This is a HUGE compliment to Bradd H, our server. We were there on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at approximately 7:00 PM. There were three adults and two children, one little boy who's 3, and his sister who is 1. The adult men had the Chicken Asian Chop Chop, the Steak and Wedge Salad, and the Brentwood Chicken Sandwich. The kids had a grilled cheese sandwich and macaroni and cheese. The food was good, and I had to ask about the polenta croutons. They were really good! But Bradd's service went above and beyond spectacular! He not only was attentive to the adults, but he really tried to engage the kids. While the 1-year old can't communicate yet, Bradd made sure the 3-year old was enjoying his time, even commenting on the Legos we had brought to distract him (the kid, not Bradd!). When it came time for the soft serve ice cream, he made sure to make it fun for the kids. I know that to a server, kids can be a nightmare as much as a large group. But I was totally blown away with Bradd's service. I have been a corporate trainer for over 24 years, and Bradd is every organization's dream of the ideal employee. Bradd really made our night. He may not remember serving us, but we'll remember him!

Finally made it here for dinner last night and we were thoroughly impressed! The decor is beautiful and they have a great little 'patio' in the lighted rotunda. We had a stuffed chicken breast and the chicken tenders; both were great and the side item were delicious. We will definately done here again!

Had their veggie burger. For a somewhat nice establishment I expected pretty good food. However, just like most other chain restaurants the food was frozen and bland. Definitely on the same level as a Chillis or Applebees. Give it a pass if you can.

Went in for happy hour special (BOGO well drinks and cheaper appetizers). Went for ginger whiskeys and the "disco fries" (poutine). The drinks were great for the price, and we had friendly service, but the poutine was definitely disappointing and not how the Canadians do it, for sure. To me, this place was pretty forgettable.

Very disappointed in this location of Houlihans. I will admit because I have been a fan of the chain, I kept giving this place a try. When a friend here mentioned that her service was so bad previously that she vowed not to ever walk in this place again, I was the one who went out on a limb and convinced her to give it another try. After tonight's service, I am now in agreement with her conclusion. Once seated, it took our waitress, Courtney, at least 5 minutes to even acknowledge us. Being that we waited so long for her to arrive, we had our dinner selection ready to give her. However, she took our drink order and walked away while I was in mid sentence trying to give the remainder of our order. I tried not to trip as she did appear as if she was having an off day. (Not my problem). She arrived with our drinks and was short when answering our questions. Again, I ignored the attitude because I need everyone handling my food to be on good terms with me. We started with appetizers that I specifically requested be brought out before our entrees. As if I had predicted the future, all of our food came out at the same time. I mentioned this to Courtney and she AGAIN walked away while I was talking. At this point, I am so upset I am trying not to ruin my evening. My friend took the opportunity to remind me that she was didn't want to come here because of their service and all I could do was hang my head and avoid eye contact. I do regret that I didn't take the opportunity to voice my concerns with management, however at this point I had already decided that I will not be able to patronize this convenient location anymore.

This is a great place to watch the game. There are quite a few televisions in the bar area, so you can be sitting at a round table and everyone will be able to see without cranking their neck to look. Best deals are on Sundays-half off drinks all day! There are plenty of appetizer deals as well. I suggest these appetizers: 1. Chicken/avocado eggroll-because its an awesome taste combo, but the homemade salsa is to die for! 2. Thai chile glazed buffalo wings-again the sauce adds so much flavor, with a subtle punch in yo mouth with the mix of chile/ginger/sesame! (I may or may not have licked the plate) 3. Firecracker shrimp-These little guys are also tossed in the Thai chile sauce like the wings, so you can assume I enjoyed them just as much Suggested meals: Truth is I only have eaten one thing here, because it became an instant favorite. It would feel like cheating if I ordered anything different. Please try for yourself the Blue Cheese Steak Wedge Salad. It's a full sized meal and I always take some home. The presentation is a bonus, with the partial head of lettuce, medallion steak and all the colors on the plate. Take the time to comprise your salad to your liking. Mix some cheese, pecans, beets, onions, bacon, and hearty polenta croutons! They typically overdo the dressing so I ask for it on the side, because blue cheese is too powerful when they just dump it all over the plate. It can be confusing to find inside of the office building, but just park in the back ramp for free and walk into any door. It is on the main floor of the building and you will see it by the old school red pay phone booth. *Ask for Bay, she is the best server here!* ***Birthday free meal (up to $15) if you are a member of their email club!

