The food is great. The atmosphere is pretty fun. The Patio and Alley are really good on summer nights. I love this place pre-Twins games (don't tell anyone else). It is tucked away in the bottom of a office building, but the ambiance is really good. The service is good and if you get a chance there is a dice game at the bar to win drinks, food, and dollars off your meal. Check it out!

Hard sell if you website isn't up and running

After a Twins game this place is close and reasonable priced, which is not the case father into the warehouse district. Good service, the Santa Fe was great with some heat but not silly amounts. Had it with an egg and was happy. As is the case with too many places the medium burger was fully cooked. Oh well. Coleslaw was OK but not exceptional. The hash browns and fried pickle were both deliciously light. Nice to have some sides that did not weigh done the meal! Worth the stop. Walk in along side the ramp to avoid the maze. As with all warehouse places, the rout to the bathroom is circuitous at best.

My husband and our 2 young boys were visiting from out of town and arrived before our hotel check in time. We were tired and hungry and had 2 cranky kids.... The service was quick and friendly and they even brought out bread, fries, and fruit to help our little ones wait for our meal to be prepared. We were so pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be back if ever in MN again! Thanks so much!

If I could I would give this place negative stars. Food was sub par at best. But...our server was sweet. The thing is... there were two guys at the bar playing some sort of dice game. Cool. Except every time one of the guys would play he would slam the dice cup down as loud as he could. Probably trying to compensate for something else... Anyway it was obnoxious. It was non-stop. It came to the point we started to say something. Keep in mind there were ONLY 2 other people in the place, who also expressed their frustration. Finally the guys caught our drift but gave us major sass. Turns out the guy slamming the cup was the owner. wtf. Ok. You ONLY have 4 paying customers in your restaurant (located in DT Mpls) total on a Friday night... You need us. Anyway F this place. Never again. Big mistake. I suggest you spend your money somewhere else. If you consider going here throw it in a hole instead. It'll be better spent. This place is a joke.

I'm rating this new little gem a 3.5.... it kind of breaks my heart to see these 1 star reviews. Don't go in with the expectation that Darby's has the downtown crowds like the local or kierans. If you go in with an open mind, and a hungry appetite, you'll find some superb bar food (did I really just descibe bar food as supeb??) a really relaxed atmosphere... and a great patio in the summer. They often have live music (a plug for my buddies band Kip Mexico who have played there, kierans, gleuks... they rock). The nachos and mini burgers don't dissapoint! Im excited for the summer nights to hit up Darby's after a twins game... the TC needs some great places near Target Field... if only people could find this place it'll be a hot spot soon!

I might be slightly biased because Darby's is in my office building, so their happy hour is very convenient for after work, but I've had really good experiences here. They have one of those 3-4-5 happy hours, where certain drinks/apps are either $3, $4, or $5, which is a pretty good deal. I generally just get a glass of Michelob Golden, but I've also tried the Darby-rita, and it's very good. Their food is best when you go with their appetizers. I particularly enjoy their chicken nachos...they come in their own metal 'baking sheet' container, and for $4 on the happy hour pricing, they could feed a small army. The frickles are delicious, too, and they have bacon-wrapped tots, which are as decadent as they sound. The only negative, though, is the table service. I've had quick and efficient service at the bar, but I've been burned by a waitress several times. I've experienced 30+ minute waits on getting someone to take my drink order, which is kind of annoying. I usually just go to the bartender. The service at the bar has been my best bet. Note: For lunch, they have daily specials for under $7 most days. Their Taco Tuesday special might just be my favorite lunch deal...you get 3 beef tacos, rice, and beans for $6.95. Yum!

I went back to Darby's again and their chicken salad sandwich won me over. Not to mention they allow dogs on the patio!! Dog friendly places rock! And if that doesn't seal the deal, they also have this amazingly tasty hot sauce. Try the calypso hot sauce with your meal next time you're at Darby's. But be warned, the calypso hot sauce is as brutally hot as it is phenomonally flavorful. We need more places in Minneapolis with unique hot sauce surprises like this! I think having tabasco and sriracha at every single restaurant in town is plain played out and boring.

