My experience here wasn't great. My server acted as though I was troubling her whenever I asked for something. At one point I was wondering if she was even going to return to take my order. She finally did and I ordered an appetizer to start - their Bloomin' Onion. I normally like these; however, on this occasion it was horribly over salted. I pretty much pushed it aside and opted to leave it. The salad came next and it was exactly what I ordered, which I guess shouldn't be too much of a surprise - you really can't screw up a salad, at least I don't think so. The main course arrived shortly thereafter. Sadly, it didn't have the mushrooms I had asked for. When I mentioned this to my server, she said she would bring me more out right away. Well, it wasn't "right away" - more like ten minutes later. My steak was one-third done by this point. That wouldn't have been such a big deal but she didn't even apologize for the error. Instead, I received more attitude as if I were inconveniencing her somehow. Overall I don't have anything negative to say about the food, except the onion. The reason for the low rating is the very poor service I received. Had that not been what it was, I would have added 1-2 more stars to this review. If you do go here, watch out for Christy as your server. You may not feel very welcome.

Usually 5 star. Last night walked in and sat at the bar... Didn't get noticed for 5 minutes and then while I was waiting for my dinner, I was fortunate to hear the staff complaining about one another. My prime rib was suppose to be medium... I was lucky enough to get the end piece of fat. It must have been that bad that I had three different people ask how my dinner was after not being noticed at all. Use to be a weekly place for dinner but I do not recommend going here and I won't be anymore.

We've been here several times, it's just your usual steak house. They try extra hard to be super nice you can see how hard they try. We did leave our phone there and called back and they had it. Seems to be nothing special than other Outback steakhouses. Not near as good as a timber lodge. I don't really care much for the place but you can do a lot of drinking there they had a big bar. I would recommend it if you have a moderate amount of money to spend and a lot of people to feed.

"Meh" pretty much sums it up. I had dinner here with some clients who proclaimed this their favorite place (cue sad trombone noise) - this location doesn't seem to be appreciably better or worse than other OB's. It is BUSY though! Every table was full on a random Wednesday, so groups might want to call ahead. Fortunately, my clients were really happy with their dinners, so that's all that really matters to me. I opted for something light and ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna app which is sashimi style peppered tuna over Asian slaw. The actual fish was pretty darn good for a non-sushi restaurant. A wee bit fishy and overly salty, but honestly not bad at all. The Asian slaw, on the other hand, was a total salt lick to the point of being inedible. Had I not been with customers, it would have gone back. Same thing with the broccoli side I ordered - very heavy handed on the salty seasoning. Service was "okay" too - we had long waits for drink refills, etc but I think that had to do with the place being packed as our server was really hustling. I've had worse chain food and I've had better - if you like Outback and don't mind excessive salt this location will probably do you right.

Terrible service from a skinny blond bartender. Had to ask numerous times to refill my drink and she seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Watched her complain about her co-workers, complain about customers and complain about her tips. We got tired of the poor service and moved to a table. From then on, things got better. If we go back it wont be to sit at the bar!

I am glad they are open for lunch. This is very close to were I work and how fabulous it is to be able to get up there and enjoy a steak, sweet potato, chicken sandwich, soup, salad---pretty much whatever my heart desires for under 10.00 and really feel like I had a meal and not fast food. The chicken sandwich is awesome and has some buffalo sauce on it---the bun is a bit dense and the sandwich is sloppy to try and eat without a fork but I really love this sandwich. I am just sad I cannot partake of cocktails in the middle of my work day.

Stopped in for lunch now that they open for lunch. They should stayed closed. Awful burnt bun cheeseburger. Hard overcooked flavorless fries. All for just $8. (Wild Bills and others give you good and 50% larger portions of the exact same order for $5 at lunch! Plus my wife's quesadilla was cold with a drop of chicken and slab of cheese inside. Add a diet coke, which was never refilled for $3 and you have the worst lunch value in the Twin Cities. Like I said awful.

