Good pizza served in a sort of sports bar atmosphere. I went with the Veggie pizza. The veggies tasted fresh, the cheese tasty, and the crust thin and crunchy. The pizza came out what I'm starting to call "Minnesota Style" aka a large circle cut into little 2 inch by 2 inch squares. Carbone's looks to be a solid bet for some good pizza, and absolutely trumps all the national chains in quality and taste.

I have loved Carbone's Pizza since I was a little kid, but this location is absolutely horse $hit. I ordered a pizza and paid via credit card. I ended up finding that I was charged double a few days later. I spoke to the "manager" and he told me that it was the credit card company's fault. I asked how it was their fault when his business charged it!?!? Friggin idiot!!! And he refused to refund the amount fraudulently charged to my card!!!! I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

Great carry-out thin crust pizza. Based on the recipes from the original Carbone's in St. Paul, but not the full sports bar menu of some of the other franchises.

I love carbone's pizza but this location does not cook their pizzas properly. Consistently under cooked. Crust is never done. Wish they would cook the same as all other locations.

Seriously the best pizza in Scott County. I could easily eat half of a large pizza and not feel bad about it, haha. I'm not a sausage fan, but the pepperoni and sausage pizza is one of the best things I have ever tasted. Yum. Now I want Carbone's, haha.
