Concerning the food, we were quickly served delicious freshly baked loaves to be dipped into balsamic vinegar, herbs, and olive oil, or the fine salad and toasted ravioli, and the very enjoyable Salsiccia pizza, but the main thing I'd like to mention is the service, and the attitude we felt at Florentina's Ristorante Italiano. We were in Branson 2 days this time, and during the previous night we ate at an unnamed (Black Oak Grill) business downtown by the river. Chad, our server at Florentina's, was attentive, helpful, and cared about our needs and wants. The night before, the server cared only about giving us our overly microwaved entrees and getting the check to us. It was apparent that its business model was to have tourists eat there once, and never care if they returned. At Florentina's Ristorante Italiano, we were seated quickly, served promptly and often (two unasked for peach tea refills, multiple loaves of bread), and received smiles and thanks on our way out, with the boxed pizza leftovers which we enjoyed during the trip home the next day. We will be back to Florentina's Ristorante Italiano because the food was very good, and they valued our business. Who could ask for anything more?

Our group of 4 was immediately seated at 12:30pm on a Saturday in the height of tourist season. Impressive! Within 2 minutes our server had brought warm bread and oil/vinegar dipping sauce and had taken our drink order. It was hot outside and our drinks were kept full throughout the meal. Our food arrived quickly and the conversation died down as we chowed down! Pretty soon samples of "you have to try this" were being passed around, consequently I tasted everything that was ordered. High quality ravioli, delicious stuff mushrooms (sausage and cheese stuffed in a creamy pesto sauce, wow!) apple gorgonzola salad, and a trio platter of alfredo + chicken parmigiana + lasagna. Lasagna has to be one of my favorite foods ever, and this was delicious. Thin layers, but many of them! We had a great meal and packed up several containers of left overs. Prompt courteous service, delicious food and plenty of it! Who can ask for more than that?

Food was okay nothing special. Service was good. The chicken in one of the meals was over cooked and had to be redone. Lasagna was just okay. Would not recommend.

Good food with pretty decent prices. we've eaten here a lot and we come in with a decent size group of 7-10 people each time so they usually sit us at the only table they have that accommodates a group our size. this results in same server that needs somewhat of an attitude adjustment, but other than that great food. will keep eating here

My daughter lived in Branson and brought me here to eat. The service was outstanding. The restrooms clean and neat just like the restaurant. I love pizza and few can compare with this one. Bread with dipping sauce yummy. The pizza crust was crunchy and topping fresh. Would put this in the top five places where I have had pizza. I later returned with friends on a trip and all were equally impressed with service and food. One of our group did not eat garlic and the chef fixed her food and bread with no garlic. Thanks for a good experience.

Our favorite place in Branson! I look forward to it every year. We are a big group and the service is always great!

Couldn't decide if our visit warranted a 3 or 4. Our server brought the number down. She was never around and forgot several things. The food was good starting with the bread and dipping sauce. Brick oven pizza was just ok and needed pepper flakes. Toasted ravioli was very good. Didn't have pasta but they looked good and large portion sizes.

We were in Branson Missouri taking in the shows we had a chance to stop at the Florentina I'm restaurant, from reading the reviews posted. The restaurant is a family atmosphere restaurant, with a variety of Italian dishes, is very pleasing and has a great atmosphere. The food is very reasonable, portions are generous and the food came out very quickly even though the restaurant was crowded. Our waiter Chang is very pleasant, and the owner even stop by to see that our service was as we require. If you're looking for an Italian cuisine while taking in the shows, I highly recommend that you stop here for dinner.

Stuffed mushrooms are awesome. Food was very well prepared, very large portions. Worth stopping in when you are here. Very friendly staff.

Our waiter was unattentive. He might as well have had headphones on. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs--since this place is supposedly italian--and it tasted as if I was eating frozen dinner from the supermarket. Whoever thinks this place is great probably hasn't traveled very far outside of the Ozarks.

Food and service was excellent! We go here every year we come to Branson! Highly recommend if you are looking for good food!

Waitress would only address me, the adult at the table, even though the children clearly had questions of their own, but that was the waitress not the restaurant. The food was ok, just typical Americanized Italian food.

We walked in and were seated right away. Shane provided excellent service; you couldn't ask for any better! Complementary hot bread with oil and spices was amazing and a great way to start out. We have a very picky eater that likes pizza without sauce. She was delighted with the brick oven pizza! The portions were large even off of the children's menu. The sangria was tasty and had quite a punch. We would definitely recommend Florentina's Ristorante Italiano to others!

