This is my second visit to this restaurant. Both times the service was fast and friendly. The food arrived fast also and was warm. I had the "Stewi" breakfast. .probably named after the town that this restaurant is located in..Stewartville. The meal consisted of 2 eggs, biscuits and gravy and , 2 strips of bacon. The meal arrived warm and tastefull. For me the gravy was a little spicy but it was good. Many locals seem to come here.

Might be the best family restaurant less than two miles from the interstate anywhere in the state of Minnesota. Superior to the chains in every way: atmosphere, family friendliness, interpretations of breakfast favorites (the hash, the Juicy Lucy), and above all PRICE. Our new go-to when visiting Minn.

Was referred here by a local Stewartsville resident for a "Good Burger". Was not dissapointed, a generous hand made patty, excellent flavor on a nice soft bun. The side I ordered, was "potato salad", it was delicious. The waitress stated that: She made it. I don't ask for recipe's often, I did & proudly she gave it to me. I can't wait to get home & make some: Potato Salad. Fast Service.

This is close enough to the Rochester Airport, so it makes a good place to stop by for breakfast if you're catching a mid morning flight. I tried the sausage gravy and biscuit special (includes 2 eggs, any style). My sister tried the open face croissant sandwich. The two entrees came with sides of home fries. The croissant was beautifully toasted and the sandwich itself was pretty large for a breakfast sandwich. The biscuits and gravy was huge, homey, and hit the spot. Gravy was flavorful and rich. Definitely not something to be eaten every day, but definitely a good breakfast splurge. The home fries were okay, but weren't the best ones I've had. They were fluffy, but seemed overcooked in a way. It would have been nicer to have gotten a better griddle crust on them, or even the addition of onions would have added more texture and flavor. Parking is located in the lot behind the building.

My first visit to Stewartville. Adventure awaits. I never did find the one ring to rule them all. What I did find is a cute little cafe with good food. Tarsilla's is the kind of place you expect to find in a small town. A lot of locals were gathering here. The special of the night was all you can eat chicken tenders served with potato and choice of salad or soup. At many places a chicken tender is what SYSCO says it is. At THIS place a chicken tender is large (3-4 oz) and hand battered with a light crisp batter. You start off with three but I squeaked in a 4th (I'm such a pig). My companions had the tenders, a burger, a chicken salad, and the wee one had pancakes and sausage. I guess I'll call this tale "There and I'll Go Back Again"

Went in around 4 pm, and after trying to order was told everything I tried to order they were out of it, finally just settled for something, ate it, paid the bill and left. A restaurant that has lost the caring of it's customers, and Is on the downhill slide.

Came in while my daughter had her sax lesson. Just drove by, said breakfast all day. I had about 20 minutes so was a bit worried. No need to worry! Ordered biscuit and gravy special, eggs over easy. It came out in less than 5 minutes, eggs were perfect, food steaming. Servers checked often, was just a great local diner sort of experience. Great place for breakfast for sure, can't comment in anything else. And very comfortable place, I saw that there were many locals who were regulars, as the servers were greeting many by name.
