HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DO NOT DINE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU PLAN TO BE ATTENDED TO! It took us 35 minutes before we received water! This was only after I told the hostesses who went over and told the uncaring manager. One would think he would immediately come over and apologized but nope he doesn't care. Apparently our waiter that had our table didn't show up that night so some poor waitress had to pick up our table of 8, along with his whole section and hers. Really setting her up to fail. If my 90 year old grandparents weren't there with us I would have walked out at 15 minutes and no water/service. I got the fried shrimp and it was cold. Not worth sending it back because at this point we were already there for 1.5 hours and we had a show to catch. Do yourself a favor and go to another chain and don't waste your time with this one!

We had this once before and came back to it. This time wasn't a let down either! Great service, very friendly staff. We shared the fish & chips remembering how big the servings were from last visit. The fried zucchini is delish! I had the Patron Margarita and it was fantastic.

Wow! Wow! And Wow! Miles from the ocean we found a wonderful place to eat seafood that tasted wonderful and the service was impeccable. We had oysters that were served ice cold. Crab cake was real crab not imitation. Crisp salad served on cold plat using mixed field greens and iceberg. Angela was calm and cool serving food spaced out not all at once! We returned for lunch next day to experience the same! Thank you!

The server was overwhelmed and it took 15 minutes for us to get drinks and an hour for our food. We had to remind her several times for things. The food, when it finally came, was very good, except my mother in laws shrimp and fries. Her meal sat way too long and was cold and soggy. We would have complained but we had a show to make. If we had a better waiter I think the overall experience would have been better. Avoid Ayla.

Decent place to eat. The food is ok, the alcohol drinks were great. A little on the pricey side for the quality of service we got that particular day. The waitress was sure to let us know she would be happy to tell us what her favorite drinks on the menu were, but went on to tell us she was on an alcohol recovery program. Ooook. Thanks for that? Our rolls never came out. Our salads came out before our appetizer, and food was luke warm. This place has a lot of potential. Because ive been to other locations that were on point. Hope next visit is better!

I was very disappointed. Not only was the service slow, the manager belittled the staff in front of us. We were told that happy hour drink prices lasted until 7, but then we're charged full price. After we returned home our credit card company alerted us the a very generous tip on our bill. They had added $10 to the tip. Then even though our bill was $54.00 they only gave us points for $6. I'm still working with Landry Select Club to get that straighten out. Very disappointing.
