My wife and I's first visit here. Didn't have to wait long, and the food was delicious. Overall a well run restaurant with friendly staff.

Does anyone else remember the days when Ruby Tuesday was a delicious and affordable place to eat? I recall the salad bar having so many options and being very reasonably priced. It is now neither. They have taken away the pudding, fruit, cottage cheese, and several of their cold mixed salad options and replaced them with wilted lettuce and mediocre salad toppings. You'd be better off going to Old Country Buffet. It's the same price for a lot more food.

THE GOOD: The salad bar is a must at Ruby Tuesdays. The bar is fresh and can be added to any meal for 3.29 or as a side on some meals. The croutons are perfect light and crunchy. The workers were very kind and attentive. THE BAD: The service was a little slow it took just over 14 minutes to serve 3 people. The food is a little expensive especially the beverages (iced tea upwards of 3 dollars). THE BOTTOM LINE: It's worth stopping by because the service is always good. It also has a casual ambience which is perfect for someone driving by on 35w or for someone who just got done at the mall. And you can fix the issue of them being a little slow by getting the salad bar as your side so that you can eat while you wait for your main course.

The food is good but the service is terrible. We were asked if we need dessert when I just start eating.

The food was acceptable. I'm writing this review to make you all aware of how racist the staff is. I'm visiting from California, I have never ever been so insulted over ordering a $10 glass of wine!!! The waiter felt he needed to remind me that I was ordering a $10 glass of wine; WHY?!?! Is this practice for the restaurant? I can afford a $10 glass of wine and then some!!!! The night before I dined at an upscale seafood restaurant next to the Westin Hotel and my waiter didn't feel the need to announce the price of my beverage. Why did Ruby Tuesdays?!?! I'm only giving u 1 star because it's required.

Slightly overpriced for the meager portions received. The food was okay, but my son's corn dogs arrived warm on the outside, but nearly frozen in the center (they were sent back). Our server also was unaware that Boston Lager is made by Sam Adams. Seating was cramped. I don't think I'll be back.

HAd high hopes as the place looked really nice. WE got there about 2 PM. We ordered and got our beverages and waited. Server threw plate w/2 little undercooked biscuits on table as she walked by without a word. yuck, they were awful. Little nuggets of raw dough that had hard outer shells that were rather nasty, which we would have thrown if we hadn't been starving. Tempura green beans, NASTY greasy, breading on plate underneath not on beans. The beans were like beans pan fried w/ too much oil. All naked oily beans, Tempura means light breading and little grease. These beans were horrible. Medium rare burger was rare and cold in the middle not medium rare as if it was seared, not cooked. Fries were just awful as if they were Burger King breaded fries, not what you would get in a premium restaurant. We were there between 2 and 3 PM so that was maybe why staff seemed resentful we took up their time. This was our first time to Ruby Tuesday, it will be our last. I was excited after looking at menu. It all went down hill after the ladies in line ahead of us ( at 2 pm) said they had been stand there over 5 minutes with no one, seemingly eating or working in restaurant. Learn how to make tempura for pete's sake if you are going to put it on the menu. Have enough staff so they don't make us feel like we are imposing during between hours.

I took my family for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was difficult to relax and enjoy our meal because of the poor atmosphere and service. There was uncomfortably hot air blowing out of the vents. We asked if the heat could be turned down and were told no because it is corporately controlled. I went to the restroom and noticed the floor was quite wet. When I flushed the toilet, water ran out of the pipe connected to the toilet and onto the floor. Also, there was only cold water to wash my hands. The hot water was turned off. Three of the 5 chairs at our table had major tears in the seat cushions. The floor around our table was dirty and full of dropped food. I asked for a glass of water with no ice and was given a glass with ice. We had to ask for silverware. My daughter ordered sweet potato fries and was served regular fries. Several minutes after the meals were served, my granddaughters had to ask for the milk they had ordered. Almost half of my granddaughter's grapes were spoiled. The bowl that my salad was served in had dried food residue on the underside of the rim. I probably will not return.

The boyf and I enjoy the occasional RT visit. We are big fans of their salad bar - specifically, the delicious, warm and fresh from the oven rye bread croutons. Oh man, those croutons... Overall, it's an alright place. Pricing is pretty decent, service is always decent. There was one instance where we were advised of an hour wait for a table for two, and half the dining room was empty. They must have been short staffed that day, as it seemed odd. We sat at the bar and waited less than a minute for service. Good times. All in all, this is a totally solid place to eat when with a group at the mall. There is something for everyone, and you will be well-taken care of. Enjoy!

Service was slow, why I am not sure as it was extremely slow when we ate there. Food took a while and our waitress took her time. Portions were not as generous. Definitely not my go to anymore but still a good choice every once in a while food is tasty.

