He gave some unprofessionally lame excuse that two of his staff got in a fight and walked out! What!? Even if that was true, why on earth would you tell a customer. Judgement like that is probably why this location is running the way it is. On top of all this, and knowing we were displeased, no real apology was offered. Just some coupon to come back between 9pm-midnight only for a few free wings. No thanks! The only good part of our visit was our individual waitress, who was actually very sweet.

Took an elderly client here for lunch. Wasn't busy, service was friendly but very slow and food wasn't anything special. Took forever to get our food, app came the same time as our lunch and none of it was good. We had a chicken sandwich, sliders, and honey mustard wings. The wings were gross! Won't be going back.

Worst BWW yet. So sad cause I had really high hopes for this place. They opened in the mall and I live within walking distance. Went there for a birthday lunch with my daughter and we didn't even get noticed by any server. They just walked by our table and didn't even give eye contact. After 10 minutes of being ignored on my Birthday, me and my 9yr old left. So disapointing.

I am a big fan of buffalo wild wings!!! The beer and wings with great varieties of sauces... Just love it It is usually crowded on Friday and Saturday nights and if there is game going on then as well. It has tuesday 50% off on traditional wings and Thursday on boneless wings.. You try out the buffalo hot wings challenge if you are ready to become fire dragon in morning Anyways over all i love this place, go along with frnds and family and enjooy the game and loudness.. Service is bit disappointing when overcrowded but no issues once you have beer and wings served... Till that time enjoy with frnds.

Only 1 time we went was the service average. Which at this point I would be happy with. I do not expect the world but I do expect that the food will be hot, the service will be nice and the drinks will be filled. I am so disappointed with this place because it has so much potential. This place had absolutely the worst service I've received in a long time. 20 minutes after placing our order we receive one of our entrees. We wait ten minutes, not eating, and then our server comes out and says that the wings we received were actually supposed to be for another table. She takes those away and we wait another ten minutes. Our other entree comes out and now we wait another five to ten minutes before the corrected entree comes out. The server had extremely poor communication and they never bothered to comp anything. I understand this place is new and may have some kinks to work out, but judging by the other reviews, management is content with shitty service. I'm not going back and I'd suggest you stay away too.

Went to BWW to catch all the first round games of March Madness... It took the staff 20 minutes to figure out how to change the TVs to the right channel for the games... Seriously! You're a sports bar... Figure it out. joe sensers nearby would've had that figured out in seconds. Not coming back to bww for another March madness tourney.

DO NOT GO HERE. We have gone twice, the first time we waited for 45 minutes and got cold wings and the only thing that was hot was the French fries. The wait staff was incompetent, and even when they brought us cold food it was the wrong order. Try and have a conversation with the bartender, if you ask them what beers they have on tap and they will say 30+, but they don't have a clue what they are and can't find the time to look. We complained to the manager and they gave us a coupon to come back as an apology. Well, we came back, and lo and behold, 41 minutes until half our order came out. I am writing this as we are waiting for our food after another 20 minutes. Whatever you do, for the love of god, do not come here, they will waste your time and leave you angry.

If you have a child that is prone to throwing loud tantrums then this is the place to come. Simply put: with all the visual stimulation and noise in this place no one will notice a silly tantrum (or a helicopter for that matter). Quality wings. Quality sauces (spicy garlic is best). Good tap selection including many Minnesota craft beers. Lots and lots of TV's. Over priced for food served on paperboard. Very noisy. Parking is horrible.

For being a mall location the food was just like any other BWW; that's VERY good. The service went out of their way to make the customer happy. I will go back very frequently. I went there on a cold, snowy day and the spicy wings were just what I needed. The restaurant was busy for 1:15 on a Wednesday before Thanksgiving yet not overly crowded and noisy.

Seemed like everybody here was new. The hosts were running around like chickens with their heads cut off and set me and my friend at a dirty table reserved for the handicapped. The host promised to clean off the table but after 15 minutes of watching her run around the restaurant, we figured she forgot. A server asked if we a server had greeted us and we said no. She said she would fix it, but after another 5 minutes of waiting we realized they had forgotten about is as we were apparently invisible. So we decided to get takeaway butdecided it wasn't worth it after another10 minutes of waiting.After leaving the restaurant, a 16-year old with braces asked us if everything was already. We said we had a really bad experience and he just said 'oh' with no emotion and walked back in the restaurant. Dear BwW Edina: Please do not hire16 year olds with no prior restaurant experience and get new management. Thanks, I will not be returning.

I had been curious about the newest BWW location around me for quite some time and finally had a chance to check it out on Friday 9/5/14 with one of my friends. The inside and outside exterior is very nice. It's what you would expect from a new restaurant. Very sleek and modern. On the inside - it's like every BWW you've been to before, lots of stimulation from all the big screen tvs playing various programs and loud remixed music playing over the speakers. It was very clean and seemed to be running well for a newer establishment. We were told the wait would be around 35 minutes which for 7pm on a Friday evening was what we expected, but were pleasantly surprised when we got sat in about 15. Our waitress Hillary was super attentive and friendly. She came over and got my drink order a few moments after I was seated and proceeded to immediately come over once my friend arrived. During our meal she made sure to be an excellent waitress and came over to check that everything was good and to see if we needed anything else. All food and drinks arrived in a prompt manner. We ordered an appetizer of the queso dip and Hillary made sure to tell us there had been a slight change in the meal - we were very happy to know that before ordering. She placed the new addition of pico on the side for us to decide if we wanted to mix it in ourselves. When we did she even offered another small cup of pico to make sure we had enough. Our chicken was hot and delicious and our beers were cold. I couldn't ask for more. We even got to try a sample of their cheese curds due to a waiter bringing them around to tables (I wasn't a fan - I didn't like the sauce topping, but my friend enjoyed them.) The biggest downfall was parking. It's on the exterior of a busy mall and in a row of restaurants - so if you go during peak times be warned you will have to walk. I probably ended up parking around 2 blocks away. I guess I walked a small portion of those wings and beer off.
