I personally do not think you can go wrong with bagels! I personally love this specific Breuggers Bagels because of their staff and customer service. I used to go there a couple times a week in the morning for a breakfast bagel and coffee and was always very impressed with how well the customers and regulars are treated. The staff often goes out of their way to make sure that the customers are happy. If I could grade the store for customer service, I would give them an A- (only because some of the new hires get flustered at first with trying to learn all the menu items and the early morning rush). I wish the bagels were a bit softer or I wish they would introduce more soft-which flavors. I personally love creating my own salad there because it's really hard to find a good make your own salad place on campus! The atmosphere is clean and friendly and is usually full of college students studying or people meeting for a quick lunch! And I am a breakfast person, so I love that you can get breakfast sandwhiches anytime of the day!

Fresh bagels are something I greatly miss since moving away. A bridesmaid picked up a variety of bagels to enjoy while the girls got ready for the wedding. I think I've had about 4 bagels in 2 days and could still go for more! I wish they'd open one on Kauai. I would be a frequent customer, if not an employee!

I really liked this place. It was clean and bright and the food was very good. I love a good sandwich shop. I'd never heard of this place before as we don't have any in Chicago, but on my trip to Minneapolis it was a great find. The service was very friendly and quick. I had the Roadhouse Chicken on an asiago softwich and my fiance had the Radishy Roast Beef, both of which were really tasty. I really wish there were some of these in Chicago that we could try more! I'll be sure to keep an eye out whenever I travel now.

In the morning, I found this amazing "Bagels' Hub" surprisingly during my first "Nice Ride" in Minneapolis. One yummy bagel, a cup of fresh coffee, and of course the friendly staffs made me much better after an overnight bus travel from Chicago!

Even after being spoiled by so called the best bagels from New York City, bagels at burgers still can be defined as "good bagels," but would not say their bagels are the best! Very friendly/hot staff and fresh & yummy bagels! Love their bagels with cream cheese and sandwiches! Prices are pretty reasonable! All in all such an amazing place to grab breakfast/brunch!

I had an epiphany at this bagel shop - at some sandwich/bagel/coffee places you order and pay at the cash register, then move down the row to watch them make your food and hand it to you; while other places you order from the sandwich maker, they make, you get, then you move down to the register to pay. Either way it is usually clear where one starts the journey, and then you just follow the path and do the activities that are presented to you along the way (like Frodo did in Lord Of the Rings). But here I could not figure out which end of the row you are supposed to start at, even though, as I later discovered to my embarrassment, there is a large sign above the babel making station that says "ORDER HERE." So the Egg & Cheese Breakfast Bagel was pretty ok, kind of plain, I'd get it with the sausage. And the Herby Turkey was not plain, with its sundried tomato spread and onions, fine for a chain, but orders of magnitude better than the McDonald's chicken sandwich I had yesterday, what the hell is that white spread they put on it?

Best Bruegger's in the city. The staff is so nice at 8 in the morning when I come in for fairly frequent bagel with cream cheese. Always the cinnamon sugar bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. The works are great and don't skimp on the cream cheese, unlike other Bruegger's I've been to. Sign up for their email club and you will get a coupon/deal sent often. Wednesday you can get a dozen bagels and a tub of cream cheese for the price of a half dozen. That's $9!

The Brueggers chain has become one of my favorites since discovering it in Upstate New York. They almost always have fresh and hot bagels, which are marked by a sign that they hang on the basket. There is no better way to start your day than with a hot bagel and a smear of cream cheese. The staff at this location are friendly and fast, easy in easy out.