Family ate here tonight, total of seven people. Arrived @ 6pm and we were seated immediately. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made several recommendations and we took most of them. Food was wonderful and well presented. The very best items we enjoyed were the Chicken Picatta with Pasta Alfredo and the Apple/Walnut salad. Wow - both were really fantastic! We also had three pizzas, including a child's pizza. My kiddo often orders child pizza at restaurants, but seldom finishes it. She ate all of it and asked for more! The pizzas were really good! Prices were good value and they had a decent wine list too. Enjoyed our time here and enjoyed our server. He also made some recommendations on places to visit in Branson. Restrooms, dining room, and landscaping was clean as well. We liked that we found a nice, local owned place in Branson...

This was the best restaurant experience my husband and I have ever had! He had wanted Olive garden but I had read the reviews for this place, he is so happy we went here! It was super busy but we only had a 20 minute wait. You can look at a menu while your wait so you know what you want when you are seated. There is plenty of seating while you wait, which for him is always a plus. When we were sat, our waitress came up and took our drink orders, we were ready with our dinner orders already so she took them, too. She came back with our drinks quickly. As well as, bread and some stuff to dip the bread in which was very good and she didn't drown it in olive oil. She refilled our drinks without us asking. When she brought our food it was fresh and amazing and we both loved it. My husband was iffy about there not being parmesan on the table but we didn't need it, everything was so good. My husband looked at the waitress as she was walking by, she instantly asked "more bread?" Which is exactly what he was wanting. With a glance from across the room, not even trying to get her attention she showed up with to go containers when we were ready! Her name started with a C or a K, I can't remember exactly what it was but that was the best service and some of the best food we have ever had! We now have a go-to place to eat when we come down to Branson!

Come to Branson at least 2 times a year and always wanted to eat here. I'm mad we never ate here before now....absolutely great. My husband had the carbonara and I had the manicotti both were outstanding. Highly recommend trying this place out when in Branson.

Good food. Their homemade nachos are excellent! Good atmosphere for kids as well. Went there for lunch during our family reunion. It was about 14 of us...the waitress was friendly and was able to get the checks correctly, which it was difficult in other places.

Michelle C.
The food was amazing and portions were enough for two people! It was by far the best meal I had all week in Branson.
Good was pretty darn good. Service was below average. Server did not check on us for a while, probably heard her say ten words tops the whole time we were there. Sauces were authentic and the pizza was very good if you like thin crust. Italian margarita was below average, think they forgot to add the amaretto. I will return... someday.

This is my family's favorite Italian restaurant. The food is wonderful, the staff is so friendly, and the atmosphere is terrific! I have never had a bad experience there. Do not miss the stuffed mushrooms!

Super delicious!!! I had the rigatoni florentina and it was a huge portion of super yummy artichokes, broccoli, olives, capers, tomatos, chicken, and a creamy sauce. My husband had the spaghetti cucina with 3 meats. The sausage was great and the meatball like we make at home. They give you bread and a dipping sauce with balsamic vinegar, herbs, and olive oil. It was unique and delightful. Service was outstanding, quick, and polite.

So good!!! We would come back before our trip is over, We had the Cannelloni Alla Besciamella, Rigatoni Florentina, Baked Ravioli, Pollo Limoni & sausage pizza. Our favorites were the Cannelloni & Ravioli! It's worth coming and it was very affordable!!
(5)
Byron H.
Great experience! Wonderful service, delicious food (my wife and I each got the Rigatoni Carbonara, with shrimp and chicken respectively), generous portions, and a lovely, open, "family style" atmosphere. I would happily return here and highly suggest it to anyone visiting the city.

In return for 15 minutes of my time, my timeshare gave me a dinner voucher for $30, with a choice of 3 restaurants, and I chose Florentina's. It was an excellent choice. There was a short wait, and I sat at the bar for a glass of wine. For $5 I got one of the largest servings of wine I've ever had at a restaurant. When I missed my buzzer, the hostess came looking for me, and apologized profusely for the delay. On the advice of my waiter, the very energetic and friendly Jay, I chose the Osso Buco, made with pork shank, risotto cooked with chicken stock and Alfredo cream sauce, and a special tomato-bacon jam. (When I called the restaurant to be sure I was describing the dish properly, they put a cook on the line for me. Pretty good service!) It was not only beautifully presented, it was delicious, and there was three very meaty shanks, enough food for a party! I also had an appetizer of calamari, and a side of green beans, both of which were prepared to perfection. I got all of that for the value of the coupon, and not only had an excellent meal, but also needed two large and two small boxes for the take-home. (And Jay threw in an extra loaf of bread for me!) I will definitely visit this restaurant again the next time I am in Branson.

Excellent service from Michelle. Food was good . My wife had the linguini pesto, and I had the linguine del mare.

Really pretty place first off. The bread and oil / vinegar and herb sauce for dipping is really good! I had the manicotti and a Caesar salad. It was really good and filling. My date had a small lunch pizza. I did not try it but he said it was good. The service was great also. I would go back. It is a little expensive.

