I was happy to see this Chipotle location after my unsuccessful dining experience at nearly Pannekoeken. I normally wouldn't give a fast-casual type restaurant 5 stars, but it really does deserve the high rating in comparison to the other meals I had in Rochester. I had a vegetarian burrito, and it was nice to know that the quality was exactly the same as what I would get back home. Yay Chipotle!

We have eaten here quite a lot and have stopped going as much because of the service- ordering what you want isn't as important as the conversations the servers are having- no consistency with food portions, too much going on on the line and it's so loud in there you can't hear. The employees are less than thrilled to be there. The food is good when they have what you want..... It is also frustrating when they are making your bowl, and another employee comes up and decides to make a "call in" Order - they need to organize that place better. My husband and I are always frustrated after we leave....we have chosen to go to the north location lately as it's slightly better.

I've been her many many times. But in the last 6 months it's gone down hill. The place is trashed. Not one clean table to eat on. The floor was nasty. The drink station looked like it had not been cleaned in years. I wonder what the kitchen looks like. Food was fine. Everything else gross!

So slow that the line was nearly out the door. It took so long to get through the line that the meat and rice in my bowl we cold before I got through the rest of the line. The food is generally as good as the others but this Chipotle is SLOW!

They are frequently out of food!!! Out of black beans and limes!! Chips are very oily!! Get it together chipotle! Your store is frequently busy, be prepared better!!

This has to be a poor example of Chipotle! I've been to many of them and would always rate them highly. To begin with, there was no line when we entered. The staff was busy chatting with each other and we had to wait almost 5 minutes before our order was taken. I asked for a salad and there was a further wait while a server brought lettuce to the front of the line. I had a simple order for one chicken salad, but alas, when I was rung up, I was rung up for two meals, both with extra guacamole! Another almost 10 minutes was spent reversing the charges with the manager finally comping the meal (if the credit was processed correctly.) We then had trouble finding a halfway clean place to sit where both the table and floor was somewhat clean. This was about 2pm on Saturday. I certainly won't be visiting this Chipotle again!

This chipotle tends to be slower and dirtier than the north one. They also tend to rip the tortilla while wrapping them, leaving a fantastic surprise when you find the tear under the fool. The food is good, and it's a much faster drive. Of course, some days it takes so long to get through the line I feel like going across town would have been faster anyway.

I LOVE Chipotle! Fresh, healthy, sustainable sources, no growth hormones. Love it! I always get the veggie bowl with brown rice and thoroughly enjoy it. I can usually just eat half of it so my husband and I share it and still leave very satisfied and comfortably full. :-) So glad we have Chipotle here, wish one was closer to downtown though! There is always a line here but it moves quickly. The service is always friendly.

Really love their huge, tasty wraps. The ingredients are very fresh. The employees were friendly and fast. I like that you can see whats going into it and can specify exactly what you want as they make it.

It's a Chipoltle... quick mexican food joint. The tortilla leaves a lot to be desired, no queso sauce... however, good steak and rice with the usual fillers. The steak has some sort of spice to it, which is a nice change in a burrito. I only go here for a quick lunch when I'm in a bind or craving a quick mexican (far from authentic) chain (owned by McDonalds). Doesn't compare to Pancheros, Qdoba or Burrito Loco, though. Not even close.

Our favorite is salads, (barbacoa, veggie), with tomato salsa, corn salsa, guacamole, sour cream. We even get the dressing. Yum! Very friendly staff working.

For "fast food" this is a wonderful change of pace. Always fresh-tasting, nicely spicy and some of the friendliest staff around, Chipotle is one of my favorites. I generally get the crispy tacos with barbacoa and fresh salsa. The burritos are wonderful but they are HUGE. They've got rice, beans and meat along with salsa and cheese and could easily be two meals for most people. The chips and guacamole are wonderful. The chips are lightly salted, the guacamole very fresh. Service is quick and it's never a very long wait, even when the line is fairly long, making it a good choice for lunch when you need something quick but can't face another burger. It's also well kept up and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We received a gift card for Chipotle for Christmas and decided to give it a shot. There was a long line of customers and they kept coming in. As we got closer to the serving line I had an idea of what I wanted. Watching the chefs preparing the food in the background I can understand why they come to LeCordonBleu looking for employees. As busy as it was I was surprised how quickly the line went and the servers were quick kind and courteous. Awesome!