Well to be fair I can't totally review the food because we left without eating. I can review the salad bar because we looked at it. I had never been to a Ruby Tuesdays but their ads always made the salad bar seem like a main feature - wrong oh wrong. It is sad when the salad bar at Old country Buffet has more selection. The lettuce looked limp and everything was sloppy and picked over looking and we were there for a normal dinner when one would think they would want the salad bar to be at its best. I moved on, or tried to...we had waited for half an hour for a table after my husband made it clear that I was in a wheelchair, The first table they tried to show us two was literally the farthest back in the corner of the entire restaurant and so squeezed in that there was no way we were going to be able to get my wheelchair there. We saw a more accessible table, empty and set, and asked if we could sit there, the host tried to say no but my husband was pretty grumpy already so he grudgingly allowed it. Alas, the table are so packed together there was absolutely NO room to get the wheelchair up to the table. I tried to be a good sport. My husband helped me transfer to one of the regular chairs and we folded up the wheelchair and tucked it as out of the way as possible. I received three glares from servers already, although OUR server was really pleasant. After about 5 minutes, before even having drinks. I was so uncomfortable from the chair and the fact that what I had wanted was a great salad bar, we just decided to leave.

This Ruby Tuesday is a great place to take a break from shopping @ Rosedale mall. The salad bar is fantastic with a variety of fresh greens, veggies, pasta salads, & the BEST CROUTONS ever!!!!!! Burgers are pretty good as well. Try the salad bar w/ turkey minis; the meal combo comes with two mini turkey burgers & salad bar. It's a great deal & I always have leftovers. BONUS: recently, Ruby Tuesdays started serving complimentary parmesan bicuits with their meals & they are superb! The service is always great & the food is good. Happy hour is a great value & the red sangria is oh-so-delicious! Shop til you drop & then stop by for lunch or a cocktail :)

Stopped in last night for a late dinner to use an email coupon I received. Sat at the empty bar. The food was good: bourbon chicken breast, mashed potatoes and green beans! The bartender, Anders, was super nice and chatty. Been awhile since I've encountered such. Looking forward to going back for another great meal and great service!

It's not bad, a small step up from Applebee's and some of the other generic chain American restaurants. Some of the smaller portion sizes are kinda cool, although I have my doubts about the calorie accuracy. Either way, a decent stop for dinner before a movie.

I feel like kicking my own ass for admitting this, but the triple prime burger at Ruby Tuesday ranks pretty high on my list of mouth-watering burgers. Order it with the aged cheddar. And for Pete's sake, whatever you do, DON'T salt anything! The fries are freakishly oversalted (almost akin to Applebee's, eek!) and your mouth will pucker in pain if you don't pay heed.

Ruby Ruby Ruby Tuesday. (Think Ruby Soho) Good to see I can work a Rancid reference into a food review. I went here for lunch today but it hasn't been the first time. For being as roly poly as I am, I do enjoy a good salad bar. Shocking, I know. Although, much like the bud lite commercials, even though the salad has 1500 calories, it has lettuce so it's still a salad right? Ok, back to my original intent - reviewing Ruby Tuesday. I've never had a bad experience here and the salad bar is top notch. I also have been hypnotized the last few days by their commercials for the mini trio - a cheeseburger, turkey burger, and a crab cake burger, so I tried them today. Booyah! Mini burger goodness.

OK, so I know this is a chain and all, but it truly is one of the better ones. They are still rockin' the salad bar after all these years (a rarity in the Twin Cities) and you won't find a better burger...honestly. I owe my conversion back to "meat-eater" to the cheeseburger and my very insistant then-boyfriend. Good times.

There are two things that I enjoy here. One is the unlimited salad bar. The 2nd is their Triple Prime Burger. The salad bar isn't anything particularly special. There's a nice variety there, the only negative is that it doesn't have that much fruit, only grapes (good thing I like grapes). Perhaps I got there at a bad time, but I'll deal. Oh and there's also no pickled herring! I am a big fan and for them to not appear in a salad bar is a huge travesty. But again, I will cope. Ok to be honest, I'm not really here for the salad bar; it's for the Triple Prime Burger. It could be the cut of beef or the seasonings added to it that makes it great, in either case, it's the only thing I order whenever I am here. Juicy and flavorful is all I really need to enjoy a burger. That's the main reason I continue coming back for more.

Want the best tasting hamburger ever? Get the Triple Prime Burger at Ruby Tuesday's! I saw hundreds of commercials about it, but there was no restaurant near me for a couple of states, but once I was on a lil raod trip and saw a Ruby Tuesday's, I had to check the hype. It was mouthwatering, flavorful, delicious, beautiful, and almost made me cry. 10 bucks for this work or delictable art along with some fries. I still catch myself thinking about it at times. I miss you Ruby Tuesday's! Why do you have to live so far?

Very good for a quick bite. Service was friendly and attentive. All natural chicken breast sandwich was a big plus. And all natural blackberry & lemonade was yummy! Not the typical chain food mass produced garbage. I'll be back!