Excellent service. From entrance to exit they appreciate having you there. Pasta meal was excellent, however appetizer of muscles was a two out of 10. We told both the waiter and the manager. We were amazed the manager did not make any allowance for it
I was very disappointed. The manager may be the rudest, young punk manager I've ever seen. We were ending our meal, about to order dessert, when he comes waking through the restaurant saying very loudly "We're closing in 13 minutes!" Then looks at a waitress & says loud enough for the entire place to hear "everyone get your money in!" Then the jackass stood at the register twirling his keys, checking his watch continuously saying "I can't wait to get out of here" Wow. I've worked in several restaurants, we NEVER rushed patrons, especially 13 minutes before they even close. I've worked late many times waiting for people to finish up. The food was OK. The pizza was the best thing we ordered. The kids fried ravioli had to have been frozen, definitely not fresh. My salad was a lot better than my meal. We won't be back. Our bill was $125 for 3 adults & one child. For the taste, that's way too high. The next night we spent $150 at Landry's and we were more than happy.

Great homemade bread, Italian dressing on salad. Salad did not come with meal and portion was small for price. Oil mixture was little different as it had herbs, cheese and balsamic then the server added oil when she brought it out? The cheese seemed to ruin the mixture. I had the chicken piccata which was really good, but very buttery and greasy husband had the baked ravioli which was extremely good and a decent portion.

Delaina B.
This restaurant was average at best. The waitress did not tell us what the special was, which was a shame because they looked good when we saw them as we were leaving. The menu was limited. The food was nothing special. It was bland. The restaurant allowed someone to walk around handing out brochures for a show in Branson. I am not fond of being solicited while trying to eat. The tables were close together giving the place a cafeteria feel.

A group of 6 women visiting from KC including me visited this family oriented restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. As the name suggests, the food is Italian. I had the linguine with clams and a side salad. The linguine was very good and the salad was fine. Service was a bit slow but so is life in Branson. Lots of pizza and pasta choices. Probably would not go back but if you are in the mood for Italian, this place will do.
(3)
Corey K.
Went for lunch. Got pizza and linguini with meatballs, Caesar salad and "Zuppa tuscana". Great wait staff, food lacked some flavor. Pizza was good and linguini with meatballs was adequate. Caesar salad was cheaply made and soup was nothing like we have had before, it was tomato based instead of cream based like most Zuppa tuscana soups are. Bread was hard and seasoning dip came with balsamic vinegar?!? Beardless to say it was alittle hard to eat. Otherwise it was an acceptable place to eat.

If this is what passes for Italian food in Branson, I'm so sorry. Olive Garden is better and that's not saying much. Wish I'd found the new locally owned Italian restaurant first. Service was so slow. Bread was bad. The only saving grace was my kids were in a good mood and my teenager made me laugh. So that made the dinner good. But since my kids won't be with you, I'd skip this place.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is good. The service was good as well. The food was mediocre at best. As a family we had the spaghetti and meatballs, the meatballs were clearly previously frozen and not good. The chicken Alfredo, the chicken was good, sauce tasted like prego. Mozzarella sticks which where frozen/deep fried. The best portion of the meal was the Margherita pizza, the sauce was good, the crust was undercooked and the Tomatoes, which were fresh were cut to thick for a pizza 3/8 inch. All in all I would eat at Oli Garden before going back to this place which I had hoped would be a nice local restaurant with Italian home cooking. Frozen food is not my cup of tea.
(3)

Not the best Italian i've had, but considering i am in the middle of Missouri, this was decent. Server was very attentive, portions are immense, overall good experience
(3)
Judy F.
All four of us ordered pizza and Caesar salad. We first had wine and then our dinner. Bread and oils for dipping were provided early. The atmosphere is charming, service was great, and the food delicious. We ate on a cold winter night, restaurant was not crowded. We will definitely return again if we get the opportunity!

First time I've eaten there and we go to Branson a lot. Food was really good. Loved the spaghetti marinara. Even the dinner salad was really good. We will be back.

My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. The only complaint I have can double as a compliment being that our wait was little long due to the fact that ut was packed. The food was original and delicious and very clean tasting. Our service was head and shoulders above some of the other wait staff in the Branson area. I will return without question.

We dined here as a large family group (twelve people) with a reservation and were seated immediately. Appetizers: The bruschetta, calamari and stuffed mushrooms were good. Not the best, but good. I had the Caesar salad which was fine, but I noticed that the house salads ordered by others in the party had not been tossed. When the entries were served, the first thing I noticed was the cheese. Every single dish that called for cheese as an ingredient, especially the baked pasta, was positively *smothered* in cheese. Also, many of the dishes used cheddar cheese. Who has ever heard of Italian food with cheddar cheese? Odd. The wait service was fine. All in all, it was a pretty bland experience.
(3)
Franken B.
The sausage they use on their pizza is just awful. It has large chunks of gristle in it and the flavor could be better. So stay away from that. But otherwise they have a wonderful selection on their menu and the entrees we tried were delicious. The rolls were also very good. I would definitely eat there again.

