The food is always great and the staff is always friendly! My only complaint would be that every time I order a regular bowl of soup that I receive a small side of soup.

Have to say, I am a fan of Noodles. They have great options that are healthy choices and I like that I can show up one day and have mac and cheese and the next day have some asian noodles. It keeps my tastebuds happy. This new strip mall is great, everything I want in one place...starbucks and noodles. My only dissappointment is I stopped in for a to go order for class, I arrived at class and there was no protein on my noodles. A little upseting...i wanted my chicken. They are a newer store and the staff needs more time to really get up to speed.

Arden Hills: Service is really slow because there aren't enough people working. ALL of the tables were dirty. We ordered the Pad Thai and it was missing ingredients and didn't have enough sauce so it was dry. We asked for an extra plate twice but then had to go to the counter to actually get it (first world problem, I know, but it's still bad service). As usual, it costs way more than it should and we always feel a bit ripped off when we're done. So why do I continue to go back? Because my kids love the pesto cavatappi. But I won't be going to this location again...unless I forget how bad it was the first two times.

Places always make me feel warm and fuzzy when I'm allowed to tweak the menu just a little. I don't enjoy spaghetti noodles and they let me change it to the same noodles as the butter noodle dish. Excellent! And the Parmesan chicken is awesome! Quick, easy, and delicious.

We got dinner from this location for the first time since they opened. So disappointed. I got my favorite Indonesian Peanut Sauté, and it's so spicy-hot, I can barely eat it. In the 15 minutes from there to home, it also completely dried out. And no matter which location I go to, I ask for NO sprouts, and there's always stragglers that make their way in. We got the mac and cheese for our 2 year old. Basic elbow macaroni with some shredded cheese in the middle. We could have made that for less than a buck. Way overpriced. I've always liked Noodles and Company... but we probably won't be back to this one.

New location in Arden Hills. Typical Noodles and Co with great food and rice krispie treats. Place is clean and the service is good. I like being able to mix my pasta with a selection of different meats and veggies. Wish there was one of these in Tulsa.

Great place. Good location, great food, and great service. I've been there several times and they've never disappointed me.

So sad this chain is so expensive for what you get. This new noodles location is nice and has friendly staff, but it's a small space.

( Five stars for location! I haven't had a bad experiences at any Noodles location, and this one is no different. I am just so glad to have one closer to me!! I love to put in a to-go order on my way to work-its my go to meal when I'm running late :-) ) This was my original review, but since then I've had several occasions where I felt the staff at the register were very unfriendly. I've also had multiple occasions where they've left out utinsils in to-go orders, and also completely missed an item that was paid for ahead of time. That experience was particularly frustrating, because they 1st asked me to go into the regular order line instead of the to-go line, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead to expedite the process because there were other people in line. Then they handed me my bag without everything I ordered, and when I informed them of this mistake, they were less than apologetic. Quite off-putting customer service at this Noodles and Co. location unfortunately.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