Food totally sucks. Thank god they have a nice patio and you can't screw up beer! Wait a second, maybe they can.
(2)Michael C.
I've come by a coupe times to participate in the Trivia Mafia events Tuesday nights (when the Twins are out of town). The patio seems pretty nice, but being Tuesday night, no one was out there. The bar is part of what appears to be an office complex, so the location is a little odd and not the easiest to find. But once you get there, this doesn't really matter. The food on my first trip was very good. I got the grinder and felt that this sandwich was what I would call above average. On my second trip I got the chicken philly sandwich. I wish I had gotten the grinder again. This sandwich was about average. At the end of the day it is a bar with good bar food. Nothing amazing, but worth going back to with the right expectations.
(3)Lila C.
3.5 Service - The server was there at the beginning of the night but disappeared for the rest of the evening until it was time for the bill. Happens every time at Tuesday trivia. Food - TOTS, lots and lots of tots and different toppings! There's chilly topped, bacon wrapped and the standard plain. I would pass on the cheese curds, they were the thick breaded type. I would recommend the quesadilla, probably one of the lighter happy hour foods. Basically all their happy hour items have loads of cheese on it, which I can get down with. Atmosphere - It's a sports bar in the basement of a business building near the Twins Field, meh. TVs are placed, from my experience, in good view able spots. no neck craning or looking around a pole to get at the score. Trivia Mafia Tuesday - quick, like speed trivia which I loved. Free parking in the structure next store.

Working at City Pages with Darby's in the basement of our building, it comes at no surprise that I end up there at least once a week. Hopelessly devoted to their chicken salad wrap, I often find myself day dreaming about it when at my other internship. My only complaint, and of course this is probably just a criticism of the American dining experience as a whole, is that their portions are incredibly large. Having once been a chunky kid, I have no problem downing both sides of my wrap as well as the side fries or tots, but that doesn't make me happy about it. If their wrap was even 1/3 less large, I would constantly be satisfied as well as longing for my next lunch here. It mostly just ends in my feeling grossly full and contemplating why I do this to myself every.singly.time. I always want to order something different, but I keep coming back to that wrap, with the perfect amount of mayo and the addition of grapes that would make a grocery store drop down on their knees in prayer. Maybe I'll eventually venture out and try their burgers or apps, but for now, my recommendation is for my main squeeze, mentioned above. I've heard from coworkers that their happy hour is spot-on, so if you're ever at a Twins game, stop by for a beer.

I'm actually sad to have to give Darby's 2 stars. I was hoping it would become a staple in my favorite patio bars but after last night, I don't think I'll be counting down the days until I go back. Let's start with the good. The bacon wrapped tots-whoever invented these is a genius, they are as good as they sound. Other people at our table ordered chicken fingers, quesadillas, more tots and the chicken nachos which were all great. So overall, good bar food and a great selection of beer. The bad- the service. We were told right away the were short a server so slower service was expected but what we had was a little ridiculous. We were only asked once for drink orders during happy hour times even though there was about 30 minutes left, so half of our group did not get happy hour prices which is what we came for. They also forgot an entire food order and food came out in the wrong order all night. Between the 3 servers we had they all seemed very nonchalant about the poor service and our waitress at the end did not bother to help us split up a bill between about 12 people, which is a nightmare. I would probably only go back for a few happy hour drinks and not in a huge group. The patio is nice and big-they just need to work on customer service....big time.

We stopped into Darby's on the fly, really more than anything because it was located between Target Field and where we parked our car. We were very pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly but without being pushy The beer list was not that great but was saved by a couple of the better selections, including a seasonal from Bell's. Bonus points for the Bells bar glasses. Beer itself was fresh and cold. Food-wise it was a pretty decent menu. Salads, burgers, sandwiches. Pretty typical bar fare, but well executed. My husband got a salad with fried chicken on top and he said it was pretty good (high praise indeed for a bar salad). I only got a basket of tater tots, but it was huge and perfectly cooked and only $3. Awesome. Our server was really nice and I really appreciated that she did not rush us even though the kitchen was about to close.
(4)Mike S.
Love this place. Just a perfect spot to go for a beer before a Twins game. The bacon wrapped tots are a must try. They also make a bacon/cheesy/tots hot dish that they sell that at the stadium. Service is always fast and friendly, and the patio is huge. Never had a problem getting a table. Thanks Darby's, I'll be back.

