Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Chipotle is one of my favorite "fast food" chain places, they provide great service and amazing food for a great price. I really love how they try to buy as much organic and antibiotic free food as possible so I know that I am getting a healthier option than other places. I really like this location compared to some of the last few I have been to because this location has the brown rice and margaritas while the other ones haven't gotten those options yet. This place has become a weekly tradition for me and will be for a long time in the future.

We used to order online almost weekly from this location. I would estimate that 75% of the time the order is not ready or wrong when I pick up the order. It is to the point where we now order from other restaurants to save ourselves the inconvenience and hassle of waiting for our food or getting the wrong items.

Chipotle gets the job done---it fills up my hole with decent tasting food. The line was almost out the door in the middle of the work week day here. Tons of kids pile in there groups of teens and it is dark, damp, and cold inside---with all the cement and metal accents and a cold MN winter day. I never removed my coat so this is not a "relaxing" dining experience. I also noticed everybody that went thru the line had to ask for more rice so the rice biatch needs to be a little more generous...come on now it cannot cost too much....it's rice...........I have been in better and cleaner locations of this chain.

This Chipotle wins 4 stars for most improved restaurant in Woodbury! As of this morning, I've deleted my previous 1-star review and am re-writing and reposting. Congratulations to this particular Chipotle store, you've finally met my Chipexpectations! The review I'd posted for this location earlier had consisted of a measly 1-star and a list of complaints that included music that was TOO loud (even for Chipotle), ridiculously stingy portion sizes and confusion over how something like this could have happened because this is a chain, ferchrissakes, aren't they all supposed to be the same? (And FYI, I consider myself a bit of a Chipotle expert. If I had to wager a guess, I would say that I am a loyal customer who has been to at least 30 different Chipotle locations up and down the I-94 corridor between Minneapolis and Chicago). There are two Chipotle restaurants in Woodbury and I've been to both of them a number of times. And up until yesterday, this store was consistently bad. I'd actually decided to boycott them and was mildly annoyed when I had to come here for lunch yesterday, when lo and behold, they actually did what I expected and coming here was just like coming to every other Chipotle I've ever been to. Good job, Woodbury Chipotle numero 2! P.S. I still don't totally trust you so I can't give you the usual 5-star review that I think Chipotle is worth. Remember to stay consistent with the goodness and to avoid the badness. I'm watching.

This place is hoppin at lunch, so much so that sometimes you can't find a seat! During the 6 weeks of the year when it's nice enough to sit outside, there is some outdoor seating, which I have never seen at another Chipotle before. I like that the servers here offer you the peppers that come with the steak burritos on your vegetarian burrito. But 3 stars for lack of adequate seating during the lunch hour.

They served me raw chicken on my burrito tonight. Disgusting. WTH how does that happen???

Brown rice now is yummy Still one of my favorite fast food places with somewhat healthier options. Service seems to have gone down a little but it may have just been a bad day or something and we don't come here often enough to know for sure. Did notice quite a few dirty tables on the last visit.

It's not Qdoba - but there aren't any of those in Woodbury yet... We have been here at least 4 times and the food has been good. The only issue I have notice is that they don't keep up cleaning the tables very well.

Sux. They had an anorexic girl that throws it up after she eats it give slim portions and they charge me $10.00. Smart company poor service.

I'm from San Diego so this is no authentic Mexican restaurant (d'uh, it's a chain) but I do have to say that for some reason this Chipotle's burrito tasted better than any other Chipotle I've been to in San Diego. Maybe because the cows are happier? Anyways, way to go, Wisconsin!

Been to many Chipotle grills and this one gets the lowest rating in my book. Many times they are behind on what is ready on the line but with busy crowds, I can understand that. The policy at this location is to give you the very least amount of ingredients. No other location has ever put the minimal amount of food on your burrito or in your bowl. Even if you embarrassingly ask for more meat or more if anything else, they still only put a "sprinkle" more on because, who would have the oddity to ask for more again? Barbacoa is now up to $7.20 here and with tax, $7.71. Just under $8 bucks for a burrito that is barley larger than one you get at the Bell. The taste is there, but this location does not even come close to be a decent value. Lots of new food joints have opened up over here so it will be a long time before me or my family members will be back.