Took the family here. Very friendly, good authentic food made from scratch, safe play for dinner. Great dinner bread very fast service.

Good food and fast service but nothing exceptional. We split a pizza and it was good but it was not as good as other stone cooked pizzas I have eaten. Good flavor but not crispy at all. It was a good environment for our 14 month old too! Overall it is worth a stop but don't get too excited.

Favorite restaurant in Branson! Excellent Italian food! The bread before the meal is tremendous and the food is very flavorful. I usually go 2x during a Branson stay. The kids love the brick oven pizza.

came here for lunch. the wife and I order Caesars salad, she the full, I the side. we ordered mozzarella sticks as appetizer. I also ordered the zuppa tuscano soup. our waitress cindy seemed disinterested but with lager parties she was more attentive. the general manager Patrick was great. He was very attentive towards us which helped make up for the waitress. Now the food. Salads were good, needed a bit more dressing, but the GM was happy to provide more. the soup was good, large portion. the atmosphere was good, restaurant was clean. Price was a bit expensive for two people for a 34.00 bill. Tipped the waitress 10% because she was not interested in our small party. Final advice, Olive garden is better but ok if you want a change from olive garden.

Kim W.
Seated quickly, never got the house salad I ordered. Was charged one dollar per shrimp on the kids fettuccine Alfredo. Almost $9 for kids dinner!! Hubby said the pizza crust was "thinner than a ritz cracker" All in all service was good with the exception of my salad which was on my bill and food was ok at best.
(2)
Jenny J.
Food was very average. Not worth the price at all. Staff was okay but everyone was ready to leave. Management sat at the bar next to us and ate his food while working. Will not go back.

Chris J.
We went about 7pm and had a 20 minute wait. Good service, excellent food. Everything was seasoned well and fresh. The bread was warm and soft, and when paired with the olive oil and herb mixture, it was delicious! We had an appetizer trio that was also very good. Our pizza, the pollo, was outstanding. Very tasty. Flavor is NOT lacking here. Gorgonzola cheese with chicken and caramelized onions provided layers of interesting tastes.

My wife and I had lunch here Monday. We were seated immediately. The waiter was attentive and helpful in selecting our dishes. I ordered Eggplant Parmigiano which was excellent and my wife had Penne with a vodka sauce, equally delicious. The service was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. A young couple at the next table struck up a conversation with us and told us they come as often as they can. They had ordered one of the brick oven pizzas and it was a work of art. My wife and I decided that this restaurant would be a must visit destination when we come to Branson.
Their food is GREAT!! Plenty of variety in their menu, the amount of food served is very generous, prices are reasonable, service was good and the restaurant environment is very nice.

Disappointing. Smelled wonderful upon arrival. Food was bland. Lackluster pizza over cooked on the edges and soggy in the middle. It didn't taste Italian. The minestrone soup had the same symptoms. The waitress tried. The manager did the right thing to remove unacceptable food from the check. The bar tender friendly. It was a place we could get into, off the beaten path in Branson at high time but I would not recommend.
Maybe I am easy to please when it comes to food, but I thought this place was pretty good! I am pretty certain it was the best food I had in Branson - including the dinner shows. No, it wasn't a family-owned, hole in the wall, Italian diner, but I really enjoyed it! Our waiter was so kind and easy to get along with (he even responded well to my father-in-laws sarcastic humor). We ordered a salad and penne dish that was both delicious and huge! Four starving people still had leftovers. I appreciated the environment - in contrast to the "Family Las Vegas" dining of the rest of Branson. If i ever end up in Branson again, I may eat here only.

Having a large family offers some difficult scenarios when traveling and eating out. On a whim, we decided to give Florentina's a try. Not only was the location large, with many seating areas, but the atmosphere was pleasant as well. Our best surprise was the ability to order family style. We settled on waters for all, a family style Caesar Salad and a family style Chicken Alfredo. The whole meal cost less than a meal at Silver Dollar City which was very pleasing. Our waiter was very helpful and didn't balk when we asked for a side of balsamic to add to our salad. Isn't that Caesar heresy? In fact, he kept the bread flowing! We had enough pasta to feed the entire family and even brought home leftovers. We will definitely look for this chain in other locations.

We ordered our entrees and an appetizer at the same time. The waiter (Chad) did not put our order in until he brought the appetizer, 40 minutes later. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I would give it zero stars except YELP won't let me! It was almost an hour from the time we sat down until we received our entrees. Up to this point we there had been no drink refills and the dirty salad and bread plates were still on the table. When I spoke to manager (Chai Chang) for the second time he listened to my complaint and then proceeded to make excuses. He did not apologize until I pointed out that no one had done so.

