Not too sure what the other review was talking about, but the girls behind the counter were super friendly and the food was delicious! I had their lunch special which included a ham/swiss/pesto wrap, cookie, and a drink for $7. That is the cheapest meal I've had in Duluth thus far. It was quick, which is what I was looking for. I will say the Holiday Center, where it's located, does seem to have a handful of sketchy folks wandering around. No one bothered me in the least. Nutshell: You want a quick, fresh lunch, here you go. Just don't expect anything super fancy when it comes to the atmosphere.

Very friendly and helpful staff with a few different breakfast options. It was helpful that the Holiday Inn gave discounts since they didn't really have any breakfast placed out themselves. I would opt for a local bakery next time, though.

Okay, it's not Starbucks, but it is convenient to the Holiday Inn. AND kudos for opening at 4:30am the morning of the marathon!!! Thank you! They ladies were even smiling and in a good mood :o) I only got skim lattes while in town visiting, but I appreciated the convenience and the accommodations they made for the early marathoners!

Can a location be too convenient? Maybe it was due to it being the leap day storm and some of the more colorful residents of Duluth were coming out of the cold and hanging out in the skyway but we were harassed by two separate individuals while were simply trying to get a couple of coffees and a pastry. One fine gentleman made a rude comment to my wife and threatened to jump off the second floor balcony (you're telling me brother, I live with her) and the other lady was going table to table making small talk and asking for money. The next day I went to the Starbucks closer to the Radisson and was only harassed by the regular hipster coffee house music and clientele. It's amazing what a door can do.

Great variety for a small shop. Wonderful friendly staff. Fast service. Regular customer punch card. I grab breakfast and lunch here a lot.

It's NOT a Starbucks. They 'proudly' offer Starbucks coffee but the barista had no idea how to make an Iced Americano. They made a regular Americano & then put ice. You don't make an iced americano w/ Hot water. C'mon! We got a donut that was ok & an onion bagel that was edible. Barista was nice enough. I'll walk the extra distance to the Caribou Coffee by Canal Park next time.
