The Brick House is all about atmosphere. It really caters to the male. They have plenty of televisions, fireplaces, nice large tables, decent lighting, and the waitresses are obviously dressed to impress. They've got a full bar and if you are at a table then you can order a beer bong which is pretty nice. Not a bad place at all. If you want to go out with your buds for a drink or two and some grub then you won't be disappointed here. That being said, the food is nothing special. It's not bad at all, but it's not memorable. I tried the Chicken and Waffles and was certainly not impressed. It was more like waffles with chicken strips.. or some odd molestation of the concept. That's really irrelevant though because the experience alone is worth it. I like.

I went back for second go and ordered the chicken fried steak. Wow, again, totally impressed. It was delicious! Waitress brought a refill before my glass hit bottom, which is a factor for me. I'm already thinking about the next visit, that's got to be a great sign.

Sat for 15 minutes without a waitress. I had to ask for a waitress. Food was average bar stuff and took a little longer than would be expected. Waitresses seemed to wander around with plates of food until they found the correct table. Our appetizers went to the wrong table. The place was busy but not packed. There was never a line to be seated so that shouldn't have been a problem. Can't really recommend this place with all the other options in the area.

Ordered a Kobe burger from here once. Took over an hour and 15 mins. I tried to cancel the order because I had to leave. Waitress said she could have it out in 5 mins. It took another 45 mins (why I waited, I have no idea, guess I already m missed my appointment). When it finally came out it was cold and dry as hell. What a way to ruin "Kobe". Waitress was semi-nice but lacked attentiveness.

Miserable... Typically I enjoy the atmosphere here. Tonight I say for 15 minutes with a group for work with not so much as a peep from a server. Got up and left...

I'm no prude by any means, but I was slightly disgusted with this "establishment". I get that they're trying to sell sex...fine. But I honestly don't know how the uniforms pass health code. The shirts are the size of a large bra, and the shorts are so short that you could tell a couple of the servers needed haircuts. Not sure how I still had an appetite after witnessing the f*ckery of their dress code, but I ended up ordering a cheeseburger. *Gag.* I ordered it medium well, and It came bloody. I sent it back, they cooked it to temp, but they left it on the bloody bun. I finally just pounded two drinks, hoping to fill up on empty calories and possibly obtain some beer goggles. The cherry on top of the awful sundae was the check presented in a "Little Black Book" check presenter. Seriously? Also, this place wasnt cheap. We could have grabbed some amazing burgers at Annie Gunn's.

Love this place. They have couches! If you are looking for a place to get a bunch of guys together and have some "MAN FOOD" this is the place! My recent was visit was a simple business lunch. I tried their deviled eggs(farm fresh eggs, smoky bacon, hint of jalapeño, paprika & chives) which was a nice snack. My main menu item was their Caesar salad which wasn't amazing but was clean and had good flavor. Service was average. Our waitress was attentive and got us in and out. Beer selection at Brick House is above average and has some really good selections to pair with their menu items. TV's are everywhere. Overall a recommendation in my book and fun place to take someone if they have never been to Brick House.

The Kobe burger is a must have. For a sports bar, the food is above average. Very good beer selection, and the staff FANTASTIC!

Food is really good. Atmosphere is too noisy. Background music is too loud. Hard to have a conversation.

Brick House is a good place to come and watch the game- they have a large selection of beers on tap, and the atmosphere tends to be pretty lively. The food is not bad but is definitely bar food, I don't think they are in line for any Michelin stars. But after a few beers- who cares?

I've only been here once. The "scenery" was decent, but every one of these girls (and that is the appropriate description) is way too full of themselves. So much so, that they seem to think it is beneath them to actually serve their customers. I went there with some friends who flew into nearby Spirit of St. Louis airport. The atmosphere is nice, the food was nothing special, but the service was inattentive at best, and borderline annoying. I guess it must be hard to hire waitresses who look nice in tight skimpy clothing, and like to serve your customers. Have not been back in over a year. As much as I enjoy beautiful ladies,I can't imagine a reason to patronize this place again. EDIT: A Tilted Kilt just opened on HWY 94 and I-70 in St. Charles. So if looking at scantily clad ladies while drinking beer and eating fried food is your thing (not that there's anything wrong with that :), then you might want to skip the Brick House and check out The Kilt. I have not been to this one yet, but my experiences at others have all been good.

This place was really awesome during our experience. Our service was perfect and really attentive the food was terrific had all kinds of apps and sandwiches. They switched onto any game we requested. I would recommend to many

We arrived late last Thursday in Chesterfield for a weekend softball tournament.... lucky to have stumbled across this gem of a restaurant which happened to be open late.... Great atmosphere... lots of TVs, big fireplace, comfortable seating all over (couches in the main area).... and the food was great. Tons of great beers on tap as well. We stopped in too more times before we left. Loved most everything that we had, the only exception was the pizza which was just ok. I was shocked to read older reviews about the waitresses being scantily clad... Maybe they were long ago, but we noticed nothing of the sort. This was certainly no hooters - if it was we would have turned around ASAP. In face every time we ate there we saw young children. Do not let those old reviews scare you a way... sure, its a bar-ish tavern type of place, but is nothing beyond what you would see at a buffalo wild wings. Go enjoy....

Nice looking place. Food is average. Service was crap the day we were there. Wasn't busy. Couldn't even get napkins until the check came. If you want to come drink beer and watch TV I guess it's ok. Will probably go to East Coast Pizza across the street next time.

First, the waitresses are very friendly, the food is decent and the beer selection is great for it's location. We really used to like this place because it has a great patio and we can take our dog there (which is rare in chesterfield.) That being said, the managers are in a word: awful. On our last visit we sat on the patio as usual and the music was extremely loud. Let me also make it clear this was at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Monday. My father-in-law wears a hearing aid and couldn't understand a word anyone was saying. We asked the waitress if it would be possible to turn the music down a little bit and she (very politely) told us that they receive many requests to turn it down but the managers had a standing policy NOT to adjust the volume because "that's what they are known for". It gets better though, we asked to talk to the manager and the poor waitress came back around 10 minutes later to tell us that he said he would not adjust the volume and was too busy to come over and tell us because he was "running food". There were several waitresses standing leisurely hanging out so I know this wasn't true. We told her to please ask him to stop by whenever he did have time. The manager, a man named Rich, came over and told us that they were known for their loud music and that he would definitely not adjust the volume. I asked, "You're known for loud music on Monday afternoons on an almost empty patio?". He replies that indeed they were. I'd like everyone on yelp to know that in my opinion the only thing this place should be known for is driving away otherwise happy customers.

The waitresses are friendly, the beer is cold, the food is good. The service I got was, in a word, unacceptable. Where to start, no napkins, no silverware, didn't get what we ordered (tots instead of fries, got fries) from the waitresses we got a sorry, I'll go get your check. I can only add that the music was LOUD and I like somewhat loud music, but at a restaurant you should be able to carry on a conversation without yelling.