Came in around 7pm on a Saturday. Waited about an hour while everyone else looked liked they were being seated first. We had a party of 5, and our hostess said we had to wait longer than usual because they had to get an extra seat. No big deal, but we waited for about an hour. Once seated in the very family friendly restraunt, we noticed there was a large number of tables open. Why would you leave people waiting an hour, if there are open seats? Food was a little bit better than average. It all depends on what you get. Manager at the time was very friendly and was quick to get us fresh bread. Overall, if you can get seated under 20 minutes, it is worth it. Otherwise, you can get better food quicker in Branson.

Brian M.
Absolutely excellent food! The service is still being perfected, but overall it's a great experience. I have the Lasagna every time and my wife has a variety which I snitch off of. We go here any time we are in Branson and are sure to get great food! Very highly recommended!

Nothing special. Pasta with Marinaria was dry and bland. Parmesan cheese on top was like toothpicks. Shrimp with cream sauce tasted plastic. Pleasant waiter but over extented. Bread was dense in texture and almost stale even though it was warm when served.

The pizza was okay. My husband wanted to substitute his mashed potatoes with broccoli. At first they said no cause he was already getting green beans and it would be a $5 extra fee. In the end they gave it to them with no charge.

We had a 45 minute wait on a Friday night but the food was worth the wait. I had the penne al carbonara, very good. Huge portions, you won't go away hungry.
(4)
Kaaren B.
There was nothing about this to earn a good recommendation We should have taken a hint from the empty dining room! This is very predictable, pre-made food with a lack of the "fresh" feel. We ordered specific well liquor for our drinks, and if we got what we ordered, I would be surprised. VERY watery drinks. Compared to the ubiquitous Italian chain restaurant, this is no in that league.
(2)
Isadore F.
The ravioli was extrodinary and nothing but other good things can be said. Very surprised to see only 3 stars average, they deserve more... regret to see sad stories about being seated. Guess I have learned I can either voice my preference or just move after hostess and before the waitress. Done it before for various reasons without any problem for anyone. At any rate, our experience was prompt seating at about 6pm, prompt service and two very good meals, the chef sure knew how to get it right.

My wife and I stopped here at 845 on a Saturday night. It appeared that they were busy but not too bad with open tables. After standing in the entrance for a good bit a waiter just kinda sauntered up - ask what we wanted. When we said a table he said and I quote " we may be closed, I have to check". After a few more minutes another person came up and said he thought they may be closed even though the sign was still lit up and obviously there was food coming from the kitchen. The staff said they closed at 830 but when I pointed out the time on the door was scraped off bit the last two digits remained which was 00 - so in fact they couldn't close at 830. This was met with bewilderment - but we left anyway. Not planning on going back as they seem to be the type to spit on your food because you made them do their job. Good luck if you do go.

So so pizza. Too much cheese for brick oven thin crust. Makes crust soggy and unpleasant. Better than Dominoes, but I would suggest somewhere else for pizza.

We were able to taste test the food at the MO Food & Wine Festival so we had an easy decision in trying out this restaurant. The decor is nice and it smelled wonderful as we entered. This used to be another italian eatery but don't be confused, it is way different and much better. I had the cannelloni which was delicious baked in marinara and alfredo topped with cheese. My husband tried the lasagna which had a few too many veggies for him but was still very good. I appreciated the bread for oil dipping to start and we ordered the stuffed mushrooms (which we had previously sampled) and they were delicious. I will visit again and will prefer over the olive garden or macaroni grill

Food was excellent , our waitress was great. They were extremely busy tonight , they apologized for being slow but we never noticed. Loved it. Price was great

We did take our to bring back to our condo. We had the ....anti-pasta salad (very small, not enough of the good stuff, dressing was delish), spaghetti and meat sauce (huge family portion, no flavor), giant meatballs appetizer (huge but no flavor). The write up on their website said something about a chef that had several cookbooks...I am a real foodie and have my fair share of cookbooks, but these are cookbooks I would not buy.

Florentina's can thank their wait staff for the 2 stars...don't misunderstand....the service was good. Imagine what the rating would have been without the great staff. Yikes! Money saver coupons lure families and older patrons that are on a budget...(and shucks who isn't conscious of the dollar these days)...however, if you aren't lucky enough to have gotten the coupon thingy...you'll have to suffer through the experience. Glance over your shoulder and look across the restaurant....Italian cafeteria ambiance mixed with a ...how can I say this.... retirement home "reservations only" feel. I guess you can tell, I didn't have the coupon. Good food covers a multitude of sins...but Florentina's is naked in that department.
(2)
Joe J.
My standard for most Italian restaurants' is the lasagna. Theirs was very good. Service was excellent. Avoid the Italian "margarita." Much to sweet. A bit of a complaint, they try to "nickel and dime" you by not offering any salad with dinner except for an extra charge.
(4)
Melissa F.
I can't say enough about this place. It took me a while to get in there, but when I did I was NOT disappointed! I had seafood tofino and it was awesome. There were mussels, shrimp and white fish galore. The white fish wasn't my favorite, but it never is. Topped it off with a rasberry bellini...HEAVEN !! The hubby had some chicken pasta dish with kalamata olives (which he thought were beans, so I gladly ate them). It was yummy enough to take home for seconds, but apparently not good enough to remember to bring in and put in the fridge. Will definitely see you there!!

