I would have to say in all my years of service and training servers...this was by far the worst worst worst example of service AND management I've ever experienced. I wish I didn't have to pick a star!!! I would give them NONE! We had a large party. With 3 joiners later, we all had empty drinks or NO drinks at all for long periods. Not even waters refilled. Some food didn't get ordered by the server, some food never arrived at all, the server didn't take all refill orders at once, he would take 2 or 3 and then come back and do more, it was unbelievable! Not only did we complain about the NONSTOP issues once, we had to complain 3 times for any attempt to correct this. I will never ever go back. Save your money and your time. You would do better doing it yourself.

Very slow service. Lots of employees just walking around doing nothing, but talking with each other. Very loud. Dirty tables unattended.

Stood at the order out counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. When I first walked in there was three kids, two boys and a girl, talking. Two of them made eye contact with me as all three walked away. Lots of wait staff through out the dining area made eye contact without checking on me. After five minutes a girl asks "Have you been helped?" only to tell me their computers are down, so they can't make me wings. I'm new to making wings, but I don't think you toss them in a computer. Glad I waited five minutes without being greeted by anyone.

I dont know why I keep coming back here, probably just because it is close to home. But every time I come in the service is terrible. I'm not even surprised by it anymore. Last time I was in it took over an hour to get an order of wings and french fries. Pretty sure the waitress had forgotten about us, and when she finally brought our food out she didnt even apologize, she just tried to pass the blame off on the kitchen.

They were pretty busy when I went there. Waitress was nice, but took a long time to get a menu, and a long time before she was back to order. I ordered a jerk chicken sandwich. The red onion was at 3/4 of an inch thick, so it couldn't be eaten on the sandwich. The lettuce was old and slightly brown at the edges. The tomato was good thick slabs, but hard as a rock and not even slightly ripe. When I picked up the sandwich and took a bite, the bun practically crumbled, it was so dry. I ended up setting everything aside and eating my expensive 3 ounce piece of thin chicken cutlet, overcooked and rubbery, by itself. That was some pretty expensive chicken. Even taking off a few bucks for the rings, I figure the chicken must have been 10, 11 dollars. Works out to about 50 dollars a pound. The beer batter onion rings were good - I've made better at home.

Very poor customer service and it takes a longggggg time to receive your food. I usually just go for take out because the waitress/waiter never refill my drinks. The manager usually is suppose to make it's rounds to greet customers but I've never been greeted once. Will not be good back here. Will go to Woodbury next time I'm craving wings

Worse F* B-Dubs Ive ever been to in my life! Extremely disappointed and overwhelmed with how bad they're employees customer service skills are. Not to mention the food tasted old, barely any sauce! I ordered 8 wings and when I got home and opened the box there was only 4! I spelled my name out to them and they had to of intentionally misspelled my name... I will never go back there again in the future‼

Always crowded. They'll take your number and have you sit in the entry way to wait even when tables are available. One poor guy serves the whole entire dining area (only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars). They have TONS of "greeters" tho... Or those who just hang around the "host" area. I watched them all huddle there last night as I waited 10 mins for my drink and for the server to never come back with my silverware or napkins! Just moved closer to this one but I miss the one in Eagan a lot more. We drove ALL THE WAY down to Eagan once bc this Maplewood one sucks so bad. I'll order from D Spot instead.

I actually disagree with the reviews. However, we are always sitting in the bar area and everyone that works there is awesome. Just because you have a "family" you don't "have to" always sit in the dining room... Just sayin. Even though this place is a chain, we love it. :-)

Just not good. Although its a chain restaurant, I actually really like BWW, just not this location. The service is spotty (never a good experience in the dining room). The servers are immature, unprofessional and inattentive, except for a few. (Most seem to be about 16, poorly dressed, and it's not uncommon to overhear a group of them gossiping about other employees, talking about their latest drinking endeavors, or see someone bawling in the corner over their latest break up.) The kitchen is also hit or miss...which seems ridiculous as the menu is pretty basic. On the plus side, we always know we can find a place to sit here. The only reason we keep coming back is for a couple of awesome female bartenders that are always on top of it. I suggest always opting to sit in the bar area, at the actual bar if there are seats available. The two stars given are only for the sauce selection and the bartenders.

