Be Aware that NOT every Domino's Pizza place is the same -- but THIS Domino's store compared to all the other places that we have eaten IS THE BEST. We order Domino's Pizza either every Friday or Sunday. The employees at the store took the time to get to know us by name and take the time to find the best deal for our family. We have gone out of our way just to get pizza from this store. Even the times that the pizza has not turned out the best they have made us a new one for free and offered us Soda when our order was taking longer than normal even if it is only 5 mins late. Add great pizza and FANTASTIC customer service and you have the recipe for a life-time customer.

They revamped it like 3 years ago and it was good, they have since slipped back I to there old ways. Nice staff and great management... just nasty food that's extremely high in fat and calories. Some pasta bowls are 1400 to 1600 calories.

I called in tonight after finding out they delivered to our hotel until midnight. I work the front desk so people are constantly asking if places deliver here. Every time we send someone your suppose to get a "Front Desk Card" and when you collect 6 you can get a free medium pizza. Some cards say valid only on carryout and some say complimentary pizza delivered to front desk. So I asked the driver that was here and he said as long as we tip them they'd bring it out. So I called the store and tried to place and order with a person by the name of Scott. He said that these cards only work for carryout, I explained that his delivery driver was here and said it shouldn't be and issue. Even tho some of the cards say they can deliver. They just didn't want to do any work since it was 1/2 until closing time. I have 30 of these card and I should have more since today alone I sent two customers their way and the last couple times the drivers haven't given me anything. The Scott was extremely rude and unprofessional and so I said forget it and that I wouldn't be giving out their menus to customers anymore. I'll just start sending them else where. The worst part of the whole matter was them sending someone up here with two pizza's over a hour later because they felt bad. I turned him away because I'd already eaten and I don't understand how he'd know what type of pizza I'd like since I never even got the chance to place the original order. So he ended up stomping off rudely in front of hotel guest. Losing hotel business it the worst thing a pizza place can do since we own four of the five hotels that they deliver too.

Save a Chicken, don't order Chicken Wings from this corporate box store. Chicken Wings. what the hell was I thinking... OK, I thought I've learned my lesson, I guess not! OK, work lunch and the pizza was OK, not great with way to many herbs on the crust (note to self; if you need to smother the crust with herbs you know you're hiding something). I took the lead to order and was sucked in by the prerecorded message that said I should try the new, super crispy chicken wings! Man am I a dumb ass / marketers dream / sucker. These were by far the worst chicken wings I have ever had. I don't know how they cook them but they were super fatty, filled with grizzle and not at a good temp. They tasted like they had been put in a microwave and heated but not cooked anymore than that. The texture was bad, the meat quality was worse and the taste was somewhere in between. If I was a chicken I would be pissed that my fellow feathered friends gave their lives for this corporate crap! They need to do a commercial apologizing to chickens everywhere! KT

After all the blah, blah, blah about we listened to our customers and reinvented our pizza the way you want it, all I can say is EPIC FAIL. The crust is still cardboard like, the cheese is low quality, the sausage is worse than the cheapest frozen pizza on the market and this reinvented sauce is horrible on the same scale as the original. No way. Never. I will not order Domino's unless I'm straight up starving and have no other option. Even then, I know the first 2 bites will be the best part of the experience and once the real flavors come through, I'll be disappointed.