Nice place for bite to eat I had the 12 oz house steak med rare. With side salad fries. Meal came well prepared and steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it. The steak quality was what I paid for had good flavor but was a little tuff. I'd order it med or med well next time or a better quality of steak to remove some the tuffness my total bill with a large beer came to $26 not too shabby for a full belly and steak

Went here around 7:30 on a Thursday with my boyfriend and his mom. Got a booth shortly after walking in. Ordered our drinks, unfortunately they were out of the Angry Orchard hard cider so my mother in law had to pick something else. We immediately knew we wanted to order a Bloomin' Onion ($8.29) as an appetizer so that came rather quickly after we ordered it. I tried a bite, not being a fan of onions I didn't care for it. My bf and his mother loved it though and before long it was gone from the plate. I enjoyed the bread with butter while I waited for my entree of Sirloin and Choice of Shrimp with broccoli and garlic potatoes(19.99). Boyfriend ordered a DoubleBurger($10.99) and his mom ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms($7.49). Was a bit surprised that there were only 4 shrimp in my meal, would have expected more along the lines of 6 shrimp. Sirloin was tender and delicious. Barely tasted the garlic in the potatoes; was nonetheless tasty. Broccoli was really buttery, which I liked. Boyfriend liked his burger except the onion which he didn't realize would upset his stomach later. Mom enjoyed her stuffed mushrooms. After that we saw they offered Cinnamon Apple Oblivion($7.79) and ordered one for there and one to go for mom, boyfriend got the cheesecake($4.99). The cinnamon dessert was so large in portion I had to get a container for the rest of it. Mom's to go dessert was brought out in a container, which we later found out was separated by ingredient into little containers so she could put it together at home. Very thoughtful to do it that way. Overall, very impressed with the service and quality of food we received. Our waitress, Elizabeth, was very attentive to our every request and quickly refilled the bread when we were finished with one. Will recommend this location to friends in the future.

I wish I could give more stars! Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! I love to try new places but my love-affair with this Outback has seriously derailed my dining-out adventurousness. I'm hooked! We go frequently for dinner or for a late-night happy hour cocktail. I am never disappointed and ALWAYS have a good time. The owner is friendly and available and the servers/bartenders - they MAKE this place!! My favorite menu-items is the 6 oz. filet w/ grilled lobster. They are saltier items but I love it. If you're not a fan of salt, be sure to request limited salt and they will take care of you. Another to-die-for item is the lamb. Oh wow! It's so good that it has cured my recent "I wish I was on a cruise ship eating leg of lamb" craving. Seriously. Wow. Protip: Ask for the honey butter for the bread. Good lawd. That's it .... we're going tonight since I am now drooling all over my keyboard.

Tried this Outback again after previously poor dining experience. Service was good, which is no match for the substandard food. I p...ed like a goose about 1 hour after the meal. Was it the sirloin steak, poorly " dressed potato" ( cold) or limp asparagus ( over cooked).$1 extra charge, hmm why ? Had a gift card. My dinner guest 's meal was good or maybe he was just being polite. Over priced chain food .

Hooooorible service! We sat at a table in the bar for over 10 minutes without anyone even looking at us. Finally a spot opened up at the bar so we stole it....and cleaned all the food off it. The bartender was actually good, not fantastic, although she did apologize for all the other crappiness. The food runners were terrible, just dropping food and leaving, missing half of what we needed. I also watched multiple servers sit at the well and stare at the bartender. How about you go run her food rather than watch her run around like crazy trying to take care of everything?! Finally, I've said it before and I will say it again, why can kids sit at the bar in this state?!? I really hate that! :(

The service was ok, but the food was a disappointment. My filet was tough for a filet and wasn't a very good cut. To me, a filet should cut easily and melt in your mouth. That's the purpose. This one did not. I got a lobster tail with the filet--so surf and turf. The lobster tail was very small and just OK. For $25, I would want it to taste a bit better. Next time I want steak, I'll find a place with good reviews from Yelp first!