I feel a response is necessary to a post below declaring the owner of this establishment as, "racist." First and foremost, I did not witness the described event therefore I won't directly address that patron's comments; although labeling someone with that word without further description is negligible and rather cowardly. What I want to make clear is the passion, dedication, and sensibility that the owners of Darby's use when running their business and participating in the community. The owner's of Darby's gladly and without hesitation, let a local non-profit that I volunteer for, use their patio and donated beer to our event. Our non-profit's focus is on inner-city youth who attend the Minneapolis Public Schools. We dedicate millions of resources to programs that help further educations, careers, and compassion throughout our community. The efforts and accommodations made by Darby's far exceeded all of our expectations and the diverse members of our group felt welcomed and EVERYONE had a tremendous time. I am very fortunate to have my office located in the same building as this establishment... Both owners, in addition to the staff, provide an atmosphere that is reminiscent of "Cheers"- They want to 'know' who they are serving, will 'talk shop' with you, and foster an environment that accepts the multitude of diverse and eccentric personalities that exist in Minneapolis. Oh-- and if it's your first time-- DEFINITELY grab those bacon wrapped tots!! :-) Thank you, for all of your work- Owners and staff!

Bacon Wrapped Tatertots smothered in melted cheese. That's really all you need to know.

The couple of times I have been there the place was empty and we experienced average service. The food wasn't much better than a franchise bar. I give them one star because they are a very poor neighbor to the North Loop area. They need to realize that they now have a people living close by. On numerous occasions, they have had their outside speakers cranked up with no one out on the patio. So all of Darby's Neighbors get to be annoyed. I tried to call them, but just get their answering machine. Next time, I will call the MPD.

I went to Darby's as part of a bar crawl but it kind of killed the buzz of the whole group. Maybe they were overwhelmed, there was another large party there at the same time, which I can understand but I've worked in the food service industry and there's never an excuse to be rude to your customers. We got to the crawl late so our group had already gotten a round. When we tried to order food, the waitress cut us off and said she had already made an announcement that the kitchen was closed and she didn't know why we couldn't understand that. I tried explaining we weren't there for that announcement but she cut me off again to ask for our drink orders. One of the guys with us was celebrating his 21st birthday. When he gave the waitress his ID, she was immediately suspicious and grilled him on the address and various questions like that. Fine, I've worked the door before I understand making sure everyone is of age. But even after he passed her test she went to find a police officer to double check the ID. Really? Oh and as we were leaving to go to the next bar, she walked out of the kitchen with a tray of food for a table. So much for that closed kitchen.
(1)Christian M.
Some the worst service I've experienced in Mpls. Bartender drinking on the job, standing in front of the TV during the Vikings game and having no idea who ordered what.
(1)Robyn K.
My husband and I frequent Darby's neighbors of Fulton Brewery and Smack Shack, but we thought we should switch it up before this past week's Twins Game. We were greeted by an extremely friendly man who was able to find us an outdoor table when they all appeared to be booked. However, that was when good service stopped. Our waitress seemed extremely bitter and annoyed to be at work, and our requests for water only seemed to further enrage her. She came by seldomly and it took her nearly 10 minutes to come after our friends joined us. The food was fine; I wouldn't go so far as good, but it definitely was not bad. I had the crispy asian chicken wrap and was satisfied, but the cole slaw was way too runny. We started with an order of the Frickles (fried pickles) which were good, but nothing to write home about. The shining star of the food we had was definitley the Tater tots, so if you do go, stick wtih those. The other obnoxious quality was the proximity to the Northern line rail. When the trains were not going by, it was a cool view, but when they went by (which happened twice during our 1 hour visit) it was extremely loud with occasional screaching that was ear piercing. Needless to say, we will not be back as there are so many better options around Target Field to choose from all of which serve a better product and certainly better service.
(2)Conor C.
HUGE patio! They are located under 2 blocks from Target Field so it is great spot for post Twins game beers. The Sunny Sliders were a bit of a disappointment...but then again it is Sunny fillet so maybe I was expecting a little too much. GREAT tater tots, pizza and apps.
(4)Dan S.
Wow, worst service ever tonight. I am still pissed as I am sitting at my computer. I took two clients out for drinks and dinner after the Twins game. Everything was fine until we get the bill from Kyle at 9:04 p.m. I ask him for an itemized bill, so that I can expense the dinner. He says no problem. He goes inside and back out a couple of times before I ask him how the itemized bill is coming. He says, I'm sorry, I totally forgot, its really busy in here, but I'll talk to my manager right now. He comes in and goes a couple of more times before I ask him if he was able to get the itemized bill from his manager. He said, he had someone walk out on him, so he had to chase them down the street. I think whatever, but am still fine at this point. He says he will take care of it immediately. He goes in and out a couple more times and then comes out to inform me that he forgot to charge us for one of the sandwiches, and he was going to have to recharge. What the fuck. At this point, according to the new bill it is 9:44. We waited 40 minutes for the receipt and you are going to recharge me for a sandwich that you forgot. My clients and I were both really tired, because we were at the Twins game for 5 hours, 13 innings, then we have to wait an extra 40 minutes. I look stupid for not getting the deal taken care of soon. Darby, I will no longer bring my business to you for after the game.

