Went there and grabbed lunch to go, pretty quaint inside with a few tables. The person at the counter was friendly and food came out quickly. We ordered the lunch special sesame chicken and Kung pao chicken. Similar to other reviews I will agree that the portions were generous, additionally the price for the lunch specials were reasonable if not even a great value. The food itself was ok, the sesame chicken had a light coating but the sauce was a little sweeter than I was expecting, it seemed more like a sweet and sour opposed to a sesame sauce. The Kung pao unfortunately was very bland, I was expecting a little more pop and spice then what came out of the kitchen. It wasn't spectacular but wasn't the worst I have ever had. If you live in Woodbury there are better options in my opinion. It's worth a try as your tastes are probably different from mine. I would probably give it another try and have a staple like fried rice or lo mein but am not itching to go back soon. I hope the food improves because you always want to see small businesses be successful.

I thought the price was overly priced for the quality compared to other Chinese to go places. But it's Woodbury, so what I say. The eggroll wasn't that great either.

I always get take-out and the service is quick and friendly. The food is really tasty and the portions are generous so you get your money's worth. It's the best American style Chinese I've found in Woodbury.

You can tell the food is higher quality than other Asian restaurants in the area, and having delivery available (within a 4.5 mile radius) is a huge plus. The potstickers seemed to be homemade which is a rarity. My only wish is that they would have a lunch or dinner buffet, I think it would draw in more customers to try their excellent food.

Cons: Ordered spicy, wasnt spicy at all. Egg rolls were mushy. Sasame Chicken was very sweet. Help at counter was easily confused, they kept screwing up orders. Pros: They did have pretty large portion sizes and good prices. They do deliver, i think they are the only chinese place that delivers. Overall: We feel there are much better fresh chinese options in Woodbury. Probably wont return. Kinda reminded me of Panda Express.

We just ordered take out chow mein and fried rice. The food was good and comparable in price to other local take out Chinese.

Finally Chinese delivery in Woodbury. Also, I think the food is better then Yangs down the street.

I don't know how to review this place because it is hard to pin down what exactly it is. It is primarily designed as a takeout place but they have a few tables. It is tiny inside but I liked the decor. As soon as you step accross the threshold, there is a menu stand. I was hoping nobody else would walk in behind me before I had a chance to look bease they'd have to wait outside, being that there wouldn't be a place for them to stand. They don't have real dishes so if you decide to eat your food there it is brought to you in takeout containers with cheap paper plates and cutlery. For a place named Little Chopstix, they didn't really offer us any. Maybe they have some if you ask, I don't know. Beverages are sold in the case. The prices weren't cheap for takeout. We ordered from the vegetarian part of the menu. The veggies seemed very fresh and firm on the inside, a real plus for me! Not overcooked. The sauce for the vegetable mock duck and tofu was the same and a bit bland. The kicked up version of the sauce for the Sichuan vegetables was better. The veggies were great and our 4 year old enjoyed it.

Pretty good, nothing spectacular. Fast service, not much for atmosphere. Had the chicken low mein & it was good along with General Tso's chicken which was okay not really like what I've had in the past.

Great American Chinese made fresh. This place is a cut above the rest and is sure to give Yang's a run for their RMB. The orange chicken actually tasted like orange. The egg rolls were hot, crispy and fresh. The fried rice was extremely flavorful. Everything was better than expected. The service was polite, helpful and quick. The person behind the counter brought us a to-go bag without us even asking. I love this place and I'll be back often.

With Noodles and Leann Chin nearby, there is no reason for being for Little Chopstix. I checked out their website before going and found very little information as far as what kind of restaurant this is, but was still curious and decided to visit. I was underwhelmed. Moo shoo pork was tasteless, the walkup service disorganized, drinking water tepid. There were not enough tables relative to the area size. I guess they expect more takeout vs dine-in business. The AC barely kept up with the temps outside. And, unfortunately, a very thick black hair was given to me along with the menu. ( I tried to ignore it anticipating the rest of the experience to go better. . Alas..that didn't happen). There is also a tried and true Yang's Chinese Food in Woodbury, so I won't be back.

I was looking for some place to eat and spotted this place. Small, clean, food was fast and for Chinese, excellent!! Everyone knows a good place to eat Chinese is hit or miss.. This one definitely a hit! Lynn

Well, we were tired of waiting in line for sushi at Roseville and also in Woodbury. So, we settled on Little Chopstix which we saw near our home. It was super convenient so I ordered the Singapore noodles and my fiancé ordered pork chow mein with egg roll and fried rice. Overall, we decided that mine was the better choice. It was nice to come home and have hot take-out which didn't taste like Leann Chin's or Panda Express. Service was fast and easy- 30 minutes which for the quality of food was worth it. We just picked up a movie at Walmart's Redbox and some other groceries.

Have been here a couple of times because my husband and I love the place. He and I decided that we must come and write a review because we want to make sure people know about this place so that it'll stay in business for our own selfish gain lol. Every time we go, the food is always so fresh. The bathroom is clean (I always have to wash my hands before eating). The staff is friendly and accommodating. I wanted the General Tso chicken one day but didn't find it on the lunch special. They suggested that I get the sesame chicken lunch special and they would adjust it to make it spicy, leave out the sesame seeds and make it more like the General Tso. As another review said, they do serve your meal in to go containers but I love that they do cause the portions are so great, that I can never finish it and save myself the trouble of having to ask for one. The chicken was still hot and crispy as I hate eating soggy breaded chicken. The beef fried rice that comes with the lunch specials is also delicious. Not like other places, sometimes. I've had fried rice from other places that look like appetizing but have zero flavor. The place is pretty new so I don't think they've figured out the complete flow or look of their restaurant yet as another did point out the random menu stand by the entrance and yes, for a place that's called Little Chopstix, you would figure they'd have chopsticks freely available for the consumers but for us, we'll let is slide as the food makes up for it. Not the fact that my husband can only use the chopsticks as spears...

Glad to see a Chinese food delivery in Woodbury! Have ordered twice from here, both times the delivery service was pretty fast. I ordered the sesame chicken dinner combo the first time and the Kung pao beef combo the second time. The egg rolls are delicious, the pork fried rice is great. The beef I got a spicy level 5 out of 10 and it definitely packed some heat! We also got cream cheese wontons which were tasty (no green onion or anything in them, just sweet cream cheese). The combos were large enough to make two full meals and a smaller lunch portion, well worth the money! I'm sure I'll be ordering again soon!

I spotted the place a few weeks back, and told myself I had to check it out. About all of the woodbury Chinese-American style places are very meh, so I wanted to see if the food was better. Yup, it is. First off, the food is not overly sweet/salty than a majority of places this style. I could taste the veg and the soy on the lo mein instead of just a overpowering salty sauce, the sweet and sour had a nice acidic tang on the finish to contrast against the sweet, the fried rice is well executed with nice bits of Chinese sausage, etc. every dish has a distinct taste, which makes you want to try all of them. Portion sizes are very generous as you could get two light meals out of a lunch special, no problem. Combine this with a excellence price point and this place is a top level bang for the buck. As far as Chinese takeout style goes in Woodbury, this is as good as it gets, hands down. Plus, you are going to a small, privately owned place that is most likely operating on a tight budget and I think most people would want to support them over a big chain. I know I do.

We tried the Chow Mein, General Tso's chicken, Wontons and Chicken fried rice. All were excellent. Large portions, served hot and very fresh. They deliver. Huge bonus as no one else in Woodbury does. Just as good as Yangs (our usual), if not better.

Delivery was very fast and combination meals are a good size! 2 adults and 2 kids shared 3 combination dinners, and plenty of leftovers.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
