Wow!! Is all I can say. My coworkers and I bought burgers from the Hopkins location for lunch today. This was my first time ever tasting their food. The Burgers and fries were amazing! We talked about how great the food was all day long. The rest of the office kept trickling into our cubicle asking where the yummy smell was from!! Kudos!

Had a previous not so good experience with a Gyro via Foodsby. Tried again to today... WOW! What a great Gyro! Meat was moist, flavorful, tender; really great! The tzatziki sauce was fantastic. After the previous experience the manager assured me they can do a great Gyro and he didn't lie! WOW!

A clean, spacious, utilitarian layout much like Chipotle or Five Guys. Friendly counter service. Decent prices. Place your order, pay, get a number, find a place to sit and your food is brought to your table. Wait time seems a bit on the long side for the type of menu but not inordinately so. So far have tried the Philly "Wit' Wiz," a Gyro sandwich and a side of fries. I'd like to see them add to their soda selection. Maybe some brewed Iced Tea or Lemonade. Otherwise, found everything tasty and filling. Will be back to try other offerings such as their take on Poutine, their various burgers and the Truffle fries. As far as parking is concerned, if you want to park immediately outside of their entrance, it's a bit tight and maneuvering could be constrained. I pulled into a spot a few doors down where getting in and out was no problem. Plenty of spaces available.

Checked this place out for the first time today and it was amazing! Everything is grilled to order and very fresh! Someone made a negative comment about the employees being dreadlocked and tattooed. I guess some people still live under rocks. It was nothing out of the ordinary that you see walking down the street every day. The employees were presentable and very nice. I am definitely going back!

First off, let me say the entire staff is dreadlocked, tattooed, pierced, and scruffy bearded. Not a clean cut, clean shaven one among them. The staff could double for a prison chain gang. I was in the area for other reasons and thought I'd try something new outside of my neighborhood. There were eight visible staff people working, and 7 people already sitting down when I came in. Only two of them were eating. The rest were waiting on food and their orders. The service was SUPER SLOW even though they seemed well staffed. I ordered a sandwich and fries and it took them 17 minutes to produce it. They didn't even apologize for the wait. Tacky people and slow service. Great. Just great. The fries were hot, but unsalted. And since I got my food to go, to eat outside at the park on this gorgeous Memorial Day weekend, I didn't discover this until it was too late. I got to eat bland fries. The Philly steak sandwich wasn't bad. Not anything memorable, but not bad. Based on the slow service though, there's no way I'm driving out of my way again to come back.

Just old fashioned, American food done right. Start with the staff... as one reviewer posted below, they are dreadlocked, tattooed, and pierced. And if you talk to any one of them (at least the ones I talked to), they're easy-going, funny, and willing to talk about their favorites of the food they serve. (Hint: Get past people's looks and just talk with them.) The place was clean, and two people were buzzing about continually wiping tables, cleaning glass doors, handles, etc. There was definitely some "ownership" by these employees. After talking with the guy at the counter about his favorites, he recommended the Philly Cheesesteak. I'm not normally a huge philly cheesesteak fan, but this recommendation was spot on. Heaps of grilled veggies, good pile of meat, nice provolone. And it was PIPING hot... The fries were fantastic. Watched the guy making them. He knew enough to cut them, spread them on a single sheet, and let them air dry a bit before frying. Not sure if he "double fried," (once to cook and once again to crisp) but these were ridiculously good. And, as any good fry shop, they offered malt vinegar (as well as ketchup). My better half got the sweet potato fries, which I normally like better than the plain ol' fries. The sweet potatoes were good as well, but when the regular fries are THIS good... don't screw around. Get the classics. The servings were hearty, and everyone left plenty full. I'd go back in a heartbeat, and I'd try some other choices. These guys know what they're doing.