There couldn't be a bigger swing and miss if this Outback were located in Mudville and the mighty Casey was at the bat. This is the third time I've been to an Outback in my life and I just don't understand what the appeal is OR why anybody would be a repeat customer. My steak was so salty the settlers in the game Oregon Trail could have set it in the back of a wagon safely preserved in Missouri and eaten it when they got to Oregon! Provided they didn't die of dysentery or wolf attack, of course. The mashed potatoes were OK, bread too, but come on, I don't go to a steak house for potatoes and bread. This is the same experience I remember from my other two visits. Death by salt! I add a star to the rating though, because the entertainment value on this trip was off the charts. I asked my server for some soy sauce and she looked at me funny and asked me what is soy sauce! LOL! Of course this was before I understood (and didn't remember from previous visits) that the steak's mass was half salt so i didn't even use the sauce. I'm sure the servers loved me for that. They went through such an ordeal to procure it for me, I was told. At any rate, to me this place, every location, is in Mudville. Three visits, three strikes. They are Out and I won't be Back.

We have gone here a couple times for "date nights." This last time I debated between pasta and a burger. I asked the waiter if the pasta was good, or REALLY good. He said it was REALLY good, but I thought it was just good. I would say for a steakhouse, though, their pasta is good (who orders pasta at a steakhouse, right? Well, I do!) My husband ordered the bacon cheese burger, and loved it. His only bad critique was that it was quite tall (hard to take a big bite out of), but I think the taste more than made up for it. They also serve you fresh rye bread with garlic butter, and have NO PROBLEMS bringing you out more. (We got 3... I was really hungry for carbs, I guess.) Being as I ate so much bread, I took some of my pasta home, and the waiter came to the table and packed it up right in front of us.

Boyfriend and I came here on an impromptu early birthday date night. Laura was our server and she was fantastic! Seriously ask for her section. We had the Victoria Filet.... Sooo juicy and full of flavor. That with a loaded baked potato, Cesar salad and asparagus... Yup, pretty amazing. Oh and you have to save room for dessert: the sundae. Heaven. House made chocolate and whip cream... We were just going to have "one bite" ... Few minutes later it was gone :) Service was quick, fun and even the manager stopped by to make sure we were having a good night. We're coming back!

Overall, it was probably the worst Outback experience (out of the 4 times I've been to one of these Outbacks). Given that it was during dinner hour, service was ok. Food was meh. But the reason why it's only two stars was because of the sauces. The creamy diablo sauce that went with the 6 oz sirloin was basically nacho cheese with maybe a hint of jalepeno. Also, there were two sauces that came with the seared ahi tuna appetizer. One was a wasabi vinegrette but overly sour which resulted in barely tasting any wasabi. The other sauce (creamy ginger-soy sauce) had no ginger flavor and tasted more soy sauce than anything else.

The people at this place are so kind but hungry for a tip. They do a great job at what they do thoigh. The food is great line always and at a modest price. I take my girlfriend almost once a week great hospoitality. Ask for liza she's the best.

As far steak goes, outback is up there. Had the 8oz prime rib and loved it. Wait wasn't too long. Customer service was top notch! Would come back for sure.

Great and attentive staff, but the food was nothing like it was described on the menu. I have been to other outback locations and they've been great. This, however, was disappointing.

Good service, great steak cooked exactly the way I ordered it. Everything I expected. And one of the coldest tap beers I've ever had.

(2)Crystal S.
(2)Polly B.

Four stars, because this is Outback. Simply put, this is what a franchise should be. I know what to expect before I get there, and this location consistently delivers on that.

(5)Ben O.
My wife and I go here all the time! Wouldn't if we had any major issues. We have always loved most of our servers and the management has always taken care of us. Its can get busy so I recommend doing call ahead seating but make sure you keep on top of them about it.
(4)Tarra G.
(5)LQ N.
(2)Robert H.