  • Sandy M.

Ok enough for a bar but I wouldn't eat here again. Bland food, slow waitresses (ok, so they're hired for their looks and not their intelligence.. I get it.. but don't keep me waiting 20 minutes for my bill!) Went in not knowing anything about the place, wasn't impressed. Won't be back.

Daisy Duke Booty Shake Litmus Test (_l_) (_/_) (_l_) (_\_) (_l_) (_/_) (_l_) (_\_) (_l_) Funny? Yes-go to Brick House No-go somewhere else Great patio and lots of flat screens inside & outside combined with reasonably priced food & beer selection and cute outfits on beautiful women is what I found. BONUS BEER BONGS! ~ ok, they are actually shareable clear large tubes with tap on the bottom to fill the mugs, but still a nice idea. The inside w/ fireplace has couches to individual seats w/ built in cup holders. All the diverse seating (incuding traditional tables & chairs) are within view of a flat screen. The overall theme of the menu seems to be a suggestive reading like the "magic brownie." The menu is full of sexual thought provokes like "happy endings" for dessert selection title including "double d cup cakes." With flat panel TVs everywhere you look and "man cave" Mac N Cheese this place is very guy oriented. The "dominant red meat" beanless chili was only $5 and very tasty. They also offer Kobe beef burgers, steaks and even seafood. Great mostly covered by a pavilion patio with both long high top tables to share & smaller 4 person tables to converse plus a cool fire pit. This is shocking for Chesterfield to have a nice casual hangout spot outdoors that still offer loads of big screens. Now on to the staff... I have many nieces & even met one that night (why I thought of this), SO... In my UnCool (uncle) Dave opinion the Daisy Dukes & midriff showing half-shirt polos are cute. I think the outfit is actually conservative compared to Show Me's or Hooters "tastefully tacky" uniforms. I have not even given a second thought when my college or high school nieces were going to Six Flags/Silver Dollar City or other casual outdoor places wearing jeans shorts & some showing mid-drift. The staff would be way over dressed if this place was anywhere near water (Daytona or even Osage Beach). I do agree w/ Brandon C that people offended probably need perspective. Expand your experience w/ yelp.com/list/hangover-b… OR I would just go across the street to covered mid-drift & family friendly restaurant & bar Red Robin. There is also the harder drinking & cheaper Fox and the Hound to visit (my niece took me there). I agree this place is not for everyone, but I became a instant fan.

I would say that this place is not for sissy's, except that apparently they have enough show up that they have a beer size for them. Order a draft and you'll be asked "Man size or sissy size?" Good food, hot babes, great atmosphere, nice outdoor area... rock on!

  • Jenny P.

As Pamela R. and I'm sure many others pointed out, the first thing that comes to mind when I walk in to the Brick House is "man cave." This is the epitome of a "man cave" style restaurant. A huge bar, TV's everywhere, drinking quotes on the walls, dim lighting, half dressed ladies as servers, and plenty of beer flowing. They even have an area that looks like a living room...a few leather recliners with cup holders and a huge TV right in front of them. If it is not obvious who their targeted audience is then you should get your head checked. They offer man sized or sissy sized draft beer, which cracked me up! What man wants to say he wants a "sissy" sized beer? Great marketing ploy there Brick House! A far as food goes, I have only tried their appetizers. I can't remember what I had exactly, but I remember them being good! They have a large outdoor area with a covered area and an open area with a bonfire. Pretty sweet! Although this establishment favors the men, I have always received good service here. How much they flirt with the guys makes me a little uncomfortable, especially when they flirt with my man while sitting right next to me, but hey, it's just their job and I am sure it helps with the tipping. If you want to impress a man, take him here!

Being a CWE resident, drinking in suburbs as distant as Chesterfield is a dangerous proposition for me. But it's almost like Brick House anticipated my dilemma and installed multiple comfy spots for citydwellers to rest up and chug some water before heading out. The living room/man cave concept is interesting, but all those leather chairs and big TVs don't come cheap, so you'll be subsidizing those refinements by paying for pricey drinks.

Short shorts, belly rings and tight shirts. Brick House Tavern + Tap has them all. The place used to be a Joe's Crab Shack, but it looks much better with the Brick House's black and gold colors. Inside the establishment are quotes related to drinking plastered all over the walls. Yes, I purposefully chose the word plastered. My favorite is over near the bathrooms. "To alcohol! The cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems." - Homer Simpson. Speaking of the bathrooms, they are tastefully decorated with framed thongs and g-strings just outside the doors. The men's room was the biggest downside of the restaurant. When I arrived there was water all over the floor. I am willing to be positive here and speculate it was from faulty or leaking plumbing. There is outdoor seating which I took advantage of. I sat on a bench by the fireplace and enjoyed the warm April air. Our waitress was friendly and handed us coasters with her picture on them. The backside of the coaster has information on her likes and hobbies. I assume this is a crib sheet to help guys speak to the female workers. The menu, as another review noted, is a little sexually suggestive. I found it quite humorous. Like some other bars, the Brick House serves what look like yards of beer. In this case the menu calls these larger portions kegs and half kegs. You will need four people in your party to order the full keg and two to order the half keg. Feel free to order more than one keg, from what I could tell there was no limit. I was pleased to see I could get a number of quality beers in my keg. Want a 40? You'll have five to choose from. I found the food to be pretty good. We ordered the "smothered white and bleu chips". As the name implies, these are house made potato chips with queso and bleu cheese crumbles. The fish and chips were on point as well. Someone recommended that I stay away from the chicken fried steak. I didnt see anyone order it, so I cant comment on its appearance.

Service is pretty good, some of the food is typical bar food but I definitely give them mad props for the Pork Chops, the cold drinks, good music, nice televisions and friendly staff. Once you are a regular, if you can target certain staff, the service is 5 star... but occasionally you will get mediocre service until you figure out who you want taking care of you...

I have tried this place four times now. I thought maybe the first few times i just happened to get poor service and it would get better. Well I have now taken this place off my list of places I will spend my money at. Tonight I ordered a beer and it took 29 minutes to get to my table. Then when the food came the order was wrong. when the bill came it was wrong for a different reason. I think four chances are more than enough. Don't waste your time or money. There are much better bars/pubs around to go to. By the way, the beer must have been sitting for the whole time cause it was warm when I got it.

    Decent pub food and atmosphere.

  • Brandon C.