This place had promise, until I walked in the door. To begin there were two employees holding roller dumpsters, smelly garbage dumpsters standing at the order counter chatting away, blocking the counter. Service was ok, standard quick service. Lots of employees doing not much, so many that one of them was sleeping in one of the booths - great impression. I ordered Chicago dogs, these were not authentic. The dogs were not Vienna beef and were grilled instead of boiled. Buns we not steamed and were slightly stale, but at least they had poopy seeds. The condiments were close, but not quite right (regular plain relish instead of super green relish). If your gonna claim Chicago dogs - do it right. Probably won't go back, nothing special.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I got there, I ordered the California chicken breast sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and both were very good also we ordered the herb truffle fries and I I am very picky about my fries and I would say for a very good and tasty , I give it about an eight on a scale from 1 to 10 staff was very friendly and welcoming and fun!

Food was good. The basket of cheese fries was a huge portion for 3 and gyro was enormous. Prices were decent too. The other reviewer said the staff looked like they came out of a prison and the service was slow. I disagree, the staff looked fine to me. It's not a 5 star restaurant so you can't expect much. And the food is made to order so that's why it takes a little longer. As for parking, there are probably 10 spaces directly in front and like 50 more within 200 feet. You must be super lazy if you are complaining about the parking problem!

This place! This place... For the price I paid I got way more than I bargained for. So I walk in thinking a monster burger is nothing special maybe a few slices of lamb on the Gyro Monster Burger, no more than 3.., big woop. Against my better judgement and with encouragement from my girl friend I get the Gyro Monster Burger. What I get is this horrific monstrous thing of a sandwich that dared me to eat it. At least 8 slices of lamb a pleasant dallop of tzatziki sauce on a hearty yet soft bun. My first bite into this thing was musical, meat; well seasoned both on the lamb and the burger. Veggies- tomato, onion, lettuce; all fresh. Not only will I frequent this restaurant but I recommend and encourage anyone to try it. And the staff was friendly and patient as I contemplated my meal for the evening. I got everything I wanted and more. 5/5 P.S. To Chris W the guy who gave Streetz a 1/5 for the staff being of alternative styling... Choke on it pal. :)

I enjoyed my visit here and plan to return. Parking: the parking lot is a tight squeeze but not as bad as others have said lol Condition: it's really clean and the seating area is open (self seating). The kitchen is open so you can watch your food being prepared. Staff: it seemed to be well-staffed and everyone was nice and personable. Time: we seat for about 20 minutes waiting for food... I don't think that's too bad Price: average price... Comparable to Five Guys or Smash Burger type of place. Finally FOOD: the portions were huge and the food was very tasty. The fries weren't overly greasy or salty which I appreciate lol It was an overall pleasant experience.

I've been here twice, the first time the food was pretty good! Then second time was a total disaster. I ordered the bleu burger and fries and went to sit down. 15 minutes later they brought out a California burger, when I said that I didn't order this and told them what I had ordered I thought the situation would be over. Five minutes later the waitress comes back and says that I would need to pay extra for what I originally ordered, at that point I decided that to make things simple I would just ask for a regular cheese burger. I don't blame the waitress for this because she was just the messenger for their worthless manager. I received the same burger I got, reheated with cheese this time and it was disgusting, ate 4 bites and threw it away. Tasted like it had been frozen, cooked and then frozen again. The fries were great though. I won't be back.

Great food, great service, clean place to enjoy a good meal. The hamburger I had was cooked to order, medium rare. Fries are fresh cut. My husband had a Philly and enjoyed every bite. We will be back to enjoy other food. The staff is so friendly and helpful and smile while they work.

We love Streetz and went there 4 times in the first week after we first visited it! My Bostonian spouse has been looking ten years for a decent Steak 'n Cheese sandwich in the Twin Cities, and finally found it here! They have an awesome gyro, too! Most if the staff are super friendly and the food is cooked-to-order and super-fresh. I just wish they were open past 9pm!! I respect their decision to be closed on Sundays. We love Streetz!!

