Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Olive Garden is usually a 2-3 star experience for me, but this location earns the fourth star bc of our adorable server who kept the breadsticks coming and didnt make me feel bad about turning down extra fresh parmesan. And mostly bc of how well he handled both the kids and the grandparents with charm and ease. Plus, OG food done perfectly is fine. The food here would win a gold ribbon from their corporate office, if not from a food critic.

It's an Olive Garden, like any other Olive Garden anywhere in the US. It's clean, food is fine, staff is hit or miss, you may get the college kid who doesn't care about your dining experience or you may get an experienced staff person who really tries. Usually there is a wait on the weekend but they do move along nicely.

Usual food like all Olive Gardens and decent service until today. I usually don't leave bad reviews but today I had to to let them know how bad their customer service was. Called in to place a to go order, was kept on hold for 13 minutes and by then I drove to restaurent. There was guy called Jacob, told him that I am still on hold even after 13 minutes, reply was "okay". Hmmm.. After a little while asked him, so is it okay to be on hold for 13 minutes to place an order?? Then he goes "probably not". These are the exact two words that I got in response. I understand that people get busy and can't handle calls but his response was totally unexpected and a from Olive Garden its something which I would probably never expect. If you are busy you should know how to maintain calm and treat customers, otherwise reviews like this will pop up. Just a single sorry for the wait would have solved up the problem.

Good stuff, a little pricy but good. I try something new every time I go, I have not been disappointed yet! The food depends on the chef, and the specials have always been good. I understand that the waiter/waitresses are under pressure to sell sell sell... But I am not a wine drinker, sometimes I feel like there is a lot of pressure to buy.

The food was bland with no sauce and not worth the money. The shrimp tasted like it was bought on sale at walmart

The food usually tastes pretty good, but it always seems soaked in fat and processed mixes. I always have a sore stomach afterwards. Not a bad chain, but certainly not like an authentic Italian Restaurant. I've done a lot of traveling throughout Italy and really haven't found any solid dishes I'd recommend very strongly. My recommendation would actually be the soup and salad. You can't seem to go wrong with the salad and all soups are pretty tasty...