Are the waitresses young, beautiful, and friendly? Yes. Is the menu and atmosphere sexually suggestive? Absolutely. Do they go too far? Not a chance. And anyone that says they do should check out Hooters, Show-Me's, DB's or Johnny's before they make that judgement. Look, the girls are all wearing short denim skirts or shorts and fairly tight fitting black polos that are a little short around the mid-section. Sure, they are all young and pretty and they flirt. That's their job in an environment that is clearly focused around the businessmen in the valley. But before you judge, try having a conversation with them. All of the girls I've met to this point are smart enough to carry on a conversation and aren't just something to look at. I've even passed the resume for one of them on to our internationally known company and tried to get her a job. She's a 4.0 student that just graduated from a good school and hasn't had any luck finding a job, which is not uncommon in these times. As for the food, its actually really solid. I've had the Philly cheese steak and some of the appetizers and a buddy of mine had a salad that he said was pretty good too. Look, if you don't like the young girls serving you, this place isn't for you. But for those of you that aren't stuffy, up-tight and pretentious...enjoy it. I will be having many more lunches in the valley at the Brick House.

So I get it, we need more sex while we eat. We need more guys, guys places to chow down. For the record, I knew I was going to a sports bar with half-dressed waitresses. What I did not expect was how far and wide this place goes to deserve the stereotype hook line and sinker. When the place claims to be 'dispensing happiness to the common man' they are talking about neanderthal man, right? The girls are one thing, but to layer it on so thick as to call one of your menu items the 'double-d cakes'...come on. Sports everywhere, big, manly fireplace and the server who sits down at your table and flirts when taking your order - right out of the 1985 Hooters employee handbook. Ok, so the environment is overkill, what about the food? My lunch companion ordered a burger, it was well sized for the $8 but medium-well is not well-done. If you are going to ask how we want it cooked, how about knowing the difference? I ordered the italian sausage hoggy. Messy, but good I guess. Tucked in next door to the IHOP in a very commercial, family-friendly area, this place doesn't make sense. Hooters is Hooters, but outside the dress code the place serves good food. Brick House oozes flamboyant, neanderthal nonsense. Right down to the check folder being printed with 'My Little Black Book' on the cover. No, seriously. Food wasn't good enough to go back, so we'll just watch Cinemax.

Me and the girls from my work love going to this place. The pretzels and cheese dip are amazing. They have one of the nicest patios in the area, with a huge fire pit and so many TV's that my head is always spinning trying to watch everything. One of my favorite Sunday spots for watching football. The staff is very friendly and attentive, I have always been pleased with the service. Apparently if you have a problem with a cute girl serving you food in a t-shirt and jean skirt, you might not want to go here. If you like reasonably priced food, good drinks, and above average service I would say go for it.

  • Steve G.

We ate their last Wednesday....and I do have to say.... The girls were pretty unattractive. If you are going to hang your hat on hot girls in tiny outfits...hire hot girls. If not, make sure the food is killer....which...it's not. I had huge salad wedge, lettuce size was awesome! The taste, not so much. Salad was dry and needed more chicken. Want a good wedge, go to Bar Louie....wow. I didn't like the design either...sorta cookie cutter feel without character. May go back and try one more time.

pretty good place to drink beer. Wide variety of selection.

  • Bernie D.

While the atmosphere is not for everyone, it's still for me. So it gets 4 stars. Scantily clad attractive women bringing food and beer may be a cheap ploy, but it works, so I'm sticking with it. While the statements above are all true in all seriousness the brick is still a quality tavern and tap. Great beer selection, awesome appetizers, really comfortable seating and seating arrangements. Excellent location for sports viewing and most importantly, extra friendly staff. Prices are average, location is ok, but if someone suggested it for happy hour or a pre game bar for a guys night out, I'd be in every time.

I attended an event at this place and if it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have come here. This restaurant is along that stretch of the big box stores in Chesterfield. Granted, I only had a drink here, but the food looks typical, and I guess given that the business is owned by some folks in Texas, I would rather support a local business.

This was our first visit to the Brick House Tavern & Tap. The parking lot was completely full on a Wednesday night. I took this to assume that the restaurant would have a wait, but it didn't. We were seated right away, and there was a ton of tables open. I noticed only female servers, and they were all dressed like total sluts (the hostesses, too). It's pretty obvious the clientele they're catering to. Our server was observing the slut rule, but she was really nice and accommodating, so whatever. We sat in a booth, which was actually two squashy couches pushed up against a table. It was pretty comfy, but since the couches had arms, it made for some awkward moments when trying to get in and out. They were also pretty low, so whenever our server was at our table, my eyeline went straight to her bellybutton ring. But hey, I'm sure some people would like that. Like... people that aren't me. Along with the "dress code," a lot of the entrees were given crass names like "Double D Cupcakes," "Submissive Baked Potato Soup," and "XXX Burger." Why is that even necessary?! How can soup even be submissive?! Anyway, we ordered dinner and was surprised to find that everything was quite cheap! The appetizers looked really good and were priced from $4-8. I got the House Cheeseburger with a salad, which was quite tasty. The salad was just a plain mix, but the balsamic vinaigrette was very tasty. My husband got the Philly Sub, which he enjoyed. He also chose tater tots as a side, which was an option that really thrilled him, I think. At the end of the night, the food was pretty good, the service was prompt and courteous, and we left with spending only $18 (before tip). We'd go again, I guess. It would probably be pretty fun with a larger group of people.

Food is OK. I would say better then average. Similar to Fridays or Chillis. The beer selection is deceiving. Im sure there is a beer here for everyone but not 5 star quality. I get the impression that you may get a skunked or stale beer if you order a more exotic brew. Loved the service. Not sure my wife would like it as much. lol

WARNING COP TRAP!!!!!! Went there for a 30th birthday party had a place outside rented out and food was provided by the brick house. Service was slow and the food was horrible! I have been there a couple of times before and it was the same the food was horrible and the service was very slow. This time was the icing on the cake when the manager called the cops on the party because of a broken towel dispenser in the bathroom! Are you kidding me! To throw out a whole party because of that! I know they spent very good money to have the party there and it was ruined because of a manager on his high horse! Plus now you have 10 cops trying to arrest everybody for leaving while they have been drinking. The police Chief said that they watch this place like hawks for people drinking and driving. So because of the horrible management and I CANT HAVE A DWI I WILL STAY FAR AWAY FOR THIS PLACE AND SO SHOULD YOU. If you go good luck! I will be the biggest waste of money and you could get a better meal at the chick-fil-a down the street

Ok - it's obvious what this is - a testosterone stimulating place with flatscreens galore, scantily clad waitresses with plenty of piercings and tats (some not flattering), and a menu with some attitude. It was NOT my choice to go here, but I was meeting others who wanted to. I see little redeeming quality in the place. We sat outside, and the volume was deafening. Service was mediocre despite quite a few waitstaff around. I had the prime rib sandwich, and it was forgettable. Had some of the pretzel starter, and it was ok. No reason to go here...mediocre food, skanky and not very good waitresses, and it's a chain to boot. Even in the Chesterfield Valley of chains, there are many better places. How I wish I had been across the street at Babbo.