I was pretty disappointed by my experience here for the following reasons: -it took about 10 minutes after being seated for our server to come ask for our drinks -the tortilla chips for the chips and salsa were definitely stale -the wait between when we ordered our food and received it was 30-40 minutes -our drinks and empty appetizer plates didn't get removed until the very end of our meal -the wings were good, but the burger was bland and didn't even include everything the menu said it would Overall I would NOT recommend this place to anyone (even for post-drinking food, just go to McDonald's!) and I do NOT plan on coming back.

This particular location leaves a lot to be desired. It's a night and day difference from Oakdale/Woodbury (which is a corporate training store). This Maplewood store is definitely a step down in quality. The staff is really hit or miss. If you go during the day in the summer, you get teenage kids working their first job. They must all be 16 years old. Aloof, poor customer service, easily confused. These kids sure are learning a lot, but at the expense of screwing up your orders. At night though, it's downright scary. The evening crew here (especially the WEEKNIGHT evening crew) is all unkempt hair, unwashed clothes, muffin tops bursting in too tight pants, cooks with cocked hats and sagging drawers, waitresses with neck tattoos, and bruised arms. And that's from THE STAFF! It's a hard knock life at B-Dubs apparently. Either that or this is the gangsta location (especially in the kitchen - yikes!). I'm worried about catching something when I eat in. The late night clientele matches this vibe too though.I think other people know this too, because getting a table is not usually a problem. It is the closest BWW to our house though, and the roommate and I often get the takeout. I feel like it's kind of expensive that an order of wings each, an order of mozz sticks to share, and a order of pretzels to share, sets you back $35 though. That seems kind of steep to me. When the hankering for hot wings hits though, you've got to get them! The actual place itself is newer and the outdoor patio, while small, has a ton of tv's. It could be nicer with some stricter management and some better training. When we dine in though, we drive out to Oakdale/Woodbury. It's just too unpleasant to eat in at Maplewood.

A solid "meh" with an extra star just because I never have an issue getting a table right away. Clearly they sell wings, but I typically get other items on the menu like the Chicken Buffalitos or Chicken Wrap. The food is good, nothing to write home about really, but satisfies the belly. Even the mozzarella sticks were just marginal (but lets face it, fried cheese, you can't really go wrong). Skip the cocktail menu, they are tasty, but if you are looking for any sort of alcohol content, you won't get it (they measure their liquor I was told). My mojito tasted like lemonade and had no mint. Even our server said "just drink beer if you want alcohol" and for a non-beer drinker this was a big disappointment. Speaking of servers, I have never had a good one here either. They do an OK job, but I have had far too many slow / inattentive servers here to expect anything different. I always allow extra time if I am going somewhere after (which typically is the reason I come here, its the perfect place to stop before a concert at the Myth). So, I will come back again, but only because its easy.

Love their wings! We went in on a Saturday night with the kids and the server was great. Food came out quick and the overall efficiency was terrific. For the kids, all the tvs were a bit overwhelming, but hey it's a sports bar/wing joint so...what do you do? The manager was great as well, I don't know her name, but she was super friendly. I will definitely eat here again.

I do not know why we keep going back to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. After tonight, we will either drive to another location, or find a restaurant in the area that has good wings. Every time we visit this particular BWW, the service is horrendous (examples: waiting forever to be greeted at table, long wait for food, order errors, etc.). Tonight, we were less impressed than usual. The women's bathroom had only one stall that actually had toilet paper, and both soap dispensers were not working! I was disgusted, thinking about the servers and customers having no way of sanitizing their hands before touching finger food. In addition, we waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted at our table, waited almost 40 minutes for our food, and my chicken and our buffalo chips and cheese were barely over room temperature. It was not overly busy at the time. We have been to the Stillwater, Woodbury, and Savage locations, and the food and service was excellent, despite being extremely busy. I do not know what it is about this location, but it seems that the waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management could use a major overhaul.

