The workers are very disorganized. I ordered the new Jurasic Park flurry, and they gave me a number. When they called my order up, they didn't even call me by the number, they called up a flurry with peanut butter cookies and cookie dough. I was confused, and the worker said, that's the Jurasic. I don't know why they didn't just call my number....

I much prefer going to the classic style Dairy Queen on Snelling for the ambiance, but this one is closest to my dad's house. This is where I discovered the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard. At first I was a bit apprehensive. Pumpkin Pie is one of my favorites, but I just wasn't sure if this would work. It did. It was delicious.

I love the customer service, The woman that works there (the young woman of color) is fantastic. The place is clean and the food is good. I love the Blizzards. Give the woman a raise and a appreciation prize of sorts. Evangelist Myles Minneapolis, MN

I hit this DQ a lot. High quality eats and cool treats. Once in a while I experience an order glitch like getting a regular coke instead of diet coke.

If you want to be treated as though you are bothersome by a staff of mostly high school age employees who feel as though they have better things to do with their time, this is the place to come to! Most of the staff is poorly trained, if at all, do not bother to greet customers and who generally would rather be someplace else than pushing "fan food". I was a regular customer of this location for about 4 years, when I moved into the area and could walk to this DQ. Since roughly the beginning of this year, I noticed many new and younger faces working behind the counter. Sadly, this influx of new and mostly minority diverse employees has brought the level of customer service way down. I've decided that I am not going to bother with this location any more. Before posting this review, I wrote a very long and detailed letter, expressing my opinion of this location to the franchise owner as I got so fed up and disgusted with the service at this DQ. Their email address is : JJANNETTE @FOURTEENFOODS.COM If you want a great DQ to visit, go to the location on Mainstreet in Hopkins. Remember, that was the location where last year, one of the employees made the national news for pulling a $20 dollar bill out of his pocket to reimburse an elderly customer who had unknowingly dropped it and the employee saw a woman customer pick up the dropped $20 bill, pocket it and then flat out lie to this employee when he asked her about it. That action exemplifies the best type of behavior any person can possess and I'm more than happy to patronize any business that has employees like that young person on their staff!

Worst DQ ever! Don't go, no ice cream is better than this place. This place was filthy, the staff was so rude! To top off the terrible experience, my blizzard was only 2/3 full.

You won't get worse service at another Dairy Queen than this one. Slow service both in the lobby and drive through. Seems like the staff doesn't take their job seriously

My son and I went to a DQ in St. Louis Park. The bench was filthy with greasy finger prints and bits and pieces of food. I asked the employee who took our order if he could clean it. To my horror, he said, "I don't think so" and went on with his business! We will not be returning to this DQ.

This place is alright. It's small and managed by a teenager. It's got the basics, nothing exceptional. I only come here because it is the closest location.

Stopped in because I was craving some DQ before seeing a movie at the west end. I should have known it was a bad sign when in the middle of dinnertime the parking lot is empty. Not one customer entered the store while I ate inside. The bathroom was a mess, which didn't make me too excited to eat dinner after witnessing that. The floor was gross and littered with paper/food/trash. With no one eating in the restaurant this easily could have been taken care of. The food I got was stale and rubbery, clearly not freshly made. Super disappointed, I will stick to the EP DQ which is always top notch. Forget this place and go to LeeAnn Chin next door.