  • Mike T.

The food here is ok but a bit on the expensive side as is their beer. Their beer selection isn't too bad as they seem to have something for everyone. A good selection of local brews, foreign beer the standard macro beers. The service is pretty good and friendly. Overall, I don't think the product is worth the cost of what they offer.

    (3)
  • Mark H.

The food is HORRIBLE!!! It's served cold, tastes like it was precooked and then slightly warmed. Yep, It's served cold! They may have a greeat selection of beers, but it stops there. Don't be lured in by the promise of beautiful "Brick House Girls" either. Hooters this is not! More like guts and butts. I even called tha manager and they said they would have to call me back. Can't get much more lame than that! If you want a burger, Red Robin is across the street or 54th Street is a few hundred yards to the west. Both are great. This place sucks!

The Brick House provide a sketchy at best service. We tried to have a going away happy hour. We called no less then 6 times over the course of several weeks reminding and asking how to get our party of 20 in comfortably. Even called ahead the day of the event. The manager let us know that it would be ok and he would take care of it. We arrived ten minutes early and were told they knew nothing of us. We were mocked by the wait staff, and were not taken care of at all by the manager. "Later to be told at the do they do not do reservations or call ahead seating." This would have been useful information prior to the event. My problem wasn't in the forgetting our table I understand these things happen. My problem was how we were treated once there. I don't feel that this review will have any impact on the business. I don't think they will be open much longer if this is how the company does business. If you are in this area looking to eat I suggest the Fox and Hound just downt the street. They represent quality service and make us feel so welcome everytime we go.

No doubt the draw here is the waitress showing off their young bodies. So if you are into that thing, and many of the young males that were there, sure were. But the place is more than just that. The food is decent, not gormet, more male focused bar food!, but it was decent and well presented. The dinning room was quite loud, but we ended up sitting out by the fire pit to have a meeting and that worked well. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful to our group, a mix of men and one older woman. Single women should for sure go there, the selection of young men (who are the customers) is pretty decent! I would go back., but not on a regular basis.

I have always been a huge fan and regular of this place ( if you call once a week regular that is). Good food and ambience.... But for the past 3-4 times it really feels that for the people out there it just doesn't matter who comes and goes..... A frustrating wait time of endless minutes.... finally today we decided to just walk out after 20 minutes of no one coming to the table .... Will be some time before I go again there !!!!! Bad bad experience !!!!

This is a fine establishment. The girls are dressed very provocatively and i dont see guys complaining. The food is really good and they have a great beer selection. The staff is very freindly and talkative.

The food is very good and creative. The warm pretzels with queso for an appetizer are great. The service is good. The place is capable of standing on it's own without the skimpy attire the waitresses have to wear. Overall a great place. Recommended.

Warning to all women and families, do not go here! This is as close to a strip club as you can get. The girls are hardly wearing anything, and they give out cards with their pic and name to the male customers. I can't believe this restuarant is in Chesterfield, it belongs on the Eastside. This place is for men, it makes hooters look like a family friendly restuarant. I'm not fat, not ugly and not lacking self confidence and I felt extreemly uncomfortable. All of the male customers with their eyeballs popping out of thier heads and drool running down their chins, YUCK. It's too bad, great location, beautiful building. I'm shocked that they would alienate women, and I'm even more shocked that chesterfield would allow this type of establishment in their town.

This is a man cave. Women, if you don't like hooters, or think hot girls showing off thier hotter than yours body offends you, just don't go. for the girls who are hot, and have it. Lots of well educated intelligent men love this place. Look at the cars in the parking lot. When was the last time you saw a Bentley, Maserati, and a Ferrari in the parking lot at hooters. Get real. My friends and I go here becuase the portions are huge, the food tastes good and we like looking at hot girls. Very simple. For the women who can't handle this. I am sorry. And last I checked, the definition of slut, has nothing to do with how you dress. (@caraB) My mom and dad eat lunch here with business clients regularly and they have never had any issues arise. It really is a take or leave it thing. For the guys, the place is fun, they have a simple small but packed menu. Most of the items I have had twice and would have a third time. The menu is funny to read, the girls are nice and they flirt and treat you like gold most of the time. It is nice to get attention and not have to worry about it later. I would not take a date here, and if she says she wants to go here it is s test and you are dumb and screwed. It is against human nature for a man to not look at an attractive woman passing by. This test is about as smart a "test" as you will get... The brick house has comfy chairs good service, the best patio in the valley bar none and a sweet outdoor fire pit. So for all the manly goodness, I have to note, I have never been there and experianced a clean bathroom. It is usually filthy, which is shocking considering the clientele. Seriously avoid the mens room if possible. It is just sad. DO NOT PARK IN IHOP PARKING YOU WILL GET TOWED!!!!!!!!!! Side note, having been in Miami and In Moscow, the girls are overdressed. Maybe not for the Midwest, but in comparison to those places, they are wearing parkas.

Atmosphere wise, happening on a weekend and some hot chicks working. I can appreciate that. However, the food is below average. There were 6 of us and nobody enjoyed their food. I had a fish sandwich, it was ok at best. The salad with chicken came out as fried chicken balls - strange and gross. The waitresses were attentive but the table felt like we were at a strip bar. Again, been to my share and can appreciate why people would like that vibe but having a meal with a group. Not so much. Plenty of beers to choose from so go drink and eat elsewhere.

Food is great. Service at tables is very good. Service at bar is poor and seems to be getting worse. Bartenders are inattentive and more worried about chatting to each other and regulars than serving guests. Bathrooms have been disgusting on each of my visits. Bottom line, decent place but not a lot of attention to detail. Will go back but maybe not always my first choice in the Valley.

This is a great hangout place to grab a beer and watch the game! The food is pretty delish. I love their blue and white chips and the steak flatbread has the best roasted tomatoes. Very flavorful and fresh. If you go, try and grab a table with the comfy couches next to the fireplace! Very cozy! Not the best seat for eating an entire meal just because the couches are a bit squishy and you sink in, but def the best spot for drinks and hanging out!

The staff was great. The building is cool. The beer was good. The food? The pizza makes Little Caesar's seem gourmet. The burger was mediocre. I noticed two other customers pushing away half eaten plates of chicken and calamari. Sorry staff you were great and earned 4 stars on this review, but the food.... *_*

I havent a clue why this place has such bad reviews... I enjoyed an extremeley relaxing laid back lunch here yesterday and I personally kinda liked the decor and the couches....so comfy! My best friend and I were given a choice to sit where we wanted, and of course we chose a couch table, and we were seated by the fireplace---it was really hot outside, and I was suprised that sitting by the fireplace didnt give off too much heat to make me uncomfortable, I really enjoyed it. On to the food-- I ordered the Crab cake sandwich with fries and a Shocktop beer-- and my girlfriend ordered the Philly cheesesteak with tator tots--and we came to the conclusion that we would split our sandwiches so we could have both! :) The crab cake sandwich was a little crabby for me....i really wasnt too crazy about it- but the philly cheese steak sandwich was DELICIOUS..as were the fries that I had--- everything was hot, fresh, and the philly cheesesteak had great flavor-- I do not know the history of this "chain" restaurant, but I had a nice lunch, and will definitely return if I'm in the mood.. I give this place two thumbs up!

