Very disappointing. The "sausage" they use looks like brown/gray pepperoni. I've never seen anything like it. The pizza crust was mushy. However the wings were hot and flavorful. I would not order from here again.

Sarpino's is a solid choice for lunch delivery. Their menu is varied, so if you don't feel like pizza, you can have a salad, sandwich, calzone (HUGE!), or baked pasta. I'm partial to the baked spaghetti with meat sauce, and the chicken pesto calzone. The online ordering system is really user-friendly, and will allow you to customize the food, add toppings, etc. Bonus: you get 10% off for putting in your order over the good ol' Interwebs. The only drawback is that they can be a little slow. They usually take at least 45 minutes to an hour to get the order to my workplace in Northeast Minneapolis. But with no delivery charge, and a variety of choices, they beat the pants off of the standard pizza chains.

I called about forty minutes before they close and was told they weren't taking anymore delivery orders. This has happened several other times. I work second shift so it's nice to have a delivery place open as late as they are. Needless to say I was upset. So I called again about fifteen minutes later spoke to someone else who took my order. The delivery guy seemed burdened, even after I tipped him $10 on a $20 order. It's a shame that they have such a terrible staff, with a pretty good product.

Wow! Kind of surprised by all the negative reviews. Ordered Sarpinos online today and it was easy or at least I thought it was. Apparently I clicked a few of the wrong items. Thankfully they called to verify instead of just making it. I did not want two sauces and was actually charged for one extra. The lady who called to verify was lovely. Told me what to do next time. Maybe the staff has turned over, because the service was wonderful. They didn't have the BLT option so I had to create my own. Ordered the Super Taco Pizza - both were quite good. Even better with the buy one DMC card. I don't have to cook for the rest of the week. Nice online ordering option and status updates.

first order about a month ago, took almost an hour and a forty five minutes after ordering it online, there automated email says "Please allow 35-45 minutes for delivery and 15-20 minutes for pickup." driver got lost and wouldn't take direction to get to my place. ordered second time, took an hour and a half to get to me. got my order and it was wrong, ordered a sandwich with no onions and there were onions put on there. the driver claimed they got "slammed" this store needs to look at there employees to do a better job of making sure the orders are takin care of if they are going to be late and screw up orders, I plan to move over to a different company for my needs in the future.

First time ordering from Sarpino's and I am somewhat impressed. Sauce is tasty, plenty of cheese. Just wish they had a thinner crust option. Delivery was free, and time was within acceptable limits. No issues. I will order from them again

Updating my review from 2013. Absolutely surprised to see so many negative reviews We have been ordering from this location for years and they consistency provide great service and hot pizza when it arrives. Of all delivery pizza companies I would highly recommend.

The delivery took over 2 hours. When I asked them if they could compensate the manager was rude on the phone. I called after the delivery was an hour and a half and the manager was of no help. I thought when the driver finally arrives I will ask if again about the discount seeing as he showed up after 2 hours. Unfortunately he said sorry no discount and left Within a few seconds. This was a Sunday night by the way.

The Roseville Sarpino's location is an absolute joke. They treat you like you are a burden when you call/submit an online order for delivery. I recently placed an online order for delivery and the delivery man forgot half of my order! It's one thing to be incompetent. It's an entire other story to be rude about it. He couldn't even bring himself to say "sorry" about my experience. I called the store and they did NOTHING to make it right. It is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever or will ever have. However, Sarpino's has plenty of competition in this area so my delivery needs will be more than taken care of. It really is nice when the incompetence of one sub-par agency can lead to the direct benefit of their competitors.

Pretty good food. Sometimes they get the order wrong but they always reimburse with a free meal next time. There are long wait times Friday and Saturday evenings so order earlier than usual.

Yes, it took just over an hour for my pizza to get to me at lunch time. Yes, I'd order again in a heartbeat. The ingredients are fresh, the cheese is plentiful but manages to not be greasy. The sauce actually has FLAVOR! Why can't other places do that? The crust is great -- not flat, not thick, really nice. I found a coupon for a 1-topping large pizza for $9.99, and just for ordering online I saved 10%. They have no delivery minimum and they don't charge for delivery, which is essentially unheard of. It's pretty much the total package! I do wish their delivery was faster, but hey, the pizza is definitely worth the wait.

Edit New Review (02/2014): What happened to this place? Used to deliver in 30 mins lately over an hour! Today was 2 hours!!! Then the driver tells me I should expect a 2 hour wait on a snow day, maybe you shouldn't have quoted me 30-45 minutes! Hard pressed to ever get the order right these days. I hadn't ordered in a while because I was hoping things would get better, but to no avail. It's really too bad but clearly they don't care enough to change their ways. Old review: Love Sarpino's! They never disappoint! My favorite is the Greek pizza with gyro meat and cucumber sauce! I like the standard deal of buy one get one half off and they don't charge for substitutions or extra toppings!

SO disappointing! I loved Sarpino's when we lived in Chicago, but this location advertises on its website that it delivers to the 55127 zip code, but in reality it does not! So beware, citizens of North Oaks who don't want to drive to Roseville to pick up a pizza. The online ordering is awful as well--if I don't log in first, it erases my order when I log in. Also, why no creamy garlic dipping sauce??
