Nice place. Easily found and parking is a plus. Modern feel (which I like) but no WIFI. (Not a big deal... Just worthy of a note) Had a myza thin pizza and it was crispy in the center (YAY). Sauce is much more bland than most... But the sausage actually has fennel in it (as it should)! Staff was attentive, polite and VERY helpful in pointing me to a new monthly special. I will be back.

Nice alternative to the usual Pizza Hut/Papa Johns. Mac and cheese pizza is GREAT. Had them put bacon bits on it once and they got burnt.....called them and they sent a new pizza within an hour or so. No biggie. Their pepperoni is weird tasting to me. Sometimes delivery takes a while, and once we got undercooked TopperStix. Sign up for their emails and you get special offers. Oh, and they deliver late. Always a plus!

Toppers stix are so bomb when you're fuckin hammered. They are still really good sober though. Make sure you get the garlic sauce, so tasty!

We ordered Toppers for dinner the other day and it was just OK. We had a tallboy, which is their version of a thick crust pizza, and it was really filling, but sort of bland. The TopperStix were nothing to write home about: not a lot of cheese, and I guess the marketing led me to believe they'd be better than they were. The wings were pretty good. I had "oven-roasted" this time, which were basically just sauceless, non-fried wings. I think I would try them again, this time with sauce. And I am a little curious about their quesadillas and their grinders... we'll give it a shot, but I'm not dying to go there again anytime soon.

Looking for a Crap Pizza? Toppers is Your Place Don't waste your money. More like cardboard than anything else. Awful. It's been years since I've had such an awful pizza. I don't think it's too tough to make at least a decent pizza yet this place sure can't. Not only was it awful, it was cold. I predict the end of Toppers at 54th and Nicollet very soon. P.S. Don't try to order from their website or find an online coupon--it's a circular nightmare.

This place does good business and has a wide menu. We placed and paid for an order online. It was supposed to take 15 minutes; when I arrived, they couldn't find the order, found various ways to delay, and now I still waiting for my order... 30 mins AFTER I was supposed to be out of here.

Good pizza. Not great. It's nice having another pizza place in the neighborhood for variety. I liked how crispy the crust was and the toppings were okay, but they really skimp on the cheese. I consider it to be equivalent to Domino's; definitely preferable to Pizza Hut or Papa John's.

Good pizza, fast delivery, however they've screwed my last two orders up!

We ordered Toppers for dinner last Tuesday. While the online ordering and delivery was easy and prompt, the pizza was merely ok. We eat a lot of pizza. Everything from frozen to Black Sheep et al and this was not very good. And it was expensive. $33 for two medium size pies. I wish I had spent my money on some Heggies which we think is the best frozen available. Save your money and make another choice

Excellent pizza, friendly and helpful staff, clean dining area, and did I mention excellent pizza. I eat a lot of pizza and have tried most places in town, but this by far is my favorite. Very creative pizzas.

EWww not a good pizza AT ALL! Our mistake for not checking out their reviews on yelp first. So if you're looking at this review first, *high five* to you! And please believe me when I say "DO NOT ORDER" from this pizza joint! You're better off with papa johns or even costco pizza! Lol

Well, I'd give actually give this place a 2.75 stars. Not quite a 3, but close enough I guess. We had Toppers delivered at work, which was very late night. Decent variety of pizza. Taste-wise they were ok. Nothing to really recommend to anybody unless it's a 1:AM call that pleads 'Give Me Pizza Dammit!' Maybe I'm spoiled from living in Chicago, but Minnesota lacks in good consistent pizza.

Basically it is good, but nothing to write home about. I have tried two of their pizzas, the Topperstix, and the gyro grinder. Here are some thoughts: - I like having another pizza deliver option in the neighborhood. I would say they fall somewhere in between the good delivery places (Broadway, Broders, Carbones, etc) and the bad places (Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc) - Their prices are reasonable (but note that they charge a delivery fee). - Their topping choices are pretty broad. - I will definitely use them again but it isn't the best pizza or grinders out there. - I like being able to place orders online. - Their shop is small but there are a few spots to hang out and eat for lunch. But this is not the type of place you would want to bring the whole family out to for dinner. Finally, if you do order make sure you check out their Specials. It is definitely cheaper than ordering things al a cart.

I've ordered from this Toppers a couple times now since it opened its doors in the 'hood a couple months ago. In a time where artisan pizzas seem to be taking over, it is refreshing to have a chain pizza joint alternative. Don't get me wrong, places like Pizzeria Lola, Black Sheep, Pizza Luce and Lake Harriet are all fantastic and, quite frankly, Toppers doesn't hold a candle to any of them. But in terms of bang for your buck, Toppers rules. You can get a large pizza and a large order of Topperstix delivered for $20. Not bad, considering the aforementioned establishments would easily be double that. Topper's menu is extremely vast with a plethora of toppings and sides. The build-your-own za option is pretty cool. Plus, some of the Toppers locations stay open late (3am?) so they can fulfill the late night munchie crave. I will say, it comes in handy! Basically, when you think of Toppers, think of Little Caesar's or Domino's.

I love the Taco Topper. Plus one large and a triple order of Topper stix for $20 is a sweet deal.

I like this place. For starters, they're open late, which is nice if you're sick of American Pie or Dulonos. I've only had their taco pizza and topperstix, but I thought both of them rocked. The pizza was one of the best taco pizzas I've had in forever. The pizza was actually made with real taco meat, and it had all the nice accoutrements like crispy tortillas shells on top, sour cream, and salsa to go along with all the regular stuff like lettuce and black olives. The crust, also, was fantastic for this type of place. The "tall boy" did not disappoint. Lake Harriet Pizza makes a good taco pizza, but they stopped delivering to me because, apparently, I'm literally two blocks out of their delivery area. (Thanks LHP!) Anyway, you should go here. I think you'll like it. It's definitely nice to have somewhere new in the SW hood; I was starting to get fed up with my late-night options, but no more.