I live within stumbling distance home from Darby's, so I decided to check it out last fall. It has easily become one of my favorite places in the North Loop! Not pretentious, unassuming, generous pours and tasty food. (The sliders and nachos are very delicious.) The only caveat is to avoid the place like the plague on Twins game days, unless you like fighting through wall-to-wall drunk sports fans. Hint: I always sit at the bar - the patio is nice, but it pays to get to know the bartenders! They are super cool!
(4)Nazgul W.
This place could be great for game days but when I popped in for a drink there wasn't much going on, and on a Friday night no less. There were some people seated and some at the bar but it was pretty dead, especially considering they had the room to pack a lot of people into the place. I think this could be a fun place if there were warm weather and the ability to enjoy their sizable patio or music was in full swing. It's off Washington Ave N and you kind of have to swing around to the patio to find it, which is kinda cool. I like how it's in a low-key area off the street. I haven't tried the food, but I will be back sometime probably due to the proximity to Target Field and give it another go.

For the past few years, Darby's has hosted many of our WAKA Twin Cities Kickball events and it's ALWAYS a great time. Marcus (owner) and his staff go above and beyond to accommodate our league and 250+ guest, which at times can be difficult. They have an extremely spacious patio (one of the best in MPLS), which is perfect for us along with the free parking in the adjacent parking ramp. I highly recommend Darby's for an event, pre/post Twins game or anytime. The food and service is fantastic and can't wait to throw our next event there! Amenah WAKA Social Chair

Let's see here.... The Patio overlooks the beautiful train tracks. Luckily we left before one came by but I can imagine that would really put a damper on the conversation. The service is not great at all. Not only did our server literally get lost (we had other staff go looking and report back she was gone), but when she did return, I think she was high. The blank stare and slow reaction speed was kind of a red flag. Then she dumped a beer on me (accidentally of course), but stood there looking at the damage. My friend had to get up and grab napkins as she just kind of walked off. And then, i was actually charged for the beer. Awesome. I can't speak to the food since their kitchen closed sometime before 9.15pm (when we orderd). Our server didn't give us the warning at all, or even offer menus when we were seated, so maybe they have no kitchen? She did offer to call in an order to Pizza Luce if we wanted something. I guess it happens alot? I have experienced MUCH better before. Might try again on a game day, with lower expectations and that might help. Seems like those might be the best times.