I'm trying hard to love this restaurant -- it's convenient, it's ITALIAN, and they do try to please. Today we had pizza from their "brick oven" and it tasted like a brick to me. We ordered pizza with meatballs and got sausage instead. The meat was lost in the quantity of mushrooms that were the dominant ingredient; carmelized onions were kind of scarce too. The pizza was huge and filling, but just didn't fill the bill for me. When the waitress realized we weren't eating much, and we told her why, she scurried to get us a new pizza -- this one made with meatballs presumably. It's currently in our freezer and we'll have a better attitude next time we try it.

Went on a Friday night at dinner time and was told 45 minute wait...they let us wait at the bar and we got seated in less than 30min. Service was average, food was really good. Prices a little high but it is located in a tourist town. I'll be back for sure.

My wife and I just ate at Florentinas and could not have hoped for a better meal or experience. We had a buy 1 / get 1 1/2 price coupon, which are readily available in the Branson coupon books, I had the baked rigatoni, and my wife had pesto pasta with shrimp. The flavor of both meals was fabulous, and there was plenty to take home some leftovers. The meals also included small loaf of Italian bread with olive oil seasoning, which was a great starter. We also had a glass of pinot noir wine which was just right. We had a great experience there and would definitely recommend it,

Went on a Tuesday night and would not recommend. Service was horrible - didn't receive customary bread, didn't receive drink order, cold food, and took away food without asking if we wanted left overs boxed up. Attempted to bring food back from kitchen after it was taken away - who does that?

This was a good place to have dinner before a show. We gave ourselves plenty of time, so arrived and the place was practically empty. The hostess wanted to seat us right next to the kitchen, restrooms and where they were clanging salad plates. Knowing there were lots of seats, we asked to be seated in the booths at the front of the restaurant. She agreed and walked us over and seated us, but was visibly unhappy with us for our request. Our waitress was delightful, and got everybody in a good mood with her sweet and accommodating demeanor. Our food was just "ok" tonight. My mom and dad had eaten here a couple of times before, and thought it was excellent. Tonight we all agreed it was average. Pork chop was cooked as tough as shoe leather, and we sent one side order back to be heated that was cold. The baked ravioli was good, and so was the lasagne. There is an extra charge for a small dinner salad, which was ordinary iceberg with a couple of things added. The bread and dip was good. I like the ambience and our server was great. The manager might want to focus on food quality to ensure return visits are consistent. Tonight Florentinas was just "ok".

Host seemed very inexperienced & was a little rude. Waiter was fair. Food was ok. Nothing to rave about. Family menu options which might be a money saver. Probably wouldn't go back with so many other places to try.

Sad - this place seems to be going downhill in the food quality department. This restaurant was a "must visit" for us each time we visit Branson (often). Our recent experience plus comments from a family member in the area who has had two bad visits recently lead me to believe something has changed... I hope I'm wrong but I doubt I'll be back.

Was a little nervous after reading some of the other reviews but I must say I was not disappointed. I am not a huge fan of Italian (my wife is) but it was really good. The bread they bring out is amazing. I had the parmesan chicken, roasted potatoes and green beans. I did not like the beans but the rest was very good. My wife had the vegetable lasagna and said it was really good... Would go back.

Great pizza. The Italian Wedding Cake is awesome! Definitely worth checking out if you're in Branson and in the mood for Italian.

Great food, recommended, good service and atmosphere. Had pasta primavera and it was excellent.

Great picatta, great service, great place. Tom was an exceptional waiter and unbelievably attentive to our table. Going back to try the pizza... it looked wonderful!

Yummy food! We had a party of 6 and were seated as soon as we walked in the door. The waiter was great, the food was great, the atmosphere was great! Go here for a family get together or for a romantic night out, you'll enjoy it either way!