After moving to Houlihans. Er I meant Richfield... I was here two or three times a week! Normally in the bar like you would expect... As that area speaks volumes to me. The apps were fairly priced and the drinks are an ok deal. This place is like a mix of a fancy bar/Ppplebees/dive. How they get all three in? The food comes like a chef made it. The bar lighting and colors are eloquent. The staff act like it is the homliest place in the world- that is where the divey comes in The food is getting smaller and smaller and the prices are getting higher and higher hence the Applebees feeling. I dont think I will be back anytime soon. I cannot justify the small appetizers for even half off! The take out is horrendous too. If you like fries to be condensed in water... Take it. Or covered in coleslaw- do it.

They have 2 for 1 after 9 every night, what else could you want? The service was good, we didn't eat so I can't comment on that

I asked if the menu items were fresh and the bartender indicated that "yes our kitchen is all scratch." I enquired about the fish/chips since I'm an Englishman, and she indicated that it was indeed "good," and that I should order French Onion Soup. Soup was from a tin and used sliced breat??? Fish/chips? HORRIBLE. Frozen, NOT from scratch, and still undercooked inside. Freshly battered cod does NOT have a uniform shape, nor does it taste like the box in which it came frozen!!! Even the iced tea was tasteless.

I've been coming here for about 10 years. I've come with groups big and small-- prom, birthdays, dates, and everything in between. Fantastic restaurant. Some of my favorite dishes: - Fajitas: my brother and I were able to split this entree after sharing an appetizer and it was more than enough. comes out on a sizzling platter. - Long Island pitchers: a variety of flavors, and a pretty generous amount for the price you pay - Donut Flight: my favorite dessert (their creme brulee is a close second). but if you like crispy sugary donut balls and chocolate fondue (milk chocolate and white), you'll love this dessert. very rich, very shareable. - Frito Burger - Calamari: they do it better than most place I've seen. well coated and very crunchy. - their strawberry herby cocktail. I don't remember the name, but absolutely delicious.

Oh dear, is Houlihans becoming as unfriendly as Champps? I practically live next door to Houlihans and have spent enormous amounts of money there. I am a registered "club" member and receive the Tuesday "Saveur" special via email. Today I am very sick and very hungry and really don't have much to eat here and don't feel like cooking anyway....thought I'd see if I could get a "Saveur" to go and not pollute the whole place with my germs. The receptionist put the manager on the phone. I explained my predicament and the reply was, "Well....we don't usually do that.......sorry". I do see their side...that they are not making as much money on the food as usual and they would try to make it on the beverage, but really? What ever happened to compassion and a business doing something for a good customer. This after all would not have lost them anything really and I would have had a nice story to tell. Am I off base here?

My primary objective for going to Houlihans today was to get a Bloody Mary in me as soon as possible, but it actually ended up being a really great trip! For starters, the bloodys were super good and the bartender who served us was friendly. I got the fish tacos which were delicious and filling, I could only eat one. I can't believe they didn't boast that their "fish tacos" were actually tilapia on the menu, I was expecting cod and this was oh so much better. My boyfriend got the Yum Yum burger which I barely got a peek at he devoured it so fast. The bar set up was pub-like but much nicer. With a bar in the center of the room there is lots of seating right up at the bar, in addition to a bunch of comfy booths all around facing TVs in the center. I imagine this would be a great location to grab some apps and beer for a game. I will definitely be back for their all day Sunday Happy Hour or for a weeknight hockey game during their later Happy Hour. PS - Ladies, they have goodies in the bathroom to keep you looking nice and smelling fresh for a date. Free body mist? Don't mind if I do.

Good happy hour on Sunday, ideal for watching concussion ball. 2 for 1s on drinks, including Surly Furious, all day. Happy hour apps are ok, nothing to write home about, but they're cheap.

Great place tucked in a clinic building in Richfield. As odd as it sounds, their house salad is exceptional. Very fresh and unique. I asked if they could make the turkey club into a wrap and it turned out to be delicious. Other than the odd location and obstacles getting into the building, I really like this place. Very clean, with great service and tasty food.