Good food and great beer selection. Go for happy hour during the week for awesome prices. Their appetizers are big enough portions to be a meal and it's discounted. Limited vegetarian options (like most places) but the grilled cheese and tomato bisque is delicious! Try the blue chips....homemade potato chips with blue cheese queso on top!!! Pretzel sticks are good as well, just like the ones at Bar Louie. Make sure the keep your original copy of the receipt, it has a coupon for a free appetizer when you take a short survey.

Seating was prompt, but service declined the longer we were there. The waitstaff appeared to be stretched thin and our waitress seemed additionally annoyed. The beer was cold and the food was ok (it's bar food); not a place we will be rushing back to cater.

This is a pretty cool place to grab a beer and some grub. The food was better than average. The beer selection was ok. We sat at the bar and service was great. I could have easily stayed longer but the drive back from the valley is long.

Tried this place for happy hour, first time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, warm and inviting. Love the oversize fireplace in the dining area! I ordered the Sweet and Spicy Tails app, fries and the Zucchini spirals. Loved the shrimp and fries..zucchini needs more seasoning. My vodka gimlets were on point, very nice. Beware of the blackberry collins..if you don't like a mouth full of seeds you can't swallow, then this is not for you. I sent it back, glad they took it off my bill.

I liked the menu. Fried chicken sandwich with tater tots was good. Sad beer list. Lots of TVs for sports watching. Daily specials look good. I'd go back for food, but not just for drinks.

I was staying at the Hampton Inn across the street and it seemed the Brick House was a good, quick option for dinner. After standing around waiting for a bar seat for some time I finally squeezed in between two businessmen. I had to work hard to get the bartenders attention to take my order, which was annoying considering it was already 9 pm and I just wanted some dinner. I ordered a salad with my meal and that didn't come out until the rest of my meal did. I ordered the Mahi Mahi. Because I travel a lot I try to stay healthy on the road, although I wasn't expecting much from the Mahi at Brick House. It was worse than I expected. I didn't receive my salad until my meal came out and had to eat the fish first so it didn't get cold. It wasn't good. I also couldn't get the waitresses attention to get me a water, although everywhere else I eat usually brings one along with red wine. Overall I was unimpressed with the BH as a restaurant however maybe I would have enjoyed it to just grab a few beers after work.

We ended up going to the brick house because Tahoe Joes was no longer open. the seating was very uncomfortable, and the food was ATROCIOUS! It was $65.00 Totally wasted. the fried stuff was over cooked and the calamari had rigamortis that had set in so bad that the larger pieces were chewy and the tentacles were so burnt and crispy that you couldn't even use molars to crunch them. They offered to take that off the bill, and replace it with something else free of charge...The Zucchini curls were in no better shape and a number of them were burnt...after getting the bill we found that we were charged for the so called free replacement...the actual meals were unfit to eat. They were so bad that the dog, after sniffing them snorted shook his head, and trotted off. pretty bad when a dog won't even attempt to eat garbage! If you have money to throw down the drain, this is the place for you! It is an over glorified bar to say the least. You have to be pretty well drunk in order to palate the food. Someone else in the yelp reviews indicated that they were told there were kitchen issues that needed to be fixed, we went in 15 days later from his yelp, and it is quite obvious that the kitchen issues are STILL not fixed..trying to find the owners business number and demanding my $65.00 dollars back! I am now wondering if the phrase we re trying to getting the kitchen fixed is the standard excuse! I would ALSO like to point out that I have tried to find the number to call that is in a corporate office...You can ONLY get to them from email... thats so they can say they did NOT GET your message! Never Again thats for sure!

Service was pretty bad. We went on a Sunday night that wasn't busy. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. The waitress didn't ask any of us how we wanted our burgers cooked which I thought was weird. Once we received our food and started eating, I noticed it was raw in the middle. Just pink ground beef in the middle. The bacon was mostly fat. Bun was a soggy greasy mess. Our waitress never came back so I couldn't really do anything about it, plus I know not to send stuff back to the kitchen. My husband had a chicken sandwich with the same soggy greasiness. The tater tots were unbelievably salty. Other people in our group were less than happy with their meals as well. Another waitress ended up bringing more waters out for us since we were out. Half an hour later waitress brought our check out and that was our only interaction.

Went here for a birthday dinner. The waiters were very attentive to us! While waiting on the remainder of our party to arrive, we ordered wings with the cave man sauce...delish!! For my main dish, I had to order the chicken and waffles...simply amazing; although I could have done without the strawberries. Their drink selection is extensive and can I say BEER BONGS!!! Plus they have forties...crazy huh? The ambience was great, as well as the overall experience. I will definitively be back!!

Food is ok, but service is lacking. Deviled egg ap is very unique and mahi is very good. Order drunken chops if your hungry, this plate is huge; however sub out potatoes unless your into no flavor.

The food is amazing!! The Drunken Pork Chops are the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed and you definitely won't leave hungry! Service is really great. Our waiter, whose name was Lucky, does an outstanding job. We've eaten there 3 times and it's been great every time.

I went here for the first time with my friend. They have a lot on tap and even more bottled. There's something for everyone. The food is good. I had a Cajun chicken sandwich and it was great. The service was good and I loved the fireplace on a chilly evening. Cool atmosphere, cool place to go. I hear they have Happy Hour on weekdays, also. I'll have to hit it up one day soon!

Brick house is not my favorite style of restaurant, but I cant deny they have some amazing things going on. I love their beer towers. It is a nice twist to a pitcher of beer, and is great for a small group to enjoy. Their beer list is decent as well, and I like the creativity of their beer and liquor cocktail creations. Their food has always been good to me. They have a Kobe beef pizza that is absolutely perfection in a pan. it is even the perfect portion to fill you up but not weigh you down. Overall its a good time and I will most likely be back.

