I've been here quite a few times during all times of the day. There really isn't much to complain about. It's a high traffic location so expect a short line in the mornings. Lots of businesses around the area and loads of employees picking up large bagel orders for their companies. If you don't like their coffee, which is decent for the price, you can go to Caribou next door. I've been ordering the Nova Lox bagel in the morning for breakfast. It's raw salmon and it's $6.99. it's pricey yet healthier than McDonald's breakfast offering and quite tasty. My arteries thanks me. I'm not from the east coast. So my bagel experience is limited. But I like their bagels. There is a large selection and the popular ones run out by mid afternoon. Try the apple cinnamon bagel with honey almond cream cheese, my wife loves the combination. My favorite is the pretzel bagels and I wipe off the salt. I do that with all my pretzels. Weird huh? Service is good. Ample parking. Pleasant employees. Really busy in the AM.

I'm not sure if the bad reviews here happened right after it opened or what. But here is my two cents.... I was staying at the Holiday Inn, right behind this location. That made this really convenient. And they open at 5 am. I ate dinner here twice. The first dinner consisted of a ham and cheese sandwich and soup. The second was turkey chili and turkey sandwich. Both meals where delicious. They are connected to a Caribou Coffee so I popped over there after grabbing my meals to go, for a dark hot chocolate. I also stopped in the morning one day to pick up two bagel packs and cream cheese to take into the office with me. They have a table stacked with pre made boxes of bagels when you first go in. So you grab you crew cheese and box and go to the counter and pay. So quick and convenient. Never seen this in any other bagel place and I loved it. The service I had was not slow. They did just fine and chatted a bit to me too. I would go again.

Stood at counter for nearly 5 minutes before anyone showed up to take our order. She was taking a bath room break. Both my daughter & my bagels had about 1 large tablespoon of cream cheese on them. I wished i could attach the picture i took. Not a great way to start the morning.

We used to like to go here for the bagel sandwiches and bagel dogs but it's gone down hill and now it's terrible. First, they have cut the quality of the food overall. The serive is bad. But most of all it's FILTHY!! The tables are always dirty and gross, no one ever cleans them. The coffee, soda area does not look like it ever gets cleaned. The floors are filthy and full of old food that never gets cleaned, and the fabric on the booths is stained and/or ripped. The last time we went we had to clean our own table and out of the 6 tables that were open they were all dirty and full food or crumbs or spilled drinks etc. We just cant go back anymore when it gets worse every time we go.

Well, it was a dreary Sunday afternoon, and my friend decided to come to this location because it was close to the house. I could only imagine that this place would be busy on a weekday morning......it was completely empty on a Sunday afternoon. Anyhow, I ordered a everything bagel, toasted, with an abundance of cream cheese. Also, I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. It was absolutely delicious considering I was trying to get over a rough night of partying. They overtoasted my bagel though and the everything bagel didn't have everything :(

Service here in the morning is pathetic. I've seen quadriplegics move faster. Avoid in the morning if possible. **EDIT** I've actually waited quite a long time before submitting this, in the hopes that my feelings would change. They haven't. I've been a regular customer at this location for a long time...but that is now over. I honestly don't believe that the service at this location could be worse.

Since the hotel I was staying at had some funky breakfast items I ended up grabbing food here a few mornings. They have a great Greek yogurt with granola and honey that wasn't loaded with sugar. I'm also partial to the asiago bagel. I never had too long of a wait and the staff was friendly.

So here is the good news - if you want blueberry bagels you are in luck, they stock those by the hundreds. I'm not sure if the rest of the recipes are just too darned difficult for the staff to handle but they had at most 3 of any other kind of bagel that was in stock, but that's giving them too much credit since half the baskets were empty... It's not too hard to expect that a bagel place down the road from a large church would be busy on a Sunday guys! Make some poppy seed bagels!