I didn't really have any expectations coming here, all I knew is that their website had a vegetarian menu so it couldn't be a total bust. The place has a definite "chain restaurant" feel to it, that reminded me of a slightly classier version of Applebee's. I ordered the Bruschetta for starters and decided to try the Veggie Burger and Parmesan "Frites" to get a feel for the menu. The Bruschetta plate was nicely presented but was almost entirely filled with a patty of goat cheese that was sitting on top of a few small pieces of tomato and beside a tiny stack of crostini. Even piling a huge dollop of cheese on each slice of bread resulted in leftover cheese and nothing to put it on. Also, the virtual lack of tomato in the dish was slightly disappointing. The veggie burger was good but it was topped with a soggy serving of iceberg lettuce that was reminiscent of coleslaw. It didn't really offer anything in the way of "freshness" that is usually the intent of adding lettuce to a burger. Finally, the tasty sounding Parmesan Frites seemed to be a small plate of regular fries topped (after being plated) with a dusting of "Parmesan" that was about on par with a Kraft grated cheese product. They didn't seem nearly as delicious as they sounded on the menu, or even like a particularly good value. I probably wouldn't come back for the food. BUT it's a decent casual place to drink booze or maybe snack if your expectations are low and/or you're too drunk to care.

This Sunday we were dying for a great place to watch my San Diego Super-Chargers play the Bengals, something nearish my house and which had good drink specials. I called a number of places the night before (i.e. Rail Station, Champps, Tailgates, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc.), and most inexplicably had no idea what they would be offering. Those that did only sported specials on Miller, Bud, or Coors... eh, no thanks. My wife suggested Houlihan's, where I had been a number of times before, but never thought would be a good place to watch sports. Turns out I was wrong and it was perfect. The Sunday happy hour is awesome... 2-for-1s on almost everything, not just drafts, and food specials too. We had plenty to drink and eat (pickle fries, nachos, flatbread) during the 3-hour game and it only cost us around $15 per person. The service is friendly and attentive. The bartender happily switched all the televisions to football and turned up the sound for us. I'll definitely be going here more often.
Great Location near Richfield Hockey Arena! Only 1.16 Miles from Arena~ My app DRINK BY THE RINK takes you to VFW across the parking lot...but Houlihan's is a lot nicer for ambiance & food! Don't get me wrong, gotta love a VFW for a quick beer before the hockey game starts!!

I love, love, love Houlihans! Especially this location! I've been to other ones in the area, and none are nearly as good as this Richfield one. For us drinkers out there, they have an excellent happy hour. 2 for 1's everyday 4-6 and 9-12? And ALL day on Sunday? Um, yes please, count me in. And that's not just rails. That's EVERYTHING! Also, discounted apps are always nice. Now onto the food. My favorite appetizers (although they are all pretty spectacular from what I've noticed) are the Chicken Nachos, the Jumbo Stuffed Mushrooms, and last but certainly not least, the Seared Ahi Tuna Wontons. Those Tuna Wontons are so good I HAVE to order them every single time I go in. Not getting them is not an option. As for entrees, I really like the (surprise, surprise) Ahi Tuna Salad, and their Scallops. Other dishes are fantastic as well (I have a friend who swears they have the best chicken fingers around), but those are just my 2 favorites. The prices may seem a little high, but I assure you they are absolutely worth it. Desserts certainly impress as well. The carrot cake in a jar is absolutely foodgasmic. And the smores fondue is fun AND delicious! Last but not least, I must mention the service. It is always impeccable and my two favorite servers are Brandon (Who is also a bartender) and Shelby. Be sure to ask for them when you stop in. Overall 10/10 would recommend!!

I know, I know, I know. It's a chain; they're all over; they look pretty much the same. But, I absolutely love Houlihan's. Here's why: * The service. The staff there has always been really pleasant and happy. do they love their job as much as I love coming here? They're really doing something right here with their staff. * The food. I usually get the parmesan fries + the side house chop salad when I'm there because it's just the right amount of food. The fries come with three sauces (homemade spicy ketchup, represent!) and the salad has corn and bacon. YUM. Everything else I've tried there (the Heartland chicken salad, the bruschetta, a bite of someone's tacos) has been really fresh and tasty. * The happy hour. 241s are great. The food specials are ehhh, but after two glasses of wine, I'm not as concerned. * The bathrooms. They're clean!! And big and spacious! They also have complementary tampons, hairspray and body spray in the ladies room which is totally unnecessary but I appreciate the thoughtfulness. * The dessert. I've only had dessert there once and they had mini dessert shooters! I'm a sucker for tiny desserts that I don't have to share. Bwahahahha. All MINE! :)

I don't go to any other Houlihan's so I don't know if it is just the Richfield location but the food is consistently great there. The menu changes regularly too which is nice. The service people are happy to see you and very competent.

