Caribou is a great MN based coffee shop. They stick with a nice Northwoods theme in all their locations. This locations has a very nice staff who all seem to have drank 3-4 cups of coffee in the morning. I was in at 6:30am on a Saturday morning and they were all having a blast running around gossiping and talking about what they did the night before. They were all very engaging and included me in the conversation. The iced mocha was excellent, I make it in about once a week

Very frustrating that I stood in line over 8 minutes only to find that they were out of the Luxury Home Tour tickets, the only reason why I was there to begin with. Huge line of the after church crowd and only two people working. Seeing that it would be a long wait for nothing, I planned ahead and asked one of the women if this is where I can purchase the tickets. Wrong question apparently, as when I got to the front, it turned out they were out of tickets. Wow. How about a sign if you're out?? They were both non apologetic.

Used to come to this "Bou" on an every other day basis until I moved north of town. My good high school friend and I still choose this location to meet at for our regular check-ups/chats. Never disappoints. Great staff. Clean location. Free WiFi and soft noise level. Lots of parking!

I am a pretty big caribou fan- however I live in Kansas City, so when I remember that caribou has a location everywhere in the cities (exactly like starbucks) I was please to be there. So on my way to the Zoo we stopped in, I was so delighted to have some coffee. The place was clean, quite, the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. If I am in the cities sometime soon I will absolutely go back to this location (if I can find it)!
