An average chili's. The nacho appetizer was big enough to be an entree and tasted great. and the server was very nice. We came later at night but the place was still busy, so other people must find the place is decent enough to go to as well.

Not good! Started off with the teenager hostess attempting to seat us in the booth by the bathroom that also is right by the kitchen. I said can we be seated away from the bathroom. She rolled her eyes and said well where do you want to sit?? I said anywhere in the open dining room with 30 booths. It was totally empty btw. Then the waitress came right over and asked to take our drink order and were we ready to order food. Um I think I need to open my menu to decide! I ordered a skinny margarita which was so sweet it gave me a stomachache and I ended up leaving it. Chili and pasta were completely unseasoned. I've never before felt the need to salt my chili. It was just not good. When we were on our way out the hostess was sitting at the hostess stand talking to 3 other chilis workers and didn't even acknowledge us. Is this a high school hangout by the lockers? Not sure I'm coming back. And last but not least, when you walk in the smell of old smoker bar and spilled beer is overwhelming. Yuck!

Went to dinner with my family to celebrate my new job and the overall experience was amazing, our server "Jesse" was so extremely nice from the get go, we ordered our food and it came in a reasonable time. Food was great, drinks were awesome and service was 5 stars! I would definitely go back.

Hit up the chili's in shakopee last week for the first time ever. We tried both of the burgers on special and the were both great. I can't wait to try this place again. Our waitress was Sunny!!! We enjoyed her a lot as she had very good service, great smile, and just made us feel welcomed. She was great!!! The food is good and on top of it all they have 2 for 1's all day everyday.

Great food and plenty of eye candy waitresses (Hotties). I absolutely Love the Enchiladas. They have an assortment of meat and grilled veggies. The endless chips and salsa are fabulous also. Price is reasonable. Another huge PLUS is the fact that you can pay online with little computer they have on your table. You can pay the tips in percentage electronically. I did have one very inattentive waitress in the past and could low ball her on the tip without feeling guilty.

The dining options in Shakopee are limited if you do not like fast food so we headed out to Chili's because well, McDonald's just sounded horrible and with the time fast approaching 9pm this town including the eating establishments shut down for the night. Our waitress Ashley could not have been more helpful and pleasant. She let us know we would be better off switching the way we ordered to save a few bucks and was there every time we needed refills and to bring us to-go boxes. The food was good though the rice I had with my meal had no flavor but then again what do you expect ordering Mexican food here right? All in all, with the choices here we and the fact of my utter dislike for many of those choices we would go back there.

This is more a review of the Pick-up/take-out system. First there are so many options it is really overwhelming unless you have in mind what you want. But this is also a positive also because everything on the eat-in menu is on take-away. I recommend to order pick-up 5-10 min earlier then you need because we had to wait even though I had ordered an hour ahead of time and the restaurant wasn't busy. Maybe this will improve as they get better. They have a special take-away door on the side of the restaurant facing Best Buy with designate parking. Ordering was actually easy, was able to pick choices, even how you prefer the hamburger and steak cooked, and sides. The food was ok but don't get the loaded fries unless you like eating a lukewarm rubbery mass with tinfoil seasoning. The cinnamon apple side was yummy apple pie like. Steak dinner, hamburger, and chicken tenders were ok. The shrimp fajitas were surprisingly good but we'd order extra flour tortillas next time. Overall, ok....not my kind of food but was handy, and the warm welcoming service might be the only reason we return.

I've eaten at the Chili's in Shakopee more than a few times and I have to say I am a fan. I love their chicken, bacon quesadilla. It's really the only menu item I've ordered because I love it so much. It is wonderful that they have happy hour pretty much 24-7 on 10 oz margaritas, some drafts, and daqueris. They have a 2 for $20 deal which is pretty awesome. My boyfriend and I have gone and both been able to find menu items that we enjoy within their 2 for $20 options. Their Queso is out of this world. Plus, their chips are the best, super thin, cripsy and well salted. Only gripe: I've had the fire-roasted corn Guacamole a few times and most of the time it was pretty mild, which I enjoyed a lot! However, the last time we ate there it was burn-your-face-off spicy. Which he loved, but I was only able to have about a chips worth before I needed to down my drink to stop the tears and quench the fire.

Some chains give you food that leaves you feeling less than great. We find that Chili's serves real quality foods that are especially tasty like good home cooking and you feel good about it afterwards. Even the prices are easy to take. We love Chili's!