When I was invited to meet Yelpers at Brick House after the Elite event and the words "man cave" where used, I didn't think anything of it. Then I walked into Brick House. It IS a man cave. In the best way possible. The interior is deep brick and wood. TVs are not religated to the bar area but sections with sofa like seating and flat screens right in front of you are right off the bar area. Its like being in your own living room...if your living room had a full service bar and bare middrif waitresses. Brick House looks like it has a tasty menu although I didn't eat when I was there. If you read my reviews, you know I don't eat but drink my way through St. Louis. The bar has a decent selection of taps and scotch. I am not sure if it is a chain or not. I mentioned to my friends that it looked like a chain and not an independent restaurant. Looked a little too slick and gimmicky. Brick House has that key ingredient that makes any "man cave" a "man cave"...lots of men. Had to be about 70% men on a Thursday night at 9pm, impending snow storm on the way. I'm not vouching for the quality of men. A little on the "married man trying to get some strange on the side" vibe but I am a big fan of people watching and I saw some interesting dynamics that night. In the end you could probably get a beer somewhere other than the strip mall where Brick House is located but try it at least once. Sit back. Relax. Watch.

Took friends and family here for dinner last night. Brick House is one of the those places you learn to appreciate over time. The food is pretty good, the atmosphere is relaxed and our waitresses have always been good. For me, the Burger's are always a winner and for the first time, someone in our party ordered the "Kobe Pizza" which was surprisingly good! Without saying one the main driving forces for Brick House is their selection of beer. This time I stuck with one of my mainstay's "Blue Moon" however, if you are looking for pretty selection of beer, you can differently find it here. One of the last things I really dig about Brick House is the "couch" seating that they have. You should be able to tell from most of my reviews that I really enjoy locations that allow you to relax and have fun. Brick House is a winner in this area!

I have been a Brick House regular for many years. I live in Houston and visit the one there occasionally, but actually frequent the one in STL more often because I stay at the hotel next door. I have to say, over the past 6 months or so, the service at the STL location has gone downhill. It's still ok, but the trend is not good. The staff is not as friendly as it used to be. The beer is still good and cold and the food is still decent, but there is a service problem. Granted more restaurant have opened in the Valley lately, but you would think that would make them work harder. When Buffalo Wild Wings opens, I have a feeling it will be a nail in the coffin for this place.

Brickhouse is one of those places that got some bad reviews for stupid reasons. I have read people complain about the outfits they used to wear, well if you don't like them then don't go there. I have read people complain that it's "bar food" but then they ordered a burger. If you don't want bar food, then order something that isn't. There is a Steak and shroom entree that has 2 filets, sauteed onions and mushrooms on top, and then melted swiss cheese. OMG!! It is oh so very good. There's also a roasted chicken served on top of a bed of cheesy mashed potatoes with au jus that is great too. The steak salad comes highly recommended, and if you really want a party in your mouth, try the chicken and waffles. Yes I have had most of the food on their menu.lol There is a huge selection of beer (over 80 different kinds) and their signature drinks are good as well. The Shandy is good, nbut the St. Bubbles is my #1 favorite. For great service ask for Ashley C., Kristy, or Ashley N.

My new favorite place whenever I'm in town! We hit it just in time for Happy Hour...Domestics $2 and Snacks $7. Oh heck yea! Zucchini Curls - very yummy and lots of them! Hickory Smoked Salmon - sooo good! Meat & Cheese Board - wow! loved it! Enjoyed sitting in the "couch" section. Super comfy. Slightly difficult to get in/out so ladies please consider your attire wisely. Although too hot on this visit, there is a great outdoor patio area. I'll definitely be there come fall. Service was quick and attentive. Really great beer selection. TVs everywhere. Nice big fireplace too. I'm planning a group function here for my work team and know everyone is going to love it!

There's not much to say about this place. Went to celebrate a birthday for a friend. The grilled chicken sandwich was a huge downer. Plus side was tater tots rocked. Service was friendly but spontaneous and simply NOT attentive. There's a nice ambiance here and it felt like the restaurant is trying but it failed to impress me or delight me.

Came here for a lunch because it is national something week. The office staff does deserve a nice lunch and it is a pleasure to take them. I must say this is not my type of place. I walked in and was concerned with the type of food I was going to get for the staff. I really wanted something nicer than a high end Applebee's. They did serve some interesting dishes but still just could not get the vibe of place. As my diet is somewhat limited I did not order any food from them. Which the manager of the place showed wonderful concern. Good job sir. I did not really hear anything negative from the 8 people who attended with me. While the service as slightly slow not slow enough to be upset. We had a large group so really it was good service. I was expecting something different than what I saw at Brick House. I am not upset with them I just was ignorant of what they were all about. Not my type of place but I would not let an old man chase anyone away from here. :)

Nice sports bar with outdoor patio. Decent beer selection with many on draft. Bar type food for the most part. Yardbird Chicken sandwich was good. Tater tots were overly salted. Burgers looked good. Wish they had a turkey or veggie option. Service was attentive and friendly.

BBQ Duck pizza. Had to try it. Not bad, sweet BBQ sauce with onions and duck. The only problem was the crust could have been crispy. Enjoyed it.

Not bad but I've had better. A little trendy for my taste, seems to try to cater to the dentist/foodie on a Harley type. A little pricey for the quality.

Pretty good food. The meatballs entree was very very good! The sofa/table set up seems cool but it's almost too cozy for eating. You sort of get swallowed up and getting in and out to use the restroom or leave is challenging.

We stopped here randomly. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing and the drinks are good. They have a great happy hour 3-6. The food is mediocre. There are interesting items on the menu and a wide variety. The waitress told me the pizza was amazing so I ordered one and it was okay. It wasn't warm and the cheese wasn't all way melted and was doughy.

Decent food and beer with a great cast of waitstaff. Seriously, everyone working here was gorgeous! I got a white pizza and a beer. The beer section was well curated and the menu had lots of good options on it. The vibe was casual and a little louder. Overall, a better choice than many of the chains nearby.

Was in town on vacation and wanted to try a local spot, saw this restaurant and the curb appeal made it stand out. Once inside, I liked the edgy look and design, it made for a great atmosphere. Sat outside and enjoyed watching a summer storm roll in without having to worry about getting wet. Our server, Brandon, was exceptional and made the visit even more impressive. The food tasted delicious and the pricing was acceptable. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a great atmosphere, fantastic service and exceptional food with a budget friendly price point.

The fireplace is very nice. While eating here I was excited about how the place looks. The restaurant looks so nice and you have the choice of sitting at a couch or booth. The couch could be a bit awkward if you're shorter, but I loved it. When I visited a few weeks ago, the service wasn't great. The food was decent but nothing to rave about. Overall I'd recommend a visit. With better service I would have ranked higher, but I didn't have the best waitress.

  • David C.

This is one of those places i rue having chosen. The atmosphere is good and the place fails in every other aspect. I got the man mac and cheese. There wasn't half a piece of bacon in it and wasn't more than a sides worth of food in a cavernous bowl. For a tap room it blows.. all this micro brew in the area and you have 1 local offering. Then you're server isn't trained to bring a glass with the bottle and the beer is obviously way old! Wrong beer brought, slow service. A grinder had old stale bread, almost no meat so much oil on it it was gross. Did they actually taste the pickle slices? Someone thinks they taste good? The fries were good because we could use it to shove the lone thing on the plate that had flavor. .. the ketchup.thank goodness we didn't order the pizza. The pizza was so disgusting looking it makes chuckee cheese look good.