Check your takeout order for accuracy before you get home and sit on the couch....... So. I placed an order online at around 8 PM tonight to go pick up a small order of wings as I watch the high school hockey tournament. The computer says its not ready until 8:40. I'm no wing expert, but I think its somewhat crazy that it takes 40 minutes for some wings to be ready. Actually, it was more like 46. Let me walk you through my hellish experience. I walk in the door a few minutes after 8:40. Probably like 8:44 or so. Robert, the guy working the take out counter hands me a bag of wings. I sign the receipt and get home, only to open the bag and find not the honey bbq wings I ordered, but garlic parmesan or something like that. I call the store and he acknowledged he made a mistake, he said my bag of wings came out right after I left. He said I can run back up there and pick them up and he will warm them up for me. Doesn't even offer me a fresh batch of wings. So, I get there to pick up my microwaved wings at 9:10 or so. He said they will be out in about 4 minutes. They aren't even ready?! So, he comes back out with a bag and I get to my car. Noticing that the aroma of my honey bbq wings I ordered isn't what I smell, I check the bag to find Asian Zing boneless wings.... OMFG! Are you kidding me?!?! So I walk back in there, irate to say he screwed up again. He quickly passed the blame off to the kitchen, go figure. He walks back there to figure out what happened. He comes back out and says a new batch of wings will be out in 6 minutes. Meanwhile, as my hockey game I was trying to watch is probably almost over by now... He comes back out and successfully gives me my order of honey bbq wings on the third try... Poor customer service. I thought it was standard practice that if you screw up an order and make the customer drive all the way back from home to pick them up that they would pick up the tab. Not so. Not even for screwing up twice! Didn't offer a beverage or a water as I sat in the entry way for 15 minutes waiting for my correct order. So here I am, finally, at home, watching the hockey game with 5 minutes left in the game at 9:41 PM, 1 hour and 41 minutes after I placed the order, $10.11 broker, more if you count the gas it took to drive back and forth twice, with a hot batch of honey bbq wings. Counting them as I eat to make sure I actually got 10. I'll update if I get less. But never the less, moral of the story: Check your takeout order for accuracy before you get home and sit on the couch...

I come here about once a month or so, it is probably my favorite restaurant. What can I say, I'm a sucker for wings, beer, and sports. This location is pretty nice, very clean on the inside and friendly staff. I almost always get the medium wings (traditional not boneless) and a basket of potato wedges, both with lots of blue cheese. One word of advice, don't get wedges to go, they are always soggy by the time you get them home. My only complaint is that on wings Tuesday they charge you for a tiny cup of blue cheese or ranch (they charge for celery too but I don't eat rabbit food). It's not fine dining by any means but its good food and a fun atmosphere.

We come here about once every 6 weeks or so and are always happy. They're kid friendly and we love wings so IMO you can't go too wrong with BWs. Last time we were there was the first time we've had an issue. Our daughter's meal did not show up until almost the very end of our meal and you know how kids can be when they get tired of crayons and whatever toys you've brought and there's still no food! Our server apologized numerous times and eventually took it off the bill. I used to work in a restaurant so I'm pretty sure this wasn't her fault but she handled it well. Other visits have been great. Prompt service, good, hot food, full bellies!

Agree with Jack on the tables not being wiped off dry, and I can see that being irritating, but I always go later on when it's busy so I can understand it. The Wing Leader (aka the manager) is a cool dude. I enjoy my wings when they're not drowning in sauce, and I know that separates me from most. Most times, I am very satisfied! Good staff, and a up-tempo atmosphere make this a fun restaurant to attend. And I know there's a bar, but they could turn down the TV's a bit (or reduce the echo effect of the sound) to make it a little easier to talk in. But that's a very minor fault. Thumbs up!

Arnie Palmers and naked chicken tenders with all the sauces you want!!!! My husband gets the boneless buffalo wings. I need to watch my figure so love the option of omitting the breading. Pass. Inconsistent with other BW3's. Too sparse on the wing sauce, refills were a struggle, getting the bill was rough and the cost of a soda was 2.19. And of course they managed to pursue my biggest pet-peeve, not drying the table off after washing it before guests sit down. Little things folks, they add up! Drives me nuts...Thanks....but no thanks!

It was great. A slight problem on my boyfriends burger, it was burned! But the manager stepped up and got his meal for free! I like that manager.. He knows how to take care of things around his place!