We are visiting Branson, MO, for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to find this great Italian restaurant. The wait staff is excellent and very helpful. We used a "buy 1 entree, get 2nd one 50% off" coupon. They have family style dishes. We ordered a family salad for 4 for 14.99 and it feeds 4 people (there were 4 in our group). The individual salad would have been 4.99 each. Chicken marsala, Tuscan short ribs, and rib eye steak are excellent. Complimentary bread is also good. They have been opened since March 2010 and have lots of customers. I agree with the other reviewer that it is better than Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill. I would almost give it 5 stars, but one of us asked for a glass of house wine, but the waiter brought him a name brand wine and charged $7. A glass of house wine usually costs less. Menu prices for everything else was reasonable for the quality.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

(5)Jean R.
Food was okay nothing special. Service was good. The chicken in one of the meals was over cooked and had to be redone. Lasagna was just okay. Would not recommend.
(3)Chelsea D.
Good food with pretty decent prices. we've eaten here a lot and we come in with a decent size group of 7-10 people each time so they usually sit us at the only table they have that accommodates a group our size. this results in same server that needs somewhat of an attitude adjustment, but other than that great food. will keep eating here
(4)Martha P.
(5)Lindsey C.
Our favorite place in Branson! I look forward to it every year. We are a big group and the service is always great!
(5)Phil R.
(3)Mike B.
(4)Gary S.
Stuffed mushrooms are awesome. Food was very well prepared, very large portions. Worth stopping in when you are here. Very friendly staff.
(3)R L.
(2)Colton S.
Food and service was excellent! We go here every year we come to Branson! Highly recommend if you are looking for good food!
(5)Sabrina A.
Waitress would only address me, the adult at the table, even though the children clearly had questions of their own, but that was the waitress not the restaurant. The food was ok, just typical Americanized Italian food.
(3)Carrie M.
(5)Greg N.