  • Greg G.

Atmosphere is upbeat and has variety. Inside, outside, bar, high tops, booths. The bar servers are top quality in terms of service and friendliness and they look good too. The French fries are dreadful. Every menu item seems to be infested with cheese. No cheese please, for me. I had the fried chicken sandwich which was so much better than the French fries. The place was hopping busy and every effort was made to be personable but there was a latent feeling of aloofness.

Came here tonight with work colleagues. Our waitress was pretty much on point. I ordered the philly cheese steak. It was not bad. It was not a philly cheese steak in the actual from philly type steaks but it wasn't bad. Had the tots. They were as expected, ya can't screw up tater tots. Guy next to me had the Mahi mahi. Blackened. It looked awesome and he said it was great. The waitstaff here is ...how do I say? Umm smoking effin' hot! At least two of them should be models. Like Maxim level. No joke. Anyway, despite the incredible hotness factor and average food, unless work brings me here again I will not be back. Simply cause I live 20 miles away. Otherwise I may make it a regular stop. :)

Want to enjoy the game and good food in the comforts of home? Then Brickhouse is your place! We went to enjoy the Blues game and called ahead to just to double check as it was a busy Saturday night in the Valley. They do have a call ahead list, I would suggest utilizing it. We got seated right away at a table with couches directly in front of the hockey game. Our waitress was very attentive and super nice. She made sure our drinks stayed filled and that our needs were met. We did not get an appetizer as we had a feeling we'd get filled up just from noticing what others were ordering. I got the chicken sandwich, my husband a burger and we settled back to watch the game. The food was good, the drinks were cold and the Blues won. What a great night!

  • Rebecca K.

I have only been here a handful of times, and the experience is always the same. The waiting staff is very attentive, but lets get to the food. We always start out with the Black Rum BBQ Tavern wings, but this time we also got the Zucchini Curls, which were really salty. Usually, I get the Thai Chicken Salad or the Kobe Brick Pizza, which are my two favorites. But this time, I was craving for a burger, so I decided to get the Gun Show Burger because of the fried egg! It was okay, just something about it was salty? Just wasn't as satisfying as I thought it would be.

Holy comfy couches, Batman! Public Service Announcement: don't try to eat on the couch if you are vertically challenged, like myself. Eat at a table and save the couches for drinks. But sit on the couch and have a drink, just because you can. Had lunch here with the husband. Tried the couch thing but was too short (see above) and also a little too warm. This is noteworthy because I am not usually even comfortable unless its 75+ degrees, and I was too hot to sit on the couch and eat. Had a burger and tater tots for lunch. The burger was sort of rectangular and served on more of what I would call a hoagie roll than a bun, with lettuce tomato onion and pickle. The burger was juicy and well-seasoned with just the right amount of char on the outside. The tater tots were tater tots, but crispy and hot and who doesn't love tater tots anyway?! Our server was a champ - drinks right on time without asking, offered us dessert. She hit everything on my mental checklist of what a server should do, and was friendly to boot. I am puzzled by the bad reviews and will definitely be back when I'm craving a burger. Red Robin, see ya never...

I wanted to try this place. When we got there they told us 40 minutes wait. After 70 minutes latter we were seated. We ordered food very quickly. Because we were very hungry. After 30 minutes latter we got our food. I ordered salad and I said I didn't want bacon in it. I don't eat pork. After couple bite I saw bacon bits in it. After couple hours wait I left restaurant hungry. What a great Friday night.

I usually like it hear. The gave good beer and appetizers are pretty good. The staff is always nice as well. Today we ordered lunch and I was a bit let down. I had a burger that gD an egg on it (I can't remember the name if it). First off, no one wants a burger on a hot dog bun. That novelty wears off quick, especially when the bun is dry and falling apart. I don't want to eat a burger with a fork. The meat was dry as well, they never asked how I wanted it cooked, so I assume they dry them all out, because my wife's was as well. Now for the egg. The whole point of the egg is the yoke. They cooked the yoke which just added to the dryness. At least ask how I want my eggs. It was a very underwhelming meal to say the least. I'll probably go back because I like beer and the appetizers are good, but il definitely skip the burgers

    (3)
  • William C.

Will I go back? Yes. This place has a very deep menu of beers and drinks to choose from the menu has lots of variety too. There are about 20 beers on tap, many of them brewed locally. In addition there are at least that many in bottles and a nice menu of mixed drinks. The menu ranges from meatballs to pizza to pork chops to steaks to burgers and sandwiches. There is something for everybody. I had the barbecue pork chops with cheesy mashed potatoes. The meal was tasty and well presented. My only knock is that one of the pork chops was a bit tough but I'm not sure this was the fault of the kitchen. There were lots of TVs with different sports on making for a good experience all around.

  • Zachary V.

Portion sizes were good, prices were reasonable. I really liked the atmosphere, the couches as booths and the fireplace was nice. Their beer selection is much wider than most. A good place for a drink, but I found the food a little lackluster. Visually it looked really good, but the taste was a little bland. By the end of the meal eating seemed more like a chore. It's kind of a shame, because this place has a lot of really good points going for it. If you're looking for a night of beer, that happens to serve food, this is your place, but if your goal is excellent food, I'd probably skip it.

Our favorite restaurant in the west St. Louis area! The food and service are great. Covered outdoor seating on the patio and a firepit with circular seating for the nighttime. Indoors there is couch style seating to lounge as well as tables and a large bar area. The sandwiches are amazing. If you're a drinker make sure to try the "French Kiss" (Belgium style beer mixed with Chambourd) and the "Whiskey Mash" (whiskey, ginger beer and muddled strawberries)...delish!

  • Marissa R.

My lunch at this restaurant was pretty solid, but nothing too out-of-the-ordinary. The ambiance is cute, and has an edgy feel to it. Service was as-expected. I enjoyed my burger, fries, and soft drink, but nothing seems to be too exotic about this place. I'd classify it with TGIFriday's and Chili's, even though it's not as popular. I would return again, but I'm not in a hurry to get there next week.

Bad night at Brick House. Went in for dinner, seated immediately, then waited for 15 minutes without even being approached for a drink order. Approached the Hostess for assistance, who said she would send someone over. Waited another 7 minutes, and then walked out. Hostess barely apologized.

I have been here several times now... Good food, good service, tons of TV's and an awesome huge fireplace that puts out serious heat. The meatballs, fish and chips, and bleu-cheese-queso chips are very good. I'll keep coming back until I move!