Another good lunch at Houlihan's The 1/2 Sandwich and salad lunch deals are such a great combo. I think it's the perfect amount of food. My complaint? The service was so quick we didn't have enough time to gab before eating. Keep up the good work.

Food is okay. Would go there for close-minded people who dare not leave their comfort zone of chain american restaurants. Great for a chain restaurant, but not mind blowingly good.

Service here was friendly and efficient each time I went here for dinner. I'm intrigued by their happy hour. The food was decent, standard American fare. I like the atmosphere, sort of dark and cozy. There's a parking structure on site which is free. It's definitely a place I will go back to again.

Our dining experience here tonight was too exquisite not to chronicle in excruciating detail on Yelp! I was in town from California visiting family and my dad, a regular, suggested we hit up Houlihan's. He had one of those nifty mystery envelopes he'd received on a previous trip which your server opens. Ours ended up entitling us to a free dessert, so our meal was off to a smashing start already! The menu here is out of this world, I want to eat every single thing on it. Last time I was here we split a bunch of appetizers. This time we had two divine apps, the Parmesan Frites (their fry selection is out of this world, they also offer Pickle "Fries", Truckstop Fries and Disco Fries) and Spicy Chicken and Avocado Eggrolls, the latter of which were particularly mouth-watering. I ordered one of their featured entrees, the Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast which thoroughly rocked my world (the grilled asparagus on top also hit the spot). My father got a chopped salad and a small plate, the Grilled 4oz. Petite Filet which is one of his favorites. Thankfully it is a little lighter so he had some appetite left over when it came time for our free dessert, as I was absolutely stuffed. (our wonderful server also kept the drink refills flowing which I very much appreciated) We ended up getting this ginormous ice-cream and brownie concoction, the few bites of which I managed were resplendent. My dad devoured it like a champ. Throughout our meal the service was top-notch. It was also interesting to note that our server had been with the restaurant 12 years, since its inception. Dad said that he was familiar with a number of other employees that had also been there for similarly lengthy amounts of time, a true rarity in an industry which tends to have a great deal of turnover and a definite sign that they treat their employees well, which I like to hear about establishments I frequent. I look forward to dining here again the next time I am in town and sampling more of their menu's inspired offerings! (Protip: Check in here on FourSquare for a free order of Frites!)

Really solid chain restaurant. They claim to make everything from scratch, and, to be honest, it might be. I have never been disappointed with the food. The last time I went a week ago everything was great. I had the royale burger and fries, which was fantastic; the fries here are actually not frozen. And, I'm picky about my burgers and fries. This place really steps up to the plate with their burgers. Also, their spinach dip with lavosh crackers is amazing. I can inhale that dip. The only complaint I might have is for the wait staff. Sometimes, I've gotten servers who seem to not care very much, but that doesn't seem to happen much and certainly not recently.

I have been here multiple times, and just a great casual spot for sit down dinner. Food is consistently good, service is always nice and I love the promos the do from time to time. The dessert menu needs a few more selections, but can't grumble too much. Keep up the excellent work Houlihan's

As a chain, Houlihan's is such a fascinating beast. They tend to have their own chefs to tweak selections per location, making it a perfect blend of safe comfort for those who fear change and a bit of adventure for those who hate stagnancy. And with Houlihan's being in close proximity to where my husband works, it has become a casual default for us every so often. Happy hour: those jerks always have 2-for-1s whenever we get there, which is frustrating since I have to drive and therefore cannot have two. Their beer selections are very mainstream with a handful of the more largely distributed regionals on-tap. Other specials include reduced price appetizers. Service has never blown my mind, but never been bad, either. They do their jobs. Eh, that's what matters most anyway. Quality-wise, the food we've gotten tends to range from what you would expect from any chain to stupid-delicious. The difference is, again, in how Houlihan's runs: there are always several menu items that aren't standard chain fare. I'm a huge fan of their Mediterranean orzo salad; I love having such a unique option as a regularly-available side item. The desserts have never been all that fabulous, but the super-teeny sizing is a brilliant concept. The Richfield Houlihan's is a good place to go when you have no particular cravings and just want to go somewhere that won't challenge you yet is predictably solid. Or maybe just to drink a lot of beer during happy hour.

