Bright, colorful, clean, and well stocked. All of their flavors were available and the toppings were full. We overheard the clerk telling a family that on Mondays they offer kids under 12 small cups for a $3 flat fee. Those cups looked like they could hold at least $5 by weight. Great deal! I'd take off half a star for my personal dislike of their cheesecake and white chocolate flavors, but that may have been my own dramatic case of the Mondays. Birthday cake saved the day.

Clean store, fun flavor selection, and fully stocked toppings. Decided to take a chance while in the area, despite negative reviews. Definitely a fine experience, met all my expectations, and similar price point to all other self-serve yogurt shops. They even have a Munchkin Monday deal where kids 12 and under get a smaller cup, but the price is static at $3, not by weight. Keep up the good work.

Just discovered this place and was happy to know we had a frozen yogurt place in the area. I was sorry when Freeziac closed in Plymouth. Compared to that, the yogurt was either too soft or not very flavorful. Sauces only came out of a squeeze bottle. Disappointing. I'll try one more time to see if I'm more impressed.

This place is either about to close or really bad at topping options. It had about half of the choices of a typical frozen yogurt place. I would not recommend this location in general.

Only had one size cup which was the large one, okay fine we won't fill it. There should be 18 yogurt options but only 5 were working, we get the the part where toppings are on the wall and 8 were not avaible and the chilled toppings had maybe 5 options to choose from. I am NEVER one to complain but I have worked in the service industry for 10 years and this is so unacceptable. If your going to offer an idea such as cherry berry, all the options should always be there. Not impressed and honestly not returning

We've been to this CherryBerry a few times and always have a good experience. On our first visit I explained that we were first timers and the staff was super helpful in explaining how to "do it". You pick the size cup you want, one flavor of froyo or 10, and any or all toppings you want. My favorite combo is the salty pretzel froyo with cookie dough and peanut butter cup topping. On that first visit I was offered the Berry Bonus Bucks card, and we've nearly gone enough times now to get some of those bonus bucks!

A very poor experience! The cashier (the only worker) was too busy talking to her six friends surrounding the cash register! Which we did not know we could sample the yogurt and then had the sarcastic words teenagers when we had a question. To top it off the cashier miss rang our order three, yes three times before getting it right after we told her. We would have been over charged by $10. The cashier also was complaining that it was time for her to clean about people (customers) keep coming in- an hour before the posted closing time! At least the cashier's friends wished us a good night, then all laughed as my family left.