Streetz offers the perfect American grill food for an appropriate price. If you're in the mood for a flavorful burger or loaded sausage or hot dog this is the place to go. If you are really hungry, any of the fries are worth the order.

Streetz American appealed to me based on the street view and after reading it is positioned above most quick-serve restaurants but below a sit down casual like TGIF and Champp's. My family and I visited on night of Feb 27 for a quick inexpensive dinner and enjoyed a very nice meal despite a poorly planned parking lot and tenants. Service is counter order with servers delivering the meal and checking in throughout the meal. Service was above expectation. The menu variety is good with sandwiches and gourmet fries making up the majority of the menu. There are sausage sandwiches to choose from and I will try one of these options next visit. The monster burgers are bigger than the standard size with the meat serving accounting for the monster rating. I had the Gyros burger and the Truffle Fries. My family had Gyros wraps. Food was good to very good but the $8.95 price for a "monster" was a little steep in my opinion. Truffle fries were awesome. The $10 special for Monster burger, fries and drink was a fair deal. Everyone enjoyed the food and we agreed we would return. Three of us ate for $28 which includes three sandwiches, three drinks and one gourmet fries. The building parking situation and tennant layout is a joke. My first reaction when attempting to pull in was "not worth it" due to a crazy parking lot waltz as a result of a narrow parking lot, too many 15 minute spots and full size SUV's. I don't understand why building management would sign two businesses with in and out traffic when constrained by space and one access point. Moreover, what was the City Engineer thinking when approving the plan. Parking may improve if the building manager would remove snow more thoroughly. I will try Streetz again and highly recommend it as an alternative to the Other counter serve places in the area.

I recently went to the new Streetz in Hopkins (very difficult to find online), there is another location in Bloomington. It's set up like a fast casual (i.e noodles, chipolte). They have lots of burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, etc. They have a nice selection and it's a large location wide open and clean. I had a chicken sandwich and my friend had a gyro and we shared a basket of sweet potato fries. The portions are huge so a basket is big enough for 3-4 people. My chicken sandwich was excellent as was the gyro my friend had. This is a great place for a burger or sandwich if you want something inbetween fast food and a sit down restaurant. Give it a try

Just finished my second visit...and the experience was as good as the first. The staff was helpful and super nice. Food is excellent - exactly what you would expect from this type of place. Everything is fresh made and delicious. I tried the Philly cheese steak "wit" and it was great. Fresh cut fries were cooked perfectly. Second time around I had the California chicken sandwich. Great flavors and fresh toppings. Next time I will try one of the "monster" burgers. This place is definitely a cut above the other chain "fresh" burger places.

Had driven by a couple times and decided to try it. Ordered the classic Gryo salad. Delish! Meat was perfect, fresh salad ingredients, warm pita bread and the tzatziki sauce had just the right flavor. The serving was also huge so for $8 that's not bad. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. I'll be back to try the Philly cheesesteak.

Heard about the place from a few friends whom live in the area, so I stopped in one day for lunch. Friendly staff. The food was good. The truffle fries were delicious, however the basket was definitely enough for at least 4 people which my coworker & I wish we would have known ahead of time. The gyro was good, but nothing special. I would try a different sandwich next time. But overall, good prices, good service, good food. I'd probably come back again.

Overall, great food and nice service. Ordered the New York Coney Dog and sweet potato fries. Both were yummy and it was a big serving of fries. I thought the staff was nice. We waited maybe 15 minutes for our food which to me means they are actually cooking it and not warming it up. We came in about 25 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. A worker told us after bringing the food that if we noticed them starting to clean up not to feel rushed and to take our time. I thought it was nice that they acknowledged this fact. And I was cool with it. I've worked places too where I want to leave on a Saturday night so you do stuff ahead of closing. The music was a little loud (I'm so old) but the booths are comfortable. They have an outdoor space but it's right on hwy 7 so not the most chill. I'll definitely return!
