Best pizza I've had downtown, and that includes Pizza Luce. We buy from them for all of our work functions. Slices are NY style, large. They sell by the slice too at this location, I haven't gone that route yet. We always order ahead of time and send someone to pick up the box.

A single thin-crust slice of pepperoni and sausage was about the size of a small country and cost $4 even. Deliciously greasy and filling. There were a lot of options and good meal deals. Definitely remember to grab some napkins and silverware if you're eating at your desk.

I don't know why any Minneapolis skyway dweller would eat at a pizza place that isn't Andrea. There is no comparison. I grew up on the East Coast and ate a ridiculous amount of pizza, and Andrea is about the only Minnesota pizza place that wouldn't go out of business (or get firebombed) in Philly or New York. And in addition to amazing pizza, they have fresh, large, made to order salads (Greek, Caeser, or strawberry spinach). For $7, you can get a jumbo slice of pizza, a fresh salad, and soda. Plus they sell divine cookies and bars from a nearby storefront -- including what we affectionately call the "peanut-butter crack bars." And the guys who work here are really nice.

Andrea Pizza is a well-established brand downtown with four locations in Minneapolis. They've been at it for a while and their pizza is pretty darn good. You get large slices and while they re-heat the pizza that's already been cooked like some other places, when it comes together right this is great pizza. I just had a piece of the pepperoni and a piece of the meatball. The meatball was so-so, but the pepperoni was awesome and just what I look for in a slice of pizza, cheesy deliciousness and great crust. This location is brand new and it's very comfortable and modern compared to some of their other shops. There's a ton of seating. All the usual daily specials are here too, like their offer of a free soda with two slices of 'za. It can get a little spendy but it's better than most other casual pizza joints in the tubes of Mpls.

Fantastic pizza for a fantastic price. Lunch special is a HUGE slice, a side salad and a soda for $7. And it's very, very good NY style pizza.