I was incredibly pleased with my decision to stop in here for Happy Hour on Friday. 2 for 1 beers, wines, and rail drinks!! That was perfect! I definitely want to come back real soon for happy hour! I also really enjoy how they serve their wines, I find that little carafe to be very cute, and somewhat sophisticated. It looked nice when she poured in the glass for me anyways. It was raining on Friday when we stopped in, so we weren't able to sit outside at all. I love sitting outside to eat and drink, it's so much better than constantly being indoors. Plus, in Minneapolis, I feel you really need to take advantage of the outdoors in our short spurt of great weather! The food was good also. I just had the spinach dip, which we delicious, a bit thinner than most places, but very tasty! My boyfriend had a cheeseburger.. the Fries were good, I tried them! He really enjoyed it. The place was pretty busy when we stopped in, but it didn't interfere with great service, and speedy wait times for dinner.

Sat down for dinner, waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. My server greeted me with a "hi"and stood there, didn't even ask if I would like something to drink. Food was mediocre but service was the worst. Will not return!

Good proximity to South Metro area without going to the burbs. Not necessarily great for watching any sporting events (try Champps across the street) but great for happy hours, drinks with friends, or lunch & dinner. Parking is in a private ramp behind the restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good happy hour specials and good food. Not a "small local joint" but doesn't feel quite as corporate/sterile as a TGIFridays. Certainly worth giving it a shot.

Houlihans remodeled a year or so ago, improved their beer selection, offer small plates on an extensive menu and the service is consistently good. If you are going there to eat, take a table in the bar for a better atmosphere. The two for one happy hour is a great deal.

Houlihan's is probably the best of the pack with the casual dining segment. A little more upscale than some of its competitors, the food is the star and it's all good. The servers are solid with knowledgeable answers about the menu and are always attentive to needs. Food is presented wonderfully

Been here a couple times and while it's good food, it's nothing amazing and a bit expensive for what you get. I've been here twice. Once for a late night bar/snack type fix. My wife, I and our friends all had drinks which were good, but again nothing amazing. My wife had chicken alfredo, I had a burger, another friend had a burger, and I forgot what my friend's girlfriend had. We all agreed that everything was good, but nothing worth bragging about. We had the nachos as an appetizer and they were huge and were very tasty. I went back there when my brother took me out for supper. I forgot what he ordered, but I had the grilled salmon and asparagus. It was very good, but a bit higher priced that I would think something like that would go for at other restaurants. He liked his too. I would think this would a be good place for upscale bar good in the SW suburbs, but I was VERY disappointed that the nachos aren't on their menu anymore.

at this price point this place deserves 5 stars. There menu is large and diverse, however they manage to maintain a well executed touch to everyone of them. This place is definitely a notch above its peers like Granite City or Cheesecake factory.

The happy hour menu at Houlihan's is probably the best part of the bar/restaurant. I have had lunch and dinner there several times, all of which were good, but never outstanding - especially considering the high price (given the quality).

I love Houlihan's. I mostly go to the Lyndale/Richfield restaurant, but have also been to Eagan. They have a GREAT happy hour from 3-6 which is 2 for 1 draft, well drinks, wine. Appetizers are also discounted. I frequently go there after physio and have a snack and drink. Jill, the daytime bartender is fabulous and is always friendly. I've never had a meal there I didn't like. Their food is top notch and reasonably priced. The place gets very busy at happy hour, so if you want a seat at the bar, get there before 3 pm. It's also busy during meal rushes. The one in Eagan is smaller than Richfield. I have always had nice servers there too.

My fav place to be. Great prices, amazing food, fabulous staff. Drinks are great, happy hour is often. Not a huge fan of the burgers but the chipotle chicken nachos are the best around. Five stars for the shrooms and chicken sandwiches. Never a wait to get in and never a wait to be served.

I thought this place may be out of business since the doors were locked when they were supposed to be open @ 11.