This place I went to for a second time yesterday I ordered the chicken wings with the dry rub..after waiting for 30 minutes the bartender informed me that they don't have anymore. He kindly refunded me my money. Which was great. I Had a friend place a separate order for pizza with cheese with green peppers. The order took so long I didn't even realize he had placed it..... he finally received it after 40 minutes of waiting with the cheese over cooked and black olives no green peppers. He decided he didn't want it ....BTW the waitress was very accommodating and offered other options. At this point we were done we finished the last of the 6 drinks we paid for and asked for a refund. .. 5 minutes later owner came out with an attitude and arms folded .his statement was were not in the business of comping food.....At that point It only got worse. .....as I stated they refunded my money because they didn't have food I ordered in the first incident (last time I checked that's not being compted). At this point I felt it became racist and we left not to return. ...no one deserves to be treated that way no matter who you are or where your from. my family member is one of Minnesota ' s largest sports figures in history and I will spread the word on the treatment by the owner here......
(1)Brent B.
The luncheon buffet is DOA. Ended as did some of the staff's employment, about two weeks ago. Gone are the Sunny Sliders. Menu is solid though and in the $8-10 per meal range. Loved the Sunny's back 'in the day.'
(3)Rakesh G.
We come here for trivia every week, and it's always a great time. The servers are responsive, and the guy running trivia is really nice. The $3 tallboys and addictive appetizers are a great draw as well. Expect a relaxed and fun atmosphere. You'll come back for the great service.
(5)Summer L.
Oh look, all the suburbanites can come into downtown for a Twins game yet feel like they haven't left the comforts of home! Okay, so that may be unfair or a seem bit cruel, but Darby's definitely doesn't feel like a downtown spot. There's nothing about it that particularly sticks out as being innovative or original. And the prices of everything on the menu DEFINITELY aren't downtown-quality prices -- Darby's is stupid-cheap. The thing is, even though Darby O'Ragen's isn't anything noteworthy, they're exceedingly good at what they do. The place is huge, has an enormous patio, and it's just plain good bar food. They have a list of mixed drinks that are quite traditional - rum runners, margaritas, and so on -- and they're quite potent. The beer list might be ridiculously limited for a downtown bar, but it's good enough. Oddly, I liked the place. The staff is on point and they make the place feel like you can chill there for hours. It may be Plebeian but in that vein, they don't fail at anything.
(4)Alexis A.
I stopped in here with a restaurant.com certificate, which I love. The service was very good, after I got the bartenders attention, at least. I parked on a somewhat desolate corner of the bar. They make good tequila sunrises, huge homemade (but very messy) veggie burgers, and a white chicken chilli that rivals Woody's (my "go to" for chicken chili). There were about as many staff as patrons, but it was a Monday evening. Hopefully they get more business on the weekends (although it's a little bit off the beated track of the DT scene). They have plenty of space, and a large patio for fair weather shenanigans and smoking. I'll stop in again sometime!
(4)Michael N.
I'll agree with Mr. T's review but I think he might be giving the patio too much credit. It was nice to have a little outdoor live music in the summer months, but the Cons FAR OUTWEIGH the Pros. The Bar is awkward, my service sucked, and the bathroom is in a weird space. The food was relatively average bar food. Not bad for the price (my "$$" rating assumes you're getting food and a beer or two), but there are better "bar food" spots in walking distance (Runyon's, the Loop (although the Loop could very easily drop the price of everything on its menu by $1-2 and it would be even better), etc.). I'l go back when the Twins are in town for a beer on the patio, but until then, I'm heading elsewhere...
(2)Kimberly T.
Being so close to our place, I was really excited when Darby's opened. However, I noticed a huge difference between Twins Game Days & non-Twins Game Days. Obviously, game days were fun to be outside on the patio because it was packed with people drinking PBR & playing bag toss. On non-game days, Darby's was a ghost town. No one inside, a handful of people outside. There was always a band playing, which was cool because it kind of felt like we were on the Bachelor & there was a private concert just for us. Then I'd see the Vu in the distance & snap out of it. I only tried a couple of items on the menu; everything mediocre. My biggest complaint is the location of the bathrooms. I always made someone walk with me because the walk is far enough that no one would be able to hear me scream if something horrible happened! (Not trying to be dramatic, but seriously!) I'm not sure who comes here in the winter? It seems like a spring/summer kind of place. I hope it makes it because I'd hate to see another business close in our neighborhood, but I probably won't be doing my part to help it succeed.
(2)Tim M.
