Dare I say it? This place is better than Famous Daves? I think so. Still, I'd rather go to Baker's Ribs...but it is nice to know that there is another option for Barbeque in the area and this place is well worth the visit over a lunch hour. We tend to go eat here when they have a killer special deal, like pulled pork sandwich, 1 side, and a drink for 5 bucks. Honestly, it's one of the best deals in the area....and certainly one of the tastiest. There are a number of meat items to choose from, and a bunch of sides to fit whatever mood you might be in...I recommend the baked beans and fries. Top it off with a soft serve cone at the end...and you get to take the big ass plastic cup with you that you had your soda in. How American!

Dickey's is always good, but this location is the bomb-diggity! The manager of this store is freakin' awesome. They have catered multiple lunches for our company and every time, the service and food is awesome. Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork are so darn yummy. The brisket melts in your mouth. Nom-Nom-Nom! The desserts are very good as well. If you have been to a Dickey's that you have not been completely satisfied with, try this one in Shakopee, I can guarantee they will change your mind!

A little expensive but so worth it. I had the the beef brisket sandwich and it was awesome. I would choose Dickeys over famous daves any day. If you like barbecue you will love Dickeys. It was fast and good.

I thought it was pretty cool to get free ice cream, but when i order a side i want the dish full? Not even half full potato salad nor beans. The brisket was pretty good though, but bbq sauce is wayyyy too runny.

This is a take-out review...and ONLY based on the food taste...my buddy picked up a meal for 4-6 people for Wrestlemania...it was for us and my wife...it had EVERYTHING...mac n cheese...rolls, spicy sausage...waffle fries...cole slaw...it appeared like he got as many and as much of the sauces as we wanted...and it was definitely enough for 4 people...not sure how much he paid, so thats why only 4 stars,,,everything tasted fine...nothing spectacular...although mac and cheese was some of the better bbq joint ive had... UPDATE: I went to the location...fast service for how much food they have to prepare. We had a bogo otherwise I could see it getting pricey...but the food and service were very good and self serve drinks and sauces so they don't skimp on the goods!

The guest service at this store is out of this world. I was talking with the lady who was making my sandwich and told her that I always had to stop in when I was in the south metro area because they don't have any locations in the city. Also told her that this location in particular is my favorite. She was so touched by that she said she was going to make the drive worthwhile to me. She ran in back and came back out and gave me 5 managers comp cards good for a free Big BBQ Sandwich with the purchase of a large drink! Score. That was pretty awesome. :)

Had good experiences with Dickeys in North Dakota and this one wasn't even close . Staff is unorganized , food came out cold and dry. It's chaos with BBQ and it's not even very tasty and costs about the same as other places serving BBQ.

Ick. We went here on a beautiful evening and the place was packed. Our hopes were high - we were so hungry! But, alas, after some really crappy service and a long wait, were were each given huge piles of gross. I don't even remember what we ordered, but it wasn't the same - yet all of our piles of what looked like pre-chewed meat looked the same. The condiments available were coated with sticky residue from 1998. We shelled out a pretty penny for this mess. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't regret it.
