This is my favorite of he bagel chains in MN. I love the power bagel with peanut butter and pretty much everything else that they offer. I wish I had one near to my house. The service is alway great and the bagels are alway wonderful.

Bagels and coffee, it's my thing! I LOVE Einstein Bros for their bagels I believe it's the BEST! Bagels are soft, fresh and chewy. They have wonderful sandwiches...great salmon bagels, Italian chicken paninis, pesto chicken sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, oh... and shall not forget to mention the bagel dogs (hot dogs in a bagel wrap) they're so AWESOME! Coffee is good, too! Busy or not, they are quick and organized. They are consistent with how they prepare the food as well. Super friendly staff. There is also nice seating outside

We come here for breakfast with our son, DIL, and grandkids. They always have a table open! In addition, everyone is so nice when our little angels have a meltdown. Our toddler will like to look at the bagels and all the cool art on the wall, so it keeps her occupied. The staff has come over a few times to see if we need anything. No what fast food place does THAT!?!?! The food is fine... Typical Einsteins fare. They have decent enough bagels; not the kind you can get in Highland Park, but good enough when we are visiting MN. There is also nice seating outside. They have a big fountain right out the front door. So when the angel wants... we go outside to look and explore. That gives it 4 stars just for the convenience! ;-)

Today I'm giving this location only 3 stars for two reasons. First was that most of the specialty bagels were out of stock, my favorite being the 6 cheese. And second, the young guy at the cash register and making the coffee dropped the drip basket on the floor and put it back on top of the urn ready to make another pot. SEND IT THROUGH THE DISHWASHER. makes me wonder what the sanitary conditions are in the back of the house if that is happening where customers can see it!

Myself and a coworker experienced a service issue here and the owner reached out to me right away. Much appreciated!

Occasionally run in for an excellent Santa Fe breakfast bagel. Service is fast and courteous and sandwich is tasty.

The service here was excellent. I had the Santa Fe bagel. It was not very spicy but it was still good. The eggs were quite watery and I only tasted a bit of the turkey sausage. I had the bottomless iced coffee which while a good value was only mediocre. The atmosphere was great.

Clean, bright place with good service in a bustling shopping center in the suburbs. Bagels are soft and fresh. I love that they offer "smart" options. The pesto chicken sandwich on an everything (thin) bagel is really yummy and not too carby.

I love Einstein bagels. They are soft and large and the best around. This location however is always slow. You need to be speedy in a line order enviornment and ESPECIALLY during the work week when people are wanting to get in and out. I do like that the keep "set" of a dozen bagels pre made at the counter ready to go. If you need something special made or sliced, be prepared to wait longer than most places.

I love their baked goods and bagels, especially their pretzel bagel with cream cheese. Yum.

Personally, I prefer a doughy bagel. Einstein has exactly what I'm looking for. Over the last year their menu has really stepped it up a notch; way more lunch choices (the Club Mex sandwich is awesome) and even a skinny bagel - a 'baglethin' has all the dough removed so the bagel is nearly flat. If you get a Sunday paper, look for coupons. I don't think I've paid full price here in over a year.

Consistently good. These are the only bagels I crave. Fresh, soft and doesn't get hard when it gets cold, like some of the other bagel shop bagels. They are usually generous on the shmear, I often get salmon or veggie cream cheese. The spinach and asiago topped bagel is worth the extra cost. Definitely a meal in itself. Lastly, the paninis are very good. I especially like the breakfast paninis - a bit more pricey as they are a bit larger.
