Raw pizza and the owner hung up on us... As Detroit natives we are very familiar and used to be very loyal to the Little Caesar chain, tonight ruined that. We pre-ordered on the phone deep dish with extra cheese and some toppings. We asked for it to be cooked longer due to the extra cheese and toppings, which makes the pizza thicker. The person taking the order said it will be ready in 11 minutes, my husband said no rush please cook longer to ensure it is done. We arrived 25 later and was told they were waiting for us(strange since we ask for a longer cook time). Guess we should have checked for doneness at the store. The pizzas were raw and cold in the middle. My husband called the store to complain and spoke to Gary, the franchise owner. Gary told him all pizzas, no matter how many toppings, are cooked that same amount of time, unless you ask for it cooked longer. Dan had to tell him 3 times that we had ask for it to be cooked longer. He proceeded to try to lecture Dan advising he sells 100's of pizzas and didn't understand why we were unsatisfied with raw, cold pizza. His uncaring and unprofessional attitude prompted my husband to say we were going to complain to call the corporate office..,he laughed and hung up on Dan at that point. Very sad

Some nights we just don't feel like cooking, and ordering pizza delivery seems tedious, and gets expensive. Little Caesars is a great option for good, inexpensive pizza in a flash. It is in a great location for us, just a block or two from home. The quality is comparable to the big box delivery stores, but at roughly half the cost. They have a system that works well for keeping a good selection of pizzas hot and ready to go. On the occasion that you do have to wait for your specific pizza, its ready sooner than you'd expect. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. I always appreciate the hustle and hard work from the employees here. Bang for the buck this place is top notch. Would have been 5 stars, but they have ran been out of the garlic butter dipping sauce on more than one occasion. Otherwise, I have nothing but good things to say.

This is my go to place when I don't want to cook for the kids. It's cheap and the kids love it. I am impressed with the deep dish pizza. I don't recommend the wings.
