With the closing of Panchero's and Qdoba's, St. Cloud has fewer places to get a good, stuffed burrito. Bravo Burrito is the best local place. Chipotle is the chain, but I like it. What I don't like is that there's always a line, and it takes a while. Are the burritos good? Yes, the food is freshly prepared just like at any other Chipotle. I was first introduced to Chipotle by a friend in Denver many, many years ago, and it was love at first bite. The food has changed little over that time, but the restaurant has become so popular that it's surprising that they haven't changed their food preparation and serving methods in order to be able to serve more people quickly. A tip: if you order your food online, you can bypass the line and pick it up when you arrive. That's a great way to avoid the long lines.

Went to split a burrito with my husband. The chicken was all at one end. There was no line all the time we were there. But that didn't mean check out went smoothly. Evidently making something for an employee on break was more important than processing our check. The floor and several tables were filthy. I don't know what happened to the Mexican crew that used to work here, but I wish they were back! It was far cleaner and more efficient. This management is more concerned about chatting with help and having a good time at 5:45 than having the help do their jobs!

Should've read the reviews before going! Ugh! Long SLOW line just as described. And EVERY TABLE in the place was dirty. Had to request an employee to come from behind the counter and wipe down. It's weird, like all the employees were in slow motion. And it's not like they were understaffed--there were 5 employees in the food prep line! Very disappointing experience. I will not return to this location.

It's chipotle, the food is good. The food is always hot and comparable to any other location. Granted, there's usually a long line out the door during dinner on the weekends. But that should be expected in a college town. This place is still easily one of my favorite chain locations.

Usually love this place this time the line was very slow the workers were very slow the food quality was much lower and the portions were very small. I think the manager needs to look at hiring a few more people. The line was out the door and there was only two people on the line. The online orders were slowing the line down and the online orders were lined up waiting for their orders. It will be quite a while before I frequent this place again too bad because I used to love chipotle.

I never got my food. Terrible experience! Line was out the door but I figured I'd give them another chance. For the second time in a row when I went to order my food the person behind the counter starting making orders for online business. The guy didn't make eye contact with me. Didn't appologize, and didn't ask me to wait a minute. So pathetic. Bravo Burito is way better anyways. Never again!

I'm never disappointed when I go here, but today in particular I came with my brother and the person to greet us, (bigger guy with the 'big ant' tattoo) who seemed already like he wasn't happy, my brother asked to have a bowl with two tortillas on the side.. We must have done something wrong because we got a big eye roll and a shake of the head. Now I'm a waitress and know what a complicated and unnecessarily mean customer looks like and we were not it. Didn't know it was hard to warm up extra tortillas and put rice and beans on them. Not impressed.

Truly love this place! Food is always fresh, staff is always nice and what can I say but delicious!!!! I always get the chicken burrito bowl and my husband the steak burrito bowl... This place is a stop we make for sure once a month!!

I always look forward to Chipotle, but was very disappointed yesterday. I had placed an online order ahead of time so my meal would be ready at 6. I got to chipotle a few minutes till, but had to wait 15 minutes to even speak to the cashier!! She seemed very unaware. From now on I'll be going to the other location where employees are actually attentive.

Stopped here on way home from the lake today. Super long lines, it was also freezing inside because the front door would not close due to the strong winds. Not many tables and I did not see anyone clean tables the entire time I was there. Food is decent but fast food is fast food. I'm just not crazy about that type of atmosphere.

Only giving one star as there is no choice for none. Just waited in line behind a sports team for ten plus minutes (9:00pm) listening to the first employee by the tortilla station talking and complaining to all of her co-workers only to be told when I ordered that they are not making any more fajitas or chicken for the night. Really? You just filled the beef and rice. No apology. She just stood there and moved to the next customer when I voiced my disappointment. Why wouldn't you replenish your menu items with an hour of serve time left? Thumbs down!

Over priced for what you get. Terrible seating and you have to eat next to people standing waiting to order. Good guacamole but spendy. They need to do a better job keeping meat ready to serve.

The food here is good, if I could just rate the food, I would give it 4 stars. I wish they gave just a little more meat on the burritos, but it's not a deal breaker for me. The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. I wonder sometimes how they manage to close the burritos with everything in them. The kids meals are a good deal...they get chips, drink, rice, beans, and their choice of a main dish for around $4.50. Their chips are delicious and so is the guacamole. So why only 3 stars?? It always seems dirty in the seating area. We have never actually ate in the restaurant because of that. We always take out and eat in the car in the parking lot. It could be the decor that makes it seem dirty or it is just plain dirty. I realize that they constantly stay busy, but cleanliness is up there on the priority list for me.

Suitable when I'm very hungry and I can't think of anything better. I used to be enamored with the taste 10 years ago, but I also used to like Burger King. My tastes have refined some since then. These days I find the flavors somewhat tiresome. Still, good portion size for the price. You can do far, far, far worse in the fast food realm.

Our Model UN group went here for lunch during a conference in the area. This location was clean and inviting. It is the same as every other Chipotle that I have been to. The staff was friendly and fast, the prices were reasonable and our service was quick. We appreciate how well they served us.

Just like all other Chipotle's. They serve you quick even when their is a long line and the place is clean. The also have a nice patio area in the summer. It is sitting in the best location, quick access to Hwy 15 and only a few miles from I-94.
