Yummy!!! I had the loaded baked potato which was covered with delicious pulled pork. My man had the Boss hog sandwich and he could only eat half - loved it!!! The beans were so tasty, onion rings amazing!!! We thought it was reasonable for the amt of food we got. My tastebuds were having a party! We don't live nearby or we would seriously be addicted to this BBQ.

Picked this place based on Yelp reviews. Had the pork sandwich, cheesy potatoes, and added a rib for $1.50. The hot bbq sauce was a favorite of everyone at my table. The hot bbq started off sweet and finished with great heat. The pork sandwich was great but was light on the pork. Would have been 5 stars had the sandwich had more pork. Next time I'd stick with just ribs which was awesome. Can't get this bbq in Minnesota

This is a little bit off of I35 and not that far from KC but it is very much worth the detour! "I know KC is loaded with BBQ places" you are thinking. "why would I drive out of my way for BBQ when headed that way" you are thinking, You are thinking "it's not worth it"! Well, stop overthinking it, it is that good, it is worth it. I was sort of thinking the same thing but I was driving past the town and starving so I stopped in. Now when it Rome, I don't know...you do Roman things and when in the KC area you eat roasted pig. This roasted pig was very tasty. This is a little joint and as little joints go it had it all. Atmosphere, good service, local gossip (sort of) and good food. I decided to eat in even though I was driving through and ordered the Big Porker Sandwich (being starved and still feeling like a little bit of a big porker myself). The sandwich is Pork loin, with Pulled Pork on top, topped with some smoked Country Ham and of course bacon. Now it is not at all abnormal to get a pulled pork sandwich that is dry and needs lots of sauce but this one was perfect. Nice juicy meat with a good smoke and loads of flavor, The sauce should always be used to spice things up not to cover how dry the sandwich is, which is the way this was. I also had some onion rings and they were very good as well. Only got through 1/2 the sandwich, not wanting to be a total Big Porker and I'm OK with that, great late night snack! Make the drive, you'll enjoy the second thoughts! KT

My husband & I both think this the best ever. Brisket was perfectly smoked and $liced. Buns and Cole slaw were best ever. Pulled pork & sauces were great. Rather it is because we are driving through or drive the hour & half from home, we will be back.

Pretty good bbq. Ribs were good. Fair atmosphere. Cheesy mac was also good. The best part was two funny waitresses in there. I like it when they dish out a little bit of a hard time. Will come back again
