Lo Mein is the best around. Sesame chicken isn't spicy at all. Service is fairly quick and they clearly are good because every time you're there the phone is ringing off the hook with take out orders. A little more spendy than it used to be, but worth it.

Been here a couple of times. Is the food amazing? Not really. But, it is good for the price and atmosphere. This is a classic family owned Chinese restaurant. Servers were interactive and did what was expected of waitstaff. The food is decent. The portion size is not too small and not too big. We will be going back. Worth the trip even if the restaurant is dated and what you may expect from an establishment of this type. Food came out fast and hot. The best part is going out to eat without having to get a loan to pay the bill.

lo mein was very dry and food was overall bland. The only plus was the waiter didn't charge us extra for spicy sauce even though they have a sign saying it's 50 cents extra.

Every time I dine here, I have wonderful service. The food is delicious and they are willing to customize it to my tastes.

Very good food. Soda comes in cans, and the place is a little dirty, but the food makes up for everything.

Very Good Food. Only negative when you order a beverage they give you Pepsi in a can. Kind of lame. should be a nice glass with ice. They do not refill either. The cashier could smile a bit and be friendly also.

i would not eat here again. I rode my bike here with my roommate and we stopped in to give it a shot. When we walked in, it seemed like a hassle for the girl to take our to-go order and never even shut off the movie she was watching on her phone at the front desk/host stand. We ordered, then told her we would be outside with the bikes (2 steps away, directly out the front door) then waited. About 15 minutes later, we were wondering where the heck our food was, so i ran in and checked. She was still there, watching the show on her phone, and never even stepped out to notify us that our food was done and ready. A little irritated, we rode to the park to eat it. In the to-go bag, they did not include any plastic utensils. real useful. now we had to treat it as finger food. I had about 2 bites, the chicken was not very high quality, some chunks of dark meat, inconsistent breading, and slimy, bad tasting sauce. My roommate had a different meal, but we took about 2 bites each and tossed them in the garbage and went to a place that was actually worth it.

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant. We have been going here for 15 years. The prices are great and the food is as well.

While I can say I have had better Chinese food, I have also had much worse. The prices are not all that bad, and for the most part all that my family had when we were there had good flavor. They do tend to put more veggies in their Kung Po than they do chicken and my wife said some of the pieces of her Sesame Chicken was tough, but other than that it was ok. I am not sure I would ever go there again, but if I was in a pinch I might. The inside is dated and pretty shabby, and the people dinning there were rough and almost scary and the staff was not too friendly so if you go there do not expect much.

Good staff, the serving guy is not the friendliest person on earth but as a server he does a good job. Food is really good. You can buy lunch for around $6.50. The portion is really big for $6.50. I am fan of kung-pao chicken, garlic chicken and almond chicken. Chicken is really cooked tender as it should. I wouldn't say its a best place ever but you will never regret coming here. PS: I go there once a week with my colleagues for lunch.

Pineapple chicken was ok...but you have like Dole tropical fruit dumped in. I've had the orange chicken and the sesame chicken which was much better.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
