream was good, but the fudge was scarce and apparently I got the bottom of the pecan jar because my first bite was nothing but SALT. Gross. Ruined the ice cream for me.. to the point where I didn't even want to go get a new one. It was that bad. The interior itself is very nice, clean and well decorated. Friendly employees and they bring your order to you so that you don't stand around awkwardly waiting on your food. Ice cream alone, 2 stars. Overall dining, 4 stars = average 3 star.

Terrible. I took 30 min for me to get 'fast' food they got the order wrong twice. First time I asked for a plain crispy chicken sandwich after 10 min I got a plain grilled chicken. I then got a crispy chicken sandwich with everything on it. They must have forgotten about me but I finally got my sandwich after 20 more min. I have gone here literally over 100 times since it opened a few years ago, but this was the last time.

Okay, another guilty pleasure of mine is Culver's. Gotta' love the butterburger - there has to be some health benefit of feeling like I'm eating wholesome food. The Culver's franchises are generally clean, the staff are right out of the 50's - polite, friendly, curteous, etc. - the food is tasty, and for the price of a 1/4-pounder meal at McD's I can get a better Double ButterBurger with Cheese meal. The custard is good, too. My kids are big fans of the brand. The only downside is that Culver's has aligned itself with Pepsi. This specific location, seems to be a bit cleaner than most of the others. Lunches are busy, but not crazy busy. I like this location. If you haven't tried Culver's, but like burgers and fries, then you'll like it. If you have tried Culver's, then this specific location will not disappoint you. One note, watch out for the heavy lunch traffic from Chick-fil-a, which is next door. I've been able to turn left at the "T" (instead of right, being the more direct route), and navigate back through some other parking lots to beat the jam.

This a rating, strictly for the breaded Pork Tenderloin sandwich. Normally I would not write a review for a fast food chain, but I'm not all that proud and if I found THE great breaded Pork Tenderloin at a fast food chain I would be willing to admit it. I did not find it here, although it is not bad. Compared to my recent Maid-Rite Pork T review, it has to be given a slight edge. There was actually a detectable pork flavor from what appeared to be a very well tenderized piece of pork. I say tenderized, because they can't be hand pounded at a mass-production place like this. It must be machine tenderized and it did not appear to be ground meat, somehow fused together. At any rate, Culver's at least offers this sandwich and it is not bad. Let's say a strong three stars for the Pork T. Also putting Culver's a little above the other fast food burger chains, is the offering of a walleye sandwich. That just has to be good. (next time?)

I go there about once a month. The grilled reuben melt is my favorite! At lunch time it does get crowded in there. So be prepared to wait in line for a few minutes.

Culver's has come to Chesterfield valley! If you are looking for good quality fast food, friendly service, great variety at a decent price then this place is for you. I am always amazed at the people that work here and it makes me wonder "wtf is wrong with all the other places who hire rude, incompetent teenagers?" I got the answer, Culver's apparently hires all the good ones. Their employees are courteous, prompt and accurate which is refreshing to say the least. The food? This is what a smashburger should be, juicy and flavorful. I get the double deluxe with cheese which comes with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles but I hold the mayo. The prices are a little more than SnS but since you don't tip here, and if you stick to the value baskets, the price is comparable. The big difference is the portions and quality at Culver's are about 10x better. The fries are good too, crinkle cut style that are hot and crisp and my family loves the frozen custard. The vanilla is so good that my wife, who loves anything chocolate, would rather get the vanilla. My only complaint is the size of the place seems too small, and if you get there during the lunch or dinner rush be prepared to wait for a table or get it to go.