We ventured out tonight to try someplace we hadn't been to before but were curious about because, to be perfectly honest, it has the same name as my dog: Darby's Pub & Grill, in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis right by Target Field (the Twins played in Baltimore tonight, so the area was not too busy). Parking was easy enough to find, with plenty of on-street spaces available (and free parking in the adjacent ramp too, though we didn't see the sign for it until we were walking to the bar). The entrance was a little trickier -- the venue is on the back side of an office building, with a patio next to some train tracks. There's an entrance from within the building itself, but since the office building portion was closed, we had to enter from the back door off the patio. There were signs directing us from the alley to the back, but it was still rather out of the way. It would probably be easier to find on a busy game day when there were lots of people around heading towards the back. The pub was as quiet inside as the streets were outside. We were able to seat ourselves right away since there were maybe ten of us patrons in there at best. The space is pretty large inside, so it seems like there would be little chance of it being too full even when it is busy. Our server was prompt and attentive, getting our orders right away. I had a patty melt with fries and my companion had the open faced pot roast sandwich with fries. It was a lot of pot roast and a little bit of sandwich, and was quite good, as was my melt and our fries (not being a huge foodie, you'll have to forgive my simplistic food descriptions). The food came quickly, no doubt because there was not much going on tonight. I also had a Fulton Sweet Child of Vine IPA (one of their draft beer selections) since it seemed appropriate as we were only a couple of blocks from Fulton's brewery. Overall, we had a great experience there and I'd be up for going back, perhaps in nicer weather when we could enjoy the patio either before or after a Twins game. As downtown Minneapolis bars and restaurants go, it is laid back and low-key, which suits me just fine.
(4)Julian M.
Tried this place out last night for the first time. It is located in a building with a bunch of offices around it but still works for a pub. Interior is a regular pub style with the bar and regular seating. Buck hunter and the video golf game to go along with it. Daily happy hour is 3-7pm and every drink is $3 even wine. I had the beer cheese soup with tots, lace had dry rub wings and Thomas had a burger with tots. All of the food was great and the bartender was very friendly and helpful.
(5)Zheng W.
We came because of a $25 gift certificate. It was during non-baseball season, and the place was as dead as it could get. There were 4 other people sitting at the bar when we showed up. I would have turned around and left if it weren't for the fact it took us 20 min to find it, and that the boy didn't want to go through the hassle to find another place for dinner. Despite the name, the place was quite generic and had nothing that reminded us of an Irish bar. Food was the stereotypical bar-and-grill-grease-filled kind of satisfying, but the drinks were surprisingly good. I give it two stars because we had such an awkward experience. I'm sure the place is hopping during baseball season.
(2)Kyle P.
I really like this place, it is a fun low-key place to hang out, with delicious fried pickles, tots and other affordable tasty food! During the summer the patio is huge and frequently has live entertainment. It generally seems to have a friendlier crowd than say, the loop. I can't vouch for during or after a twins game, but on the average day it is a fun neighborhood bar and service has always been friendly and timely.
(4)Carie P.
GO FOR THE WINGS!!!! Darby's is truly a diamond in the rough. Somewhat hard to find, but you feel a sense of accomplishment when you do. My boyfriend and I have made it a mission to try wings everywhere we go. This started after we had a chance encounter with Darby's dry rub wings. They are by far the best wings we have had -even after the many different variations we've ordered just to compare. But that 's not all - the staff is very welcoming and fun..the kind of people that make anyone feel at home. They also have 'frickles.' Think MN State Fair deep fried pickles...AMAZING!!! While it does get busier when the Twins are in town - it's still an ideal place to get a large group together given the size of the bar as well as the massive patio. If you haven't been able to pop into this friendly casual establishment, I think it's time you do.
(5)Karen R.
Pretty dead on a Friday night but the food was decent and the beer was flowing. Would like to check it out when it's warm to hang out on the patio.
(3)Joshua W.
Went to Darby's on a recommendation from y girlfriend, that is a die-hard here before and after Twins games, so I decided to check it out. On a budget, I stuck with their all the time $3 PBR tall boys. For lunch I saw that the Monday special was Tator Tot Hot dish. Who can screw it up? Ummm...obviously Darbys couldn't because by 1pm when I got there they had already sold out. Marcus, the bartender/manager/maybe owner? apologized for not having anymore and said the may make that a regular thing on the lunch menu. Either way, this guy was a customer service machine. He was about the only one there working, and everyone always had a full drink and he even manned the patio tables too. Granted it wasn't too terribly busy, the place itself is fairly large, and he accomplished it nicely. If it wasn't for the popular hot dish, the MN classic not being on hand, I would have definitely given this place 5 stars. I had 3 beers and hot wings and my tab was only about $15, so you can easily get by with less than $10 if you really need to on drinks.
(4)Anna J.
This place has a lot of potential. Great location, great patio and decent food. But, the night we were it was dead...and so therefore it was a little boring. I have seen the patio poppin' like before a twins game but other than that I"m not sure how busy they get. I would like to try it out on a weekend and see because they have decent happy hour specials.

Great location just about 2 blocks from Target Field. The back patio is HUGE and there has been live music both times I was there. Pros: Location, huge patio, live music, good outdoor atmosphere, good food at very fair prices, good drinks Cons: Not worth even going inside to the bar, dark, weird atmosphere. Bathroom is pretty far walk from the patio and you have to go through parts of an office building. Service was very slow at times. I've tried all the wings and was happy with each one (cajun was my favorite). I also had the 401 burger - you can't beat $5 for a burger and fries! Was pretty good too. Overall a great place to grab a burger and beer before or after Twins games or for HH after work. I would skip this place once they close the patio for the season though.
