Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Clean fast service. Order ahead online to avoid the line. They've ran out of rice or chicken the last couple times I've been there though... Decent location next to caribou and noodles and co. To fit any tastebud!

They are just rude They never smile I'm soooo disappointed You don't want any body to treat you just as they do

Definitely WOULD have gave it 5 stars. How are you not going to have any black beans or GUACAMOLE at Chipotle?!?! Last thing a pregnant woman that came out in the rain wants to hear. More than irritated!! It wasn't that they ran out completely, it was that he didn't want to go in the back and grab more at 8:30pm. Terrible customer service.

So let me start by saying that I really like Chipotle. So now that is off my chest let me share a bad experience. I ordered 3 soft tacos and a large drink. The ingredients were fresh and looked yummy. If only I could have had a decent portion in each taco. I have never left Chipotle feeling hungry...you guessed it, until today. I want to fill up my beverage which I was looking forward to because I was thirsty and there is no ice. So no problem, I went to the cashiers to let them know that the ice ran out. I was told "yea, we know and don't know what is wrong." They didn't bother to put a sign up at the register or on the beverage station to let their guest know before they cough up 2 buck for a warm soda. So at $2.10 for a soda, which is outrageous to begin with, and 3 tacos at $7.50, it was over $10 for a lunch that leaves me hungry and thirsty. Here is Ilan idea, have ice at the register and when you give guests a cup add in the ice for them. I feel pretty ripped off as a customer. I also don't appreciate when they offer meats that are raised by their standards but they still charge full price for it.

This Chipotle really makes me mad, seems every time I visit they are out of a key ingredient. The last 3 times I have been they were out of Lettuce, Onions and Peppers for Fajita and Carnitas! This is 3 separate visits, I think you have to hold the management accountable since they are the person I would think is in charge of inventory. Aside from the missing product, there has been only one employee on one visit that has been friendly. People don't smile, they don't talk, it's like they are miserable on the burrito assembly line. I don't expect a glowing conversation and I get they are busy, but would it kill ya to turn that frown upside down? Seems like this may be a trend after reading other reviews. Unfortunately it is too convenient for my Chipotle cravings so I will undoubtedly return, I wonder what they will be out of next time...

This deffinately one of the better chipotle's around. The food is cooked well, the staff is friendly and proficient. When i want chipotle, i chose this location over all the others in the area.

Burritos. That's why you come here. Unfortunately, this joint has NOT mastered the technique in rolling a burrito. I've been here several times (it's right next to my Target), and they have yet to roll a burrito that does not fall apart. Usually, as soon as I open the foil, it's already ripped and oozing out somewhere. Super disappointing because I know it can be done. I've been to plenty of other Chipotles that don't have this issue. Very frustrating. A burrito is not hard to roll. I've done it myself. Practice, practice, practice.

I love Chipotle...we probably eat there at LEAST once a week! Before the 66th St Chip moved in, we'd drive over to Edina. So we were pretty stoked when one moved in so close to home. Unfortunately after a few experiences at this one we've decided to drive the extra five or ten minutes to the next closest location. The staff is rude, disorganized, regularly out of ingredients (usually guac) and they are stingy on the portion sizes. We've had enough disappointing visits that we will no longer visit this location if it can be avoided.

No corn salsa. How can you be out?! The corn salsa is a defining ingredient that makes a Chipotle meal. Plus they forgot the lettuce as i was rushed to the checkout! I did not enjoy this at all. I usually love this Chipolte :(

This location is dirty 9 out of 10 times when I visit, four of those ten it isn't even busy. They often zone out and put wrong ingredients on whatever I'm having them make. It's to the point now where I make them throw it out and start over. I know they're trying to get whatever line pushed through, but it would go so much faster if they just listened.

The food is the only positive thing about this location, and the location (right by my work) is the only thing that keeps me coming back. Awful employees who are either too busy fucking around to help you, are brand new and improperly trained, or just don't give a crap and will stare you down with their cold, steely eyes as you ask nicely for extra hot salsa. Ive never had efficient service here. Its worth it to drive the extra five minutes to another location.

I do enjoy Chipotle. The food is invariably fresh and flavorful, and the price is not bad for what you get. But what I REALLY appreciate is the ability to completely customize my meal. This is super-important if you have dietary restrictions (like me), or finicky tastes (like my dear husband). Even better, Chipotle has a super-user-friendly nutrition calculator on its website. The staff at this particular location are generally friendly and competent. The seating area is a bit different in that it's got a few smaller tables and then one big long communal table in the middle. You can pull up a chair next to a stranger, nod "hello", and tuck into that juicy carnitas burrito. It's not very Minnesotan (we're a little too attached to our personal space, aren't we?), but maybe that's not the worst thing in the world.

Not even close to the fairly low standards set by other Chipotle Resturants.

I have yet to go to a Chipotle and be disappointed. Nice newer store just off Cedar. Love the burrito bowls.
