I've had the white powdered, Bavarian cream filled cronuts three times and they are truly unbelievable. I'm sure supplying them at the shop is impossible to meet the demand but if you can get your hands on one I think you'll agree that they are a next level treat.

Big Daddy's is worth the trip. The maple bacon are excellent they have a nice smokey flavor in the bacon and that maple frosting, it's got a lot going on there. Nothing over the top however this place is simply doughnuts mad good ones at that.

I drove all the way from Overland Park to Belton MO and i guess no one twisted my arm but I was looking for cronuts and the gentleman I spoke with said they have them also was being advertised on this website kansascity.com/2013/10/1… I was on vacation in Los Angeles and had the cronuts for the first time and when I drove to Belton I was expecting the same thing. The gentlemen said he only had 3 left and so when we got there the guy had them on a clear plastic bag same ones used for small office trash cans. I was at least expecting a donut box My first impression was do I buy these or pass up? Anyways he charged me 8 dollars and change for 3 and some other left over donuts. I still could not get over the plastic bag. It felt like they were being donated to a homeless person or getting ready to go in the trash. All it took was one bite and I took the pics and throw them all out. What a disappointment, They are no where close to what a cronut should be. And btw they were called crodaddy. The place was also hidden both GPS had me going the wrong way and the gentlemen could not give me accurate directions. If you don't know what cronuts are they are donuts but the dough is supposed to be the same as croissant.

This is a local donut shop...nothing fancy but very friendly and eager to please staff/owners. Good variety of raised and cake donuts and if they were out of a particular one, like a chocolate long john, they quickly made it for you. Donuts were good...but not over the top fantastic. Better than quik trip tho!

Got here about 9:30 on a Tuesday. They were almost sold out. I prefer Sour Cream, Glazed or even a Long John. No go so I got an Apple Cake. It was wonderful!! Shame I couldn't have tried my first choice.