We had a fantastic waiter, John B., who engaged my Down's Syndrome brother and treated him like a person (you probably don't realize how rare that is - about 5%). My biggest peeve is that people don't ask him what he wants or even look at him. So it started the night off well. We each ordered a different entrée. Burger - ordered medium rare and it was perfect and served with a choice of side dish. French Dip - lots of meat and good au jus sauce served with a choice of side dish. Parmesan Crusted Walleye - large piece of walleye with vegetable of the day and mashed potatoes. The vegetables were sweet julienne carrots and green beans cooked slightly and they were excellent. The mashed potatoes are really good and served very hot. My only complaint is that they cook the walleye with a beurre blanc sauce that you can lightly taste and it would be elevated by serving some extra sauce on the side. Desserts were good. The crème brulee sugar was deeply burned and it would have been better if they had stopped at dark brown. More custard would have helped too. It is a smaller dessert for $3.95. The donut flight dessert was good with a martini glass of freshly made cinnamon spice donut holes with two smaller glasses of dipping sauce. The Kahlua hot fudge sauce was so good I could have just eaten it with a spoon and the caramel sauce was average. Priced at $6.95 it can easily be shared by two. My husband thought the donuts themselves were wonderful. My opinion was that the oil was a bit off and they were cooked too long. Cook them less in fresh oil and they would be much better. Definitely going to return with my brother on John B.'s night.

(4)Daniel R.
Another good lunch at Houlihan's The 1/2 Sandwich and salad lunch deals are such a great combo. I think it's the perfect amount of food. My complaint? The service was so quick we didn't have enough time to gab before eating. Keep up the good work.
(4)Allison K.
Go during happy hour, otherwise it can get a bit pricey. Food and drinks have been good every time I've been to this location.
(4)Diana E.
Gravy fries, yummy. The rest of the fare is pretty standard chain food really. There's not anything that really stands out.
(3)Kelsey N.
Pretty fantastic location! Fun decor and good welcome staff! Price is a little high for just a regular meal! But good date night location!
(4)K D.
Food is okay. Would go there for close-minded people who dare not leave their comfort zone of chain american restaurants. Great for a chain restaurant, but not mind blowingly good.
(3)Amy R.
Service here was friendly and efficient each time I went here for dinner. I'm intrigued by their happy hour. The food was decent, standard American fare. I like the atmosphere, sort of dark and cozy. There's a parking structure on site which is free. It's definitely a place I will go back to again.
(4)Amee K.
Houlihan's dishes never disappoint. It's starting to become one of our favorite date night spots, especially during HH and game nights :)

(4)Marc O.
I have been here multiple times, and just a great casual spot for sit down dinner. Food is consistently good, service is always nice and I love the promos the do from time to time. The dessert menu needs a few more selections, but can't grumble too much. Keep up the excellent work Houlihan's
(5)Summer L.

(4)Chun W.
Sat down for dinner, waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. My server greeted me with a "hi"and stood there, didn't even ask if I would like something to drink. Food was mediocre but service was the worst. Will not return!
(1)Mike G.
(4)Anton D.
Houlihans remodeled a year or so ago, improved their beer selection, offer small plates on an extensive menu and the service is consistently good. If you are going there to eat, take a table in the bar for a better atmosphere. The two for one happy hour is a great deal.
(5)Molly J.
Food was just ok. I think our server was high, so he was not helpful at all. Its like a more upscale applebees.
(2)Brian H.
Houlihan's is probably the best of the pack with the casual dining segment. A little more upscale than some of its competitors, the food is the star and it's all good. The servers are solid with knowledgeable answers about the menu and are always attentive to needs. Food is presented wonderfully
(5)Karleen M.
Jambalya was amazing! Nice atmosphere..
(3)Shannon M.
We love this place! Food is decent with some nice variety. The Artichoke poppers are amazing! Ask for John when you go - he is our favorite waiter - very funny and full of it! Great service, fun atmosphere, great drinks & appetizers.
(5)Steve S.
(3)Austin W.
at this price point this place deserves 5 stars. There menu is large and diverse, however they manage to maintain a well executed touch to everyone of them. This place is definitely a notch above its peers like Granite City or Cheesecake factory.
(5)Jon C.
The happy hour menu at Houlihan's is probably the best part of the bar/restaurant. I have had lunch and dinner there several times, all of which were good, but never outstanding - especially considering the high price (given the quality).
(3)Cathy P.
(5)Stacey W.
