Kids loved it. I liked that we could order and pay online.

What a great deal, Kids eat free on the weekends. I went there with my daughter and had no clue that kids eat free on Saturday and Sunday. So when I went to pay and it was less the $10 for the both of us, I felt really good knowing that I can save a few bones and go back for some extra mac and cheese....

I am so in love with Boston Market but I hate the fact that they have changed the gravy but that was not even the worst part. My tiny dot of mashed potatoes where very dry I was not aware that mashed potato's could be dry. I will not be returning to that location.

The staff is really friendly and polite. Clean lobby. The chicken Caesar salad was great.

If you've been to other Boston Markets before, then you'll know what to expect already. I ordered a half chicken meal with 2 sides - garlicky lemon spinach and green beans. The chicken was a bit on the drier side, but the sides were good -- not too overcooked where it's just mush. I would've given it 3 stars, but what really set this place aside was the cleanliness and service. The dining area was pretty clean and the food looked well maintained. I've been to other places where the food has been sitting out there too long or maybe the heat is too high, and the food looks dried out. The person preparing my food (might've been the manager as well) and the cashier were super friendly and nice. As I was about to leave, I remembered I needed ketchup, so I went back and asked for some. That's when I got a response I wasn't expecting, he said "how many?". I was speechless for a second because I'm so used to just being handed a few and no more (that's Philly for ya!). Even after I said a few, he asked me again to make sure it was enough and then I got some more. It gets better... I asked for a container for hot sauce and he was going to fill it up for me! I politely declined and got what I needed and left. I wouldn't mind coming back when I need some fast food and something healthier than McD's or BK!

I went here primarily because I was in the area and not motivated enough to drive anywhere else. I had been to a Boston Market eons ago, back in high school, but not since. Surprisingly, the food wasn't half bad. I thought it was decent, though the price was a bit high. The place was clean, nice people, and when I looked at the calorie contents, it wasn't crazy high like so many places. I'd go again, though I don't know that I'd go out of my way for it either.

I don't usually enjoy posting about chains simply because they seem to have enough advertising on their side. However, considering there are only 3 locations left in Minnesota, I feel like I should give them a review. This was because the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food is just as great as I remember it. A real treat overall.

I hadn't been to a Boston Market in a really long time. This was OK, nothing special, as you'd imagine. I got the quarter-white chicken with the 'spicy' sauce. It wasn't very spicy, but the chicken was juicy and good. I could've used a little more chicken. The green beans were kinda strange texturally. The mashed potatoes were good and the cornbread was fine. It all has the feeling of going to the buffet line at your relatives' place on Thanksgiving. It would have been nice if the food was a little more hot and fresh. Plus they have only one size for sodas, which is lame, because they can then charge a flat fee and give you a ridiculously large cup. Decent value overall I suppose, compared to most fast food.

Boston Market had been a favorite restaurant of mine since I was a child. As the locations began to disappear throughout MN, I was incredibly disappointed but over the past year I've started to see why. I always order the Chicken Carver combo, and this marks the fourth time in the past year that I've bitten into my sandwich and nearly shattered my teeth on solid bone. This week when I ordered, I asked my boyfriend to check my sandwich as kind of a lighthearted joke (surely it couldn't happen AGAIN) and he found bone! We brought it back up and asked for a new sandwich. The imbecile behind the counter replied, "Without bone?" which would have been funny if he were joking - no, he was legitimately asking. We did not receive so much as an apology. I am very disappointed in this location and would advise you to eat elsewhere if you'd like to keep your appetite.