Average fare in a nice looking place. I suppose that if I were more of the "sports bar" aficionado I would comment on their beer list, their wings or something similar...but I'm not. Sports bars are never my first choice for a meal and I don't generally go out to drink a bunch of beer so I may be missing out on that reason as a draw. We had the mussels as an appetizer - pretty good. I ordered a grinder sandwich and got something more akin to a wrap. Not really what I consider a grinder. My colleagues both had the pork chops and seemed to really like them. Finished off the meal with one Glenfiddich and one Macallan's. Any meal that ends with a good single malt gets an extra star from me...

HAPPY HOUR review I want to begin by addressing the reputation of this place. In the past, it might have been a bit sleazy or tacky. However these days it is anything but. The female servers/bartenders are all tastefully dressed in jeans and shirts, and they are generally nice and friendly without being "fake" flirty or tawdry. Yes, most of them are pretty easy on the eyes. However there are also plenty of men who work here as well. If you work out west, Brick House is a fantastic happy-hour spot. It's huge and there's a ton of seating. Indoors they have tables, booths, couches, and bar seats. Then there is a giant screened-in patio, as well as fully-outdoor tables. When the weather is nice, sitting out on that patio with some beer and grub while enjoying the cool breeze is a real treat. The service is always prompt and attentive, and you will never be with an empty glass for long. There are LOTS of great beers on tap, as well as bottles. There's also a signature cocktail menu with a few interesting choices. I'm always impressed with the food. The housemade pretzel sticks are quite tasty, as is the chicken and waffles. I've also enjoyed the sliders, wings, and verious meatballs. Their happy hour specials are also impressive. $3 import drafts and $5 appetizers from 3-6pm, Mon-Thu. I was skeptical at first but I've come to appreciate the Brick House.

Brick house is you quintessential brew house. Brew food and brew beers. There are some things here that are quite good, but some that are run of the mill. First, the service has always been fantastic. This is one of the main reasons I have been here more than once (that and it's next to the hotel I use) Always helpful and friendly. The blue and white chips are a great app that I would suggest if you love chips. The Buffalo chicken meatballs are also quite good. And that is the key of this place. Everything that I have had there is good, to quite good. But I have never had anything great.

Went here last night for the first time with a friend. The food was absolutely excellent! We started off with the sweet and spicy tails appetizer, which was incredible, and I'm not even a shrimp fan. For entrees I had the fish and chips while she had a burger. Both were incredible with a very decent portion size, I didn't even come close to finishing mine. For drinks we both had the fiery cider. It's fireball whiskey mixed with hard apple cider and let me tell you, that was one of the best drinks I've ever had. It's like Christmas and Fourth of July exploded in your mouth. However, I need to add that while the food was incredible enough to make me want to come back, the service was awful. Our waitress didn't remember to even bring us forks until halfway through our meal, we rarely saw her, she didn't even ask us if we would like two separate checks and we had to have someone else separate it for us because we never saw her again after she dropped them off. Let's hope this was one bad waitress and the service will be better next time.

I frequent this place alot since it's nearby my house. There isn't a whole lot to do at night near the burbs so this place is a treat. It gets pretty packed on game night but even then I still have a good experience. I totally dig the atmosphere, think Houlihans/Buffalo wild wings but bigger and better with more variety. If you have a large party you can sit at one of their longer tables, or opt for a regular table. They also have a fireplace which I loved during the winter. The service depends on who you get--when it gets busy I've gotten neglected a few times but hey, it's a big and busy place. On to the food---deviled eggs! I never tried them but have seen several people order them and swear they're delicious. Doesn't quite go with my beer so I usually order something fried or order a pizza. I actually really like their pizza. It's nothing gourmet but their red sauce they use is pretty tangy and tasty. My favorite is their bbq duck pizza--try it! They have an extensive beer list with various wine and cocktails--I've tried a few in each category with no complaints!

New Management + New Kitchen Staff = 4+ Stars!!! It looks like they've finally turned the corner and are on their way to being awesome again. They got rid of some of the problems and it looks like they have some new people in there that really care about making it work. I have to say that the wait staff can still really make a difference though. Some of the people working the tables are awesome and can really help overcome anything that happens in the kitchen by being friendly and attentive. The veterans are great, but the newbies should take some lessons from those that have been there a while. I will be back regularly, and recommend it to my friends again. Thanks for turning it around and not letting it go to hell permanently.

We met another couple and were seated in one of the "double sofa" tables. The seats were extremely comfortable although difficult to get in and out of. The table was a little high for comfort. The beer list is fantastic! I could spend a month sampling them all. (Sadly they list Rolling Rock as a local beer even though its brewed in New Jersey and only owned by AB Inbev) The server brought our drinks quickly and took our food orders. The menu is not huge is extensive enough to offer something for everyone. Salads, apps, sandwiches, burgers and entrees. Our food was brought out quickly and correctly. My Black and Bleu burger was delicious. The rectangular patty is served on a rectangular bun. Cool! Cooked perfectly and served with tater tots. (these are not your normal tots!) My wife's turkey club was huge and tasty. Thinly sliced and piled high. My friend had the meat loaf and loved it. The atmosphere is casual with plenty of TVs to watch the big game. There are a lot of specials on drinks and food. It would be a great place for game day.

I haven't been here in years, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much this place has changed! Their menu was expansive with plenty of options ranging from fancy meatballs to salads to sandwiches to steaks....even deviled eggs?!?! Luckily one of my fellow diners frequents this place often so she had great suggestions. We had the deviled eggs with real pieces of bacon and the marinated cocktail shrimp. I love a good deviled egg and most restaurants don't serve them, so I was all in there and they did not disappoint. The chunks of bacon were an awesome addition to an already wonderful deviled egg filling. The marinated shrimp was served in a tin serving platter on ice, much like oysters. They were very good and you could tell they had actually been marinated prior to serving rather than being spritzed with lime on the way out to our table. Both appetizers were reasonably priced and had plenty to share with someone else. The other diners had the turkey club (it was massive), the meatball sandwich and the Greek meatballs. They all looked great and everyone was happy. I heard the most compliments about the Greek meatballs so I will definitely try them next time. Their drink menu offered plenty of options from beer to mixed drinks to wine. I don't know how you could come here and NOT find something to eat or drink up that's up your alley. This place had a reputation before for being Hootes-like in terms of the girls wearing low cut shirts and short shorts, but that's changed. They wear jeans and cute but casual shirts that are more appropriate for the clientele in the area. Our wait staff was really attentive and friendly, so thumbs up there. They have a great patio with plenty of TVs to watch the game. This place really impressed me and I will be back! A fun and casual place to hang with friends.

  • Craig M.

Order a draft and you'll be asked "Man size or sissy size?" Good food, hot babes, great atmosphere, nice outdoor area... rock on!

    (4)

    (3)

  • Ron L.

This is a really good restaurant. Good is solid. Had the meatloaf tonight and it was awesome. Plus the bar is incredible. Tons of great beer on tap and the service is top notch.