(5)Carla K.
Come to Branson at least 2 times a year and always wanted to eat here. I'm mad we never ate here before now....absolutely great. My husband had the carbonara and I had the manicotti both were outstanding. Highly recommend trying this place out when in Branson.
(5)Fernando E.
Good food. Their homemade nachos are excellent! Good atmosphere for kids as well. Went there for lunch during our family reunion. It was about 14 of us...the waitress was friendly and was able to get the checks correctly, which it was difficult in other places.
(4)Michelle C.
The food was amazing and portions were enough for two people! It was by far the best meal I had all week in Branson.
(5)Smith R.
The Nachos Italiano were amazing! Everything was made fresh and it showed. I had the Chicken Limoni and my wife had the Rigatoni Carbonara with shrimp. Large portions both were excellent. I recommend the nachos Italiano as a must and share an entrée. We would definitely return. Service was excellent too.
(5)Nadia R.
Good was pretty darn good. Service was below average. Server did not check on us for a while, probably heard her say ten words tops the whole time we were there. Sauces were authentic and the pizza was very good if you like thin crust. Italian margarita was below average, think they forgot to add the amaretto. I will return... someday.
(4)Jerry A.
This is my family's favorite Italian restaurant. The food is wonderful, the staff is so friendly, and the atmosphere is terrific! I have never had a bad experience there. Do not miss the stuffed mushrooms!
(5)Patty W.
(5)Mariana R.
(5)Byron H.
Great experience! Wonderful service, delicious food (my wife and I each got the Rigatoni Carbonara, with shrimp and chicken respectively), generous portions, and a lovely, open, "family style" atmosphere. I would happily return here and highly suggest it to anyone visiting the city.
(5)Susan S.
(5)Jayne H.
Had the seafood ravioli with shrimp. It was delicious! Our server Jay was excellent and efficient as we had a show to get to after our meal. Would return.
(5)John C.
Don't question it...just go...this place is awesome...take it from a fat guy who likes food...
(5)Jerry T.
Excellent service from Michelle. Food was good . My wife had the linguini pesto, and I had the linguine del mare.
(3)Ron M.
Was there Monday 7/13/2015. Server Shane couldn't of been better . Very personable. They had seafood ravioli never had anything better.
(5)Pauline R.
(5)Don D.
Excellent service. From entrance to exit they appreciate having you there. Pasta meal was excellent, however appetizer of muscles was a two out of 10. We told both the waiter and the manager. We were amazed the manager did not make any allowance for it
(3)Katy G.
Not too impressed. My husband and I just moved to the area and hadn't tried any local Italian restaurants. We love Italian food so I jumped on Yelp to look at some reviews. Florentina's had quite a few good reviews and the photos people posted of the dishes looked appetizing. When we got there we had to wait 30 minutes for a table which is totally fine so we waited at the bar and ordered some drinks. The host came to seat us so we grabbed our drinks and sat down at our table. After a few minutes our server showed up and asked if he could get us anything. I looked up and told him that we would like some of the bruschetta. He then replied with an annoyed tone "I meant DRINKS not food." I was very confused as we both had two full drinks sitting in front of us that we had ordered from the bar before they sat us. Through out the meal he acted like we were not that important at all. It took him 5 minutes or more to bring me some Parmesan cheese for my spaghetti. Now on to the food. The bruschetta was mediocre at best. You could tell it had been under a heat lamp because it was quite dry when we received it. My spaghetti and meat balls were just ok. The meatballs tasted like the frozen ones you get from the grocery store but they were still good enough for me to eat most of them. As for my husbands entrée he got the pollo lemoni. It was tasteless and absolutely disgusting. There was hardly any sauce or seasoning on it and the chicken looked like those precut grilled salad strips you can get from the deli section of a grocery store. All in all we will not be going back the whole experience was less than satisfactory.
(2)Hargis B.
(2)Anita H.
(3)Delaina B.
(2)Rosie Y.
(3)Corey K.
(4)Colin R.
(1)Michael L.
(3)Chris L.
Not the best Italian i've had, but considering i am in the middle of Missouri, this was decent. Server was very attentive, portions are immense, overall good experience
(3)Judy F.
(4)Milissa K.
LOVE love LOVE! Everything is awesome. Ask for the specialties, they don't disappoint. Also, italian nachos are the BOMB!
(5)Patrick H.
First time I've eaten there and we go to Branson a lot. Food was really good. Loved the spaghetti marinara. Even the dinner salad was really good. We will be back.
(4)Blake O.
My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. The only complaint I have can double as a compliment being that our wait was little long due to the fact that ut was packed. The food was original and delicious and very clean tasting. Our service was head and shoulders above some of the other wait staff in the Branson area. I will return without question.
(5)Karl W.
(3)Franken B.
The sausage they use on their pizza is just awful. It has large chunks of gristle in it and the flavor could be better. So stay away from that. But otherwise they have a wonderful selection on their menu and the entrees we tried were delicious. The rolls were also very good. I would definitely eat there again.
(3)Scott R.
Took the family here. Very friendly, good authentic food made from scratch, safe play for dinner. Great dinner bread very fast service.
(4)Zeb L.
Good food and fast service but nothing exceptional. We split a pizza and it was good but it was not as good as other stone cooked pizzas I have eaten. Good flavor but not crispy at all. It was a good environment for our 14 month old too! Overall it is worth a stop but don't get too excited.
(4)Matt J.
Favorite restaurant in Branson! Excellent Italian food! The bread before the meal is tremendous and the food is very flavorful. I usually go 2x during a Branson stay. The kids love the brick oven pizza.
(5)Armando S.
came here for lunch. the wife and I order Caesars salad, she the full, I the side. we ordered mozzarella sticks as appetizer.
(3)Kim W.
(2)Jenny J.
Food was very average. Not worth the price at all. Staff was okay but everyone was ready to leave. Management sat at the bar next to us and ate his food while working. Will not go back.
(2)Chris J.
(5)Marvin C.
(5)Donna G.
The ice tea and the bread were great! The house salads were fair and fairly bland. My husband ordered the primavera. Primavera meaning there were supposed to be vegetables in it. There were vegetables, I suppose. Two leaves of spinach, a few slices of mushroom, one small sprig of broccoli and a half dozen slices of red roasted pepper in a pile of oily noodles. Bland to say the least. I ordered the "house favorite" as was suggested by our waiter. The Rigatoni Florentine had lots of stuff in it. Broccoli, chicken, artichoke hearts, olives, onions, capers, red roasted peppers all in a too small amount of creamy pink sauce. With all that in there, the flavors should have been fantastic. Flavor? what flavor? Hard to believe, I know. AND it was sitting in a pile of oil as if they sautéed all the ingredients in olive oil, failed to drain them and just dumped the sauce on and stirred. Our waiter was pleasant enough. Service was slow, so much so that I joked they were probably out picking the lettuce. Thanks, but we'll pass this place on our next visit to Branson.
(2)Nina C.
Their food is GREAT!! Plenty of variety in their menu, the amount of food served is very generous, prices are reasonable, service was good and the restaurant environment is very nice.
(5)Justin M.
Best veal Parmesan and really good bread and really best tiramisu .....,,,,,,,,,.............,.,,,,,,
(5)Tracey A.
(2)Bill D.
Italian fare nothing special but decent! Calamari was best part of meal, crispy light battered and fresh tasting! The bread (house specialty) was tasty and warm. Ordered the spaghetti cucina with Meat ball (1), chicken grilled, and Italian sausage. The chicken was tender can't really describe the taste, the sausage and the meat ball (Big) were both the same texture kind of mushy and taste the same? No spice or real Pep to the entrée. Server was nice and attentive. Service overall was very good. Crème Brulee for dessert was good and ample servings of all the foods for the price a good value. Overall OK but nothing to brag about!
(3)Tiara L.
(4)Teri S.

My standard for most Italian restaurants' is the lasagna. Theirs was very good. Service was excellent. Avoid the Italian "margarita." Much to sweet. A bit of a complaint, they try to "nickel and dime" you by not offering any salad with dinner except for an extra charge.

If you like Italian food, this is a must stop. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff & good food.
