Very good sushi rolls and martinis. Great atmosphere and great service. Would definitely recommend! The only thing I was dissapointed about was that they didn't give you very much rice with the entree and when you asked for more they charged you for it. It's the first asian bistro I've ever been to where they charge you for extra rice. That was very disappointing, otherwise everything else was great!

I would just sum it up as bland. I think 6 words were said to me the entire time I sat at the bar, which included a beer, appetizer, and sushi entree. The spring rolls had no taste and were fried slightly too long. I ordered a scorpion roll sushi entree which had no taste. It should have been oozing with flavor but I needed to use almost all the wasabi to get any sort of flavor out of the rolls. They were also impossible to eat with chopsticks as they weren't rolled tight enough and fell apart once picked up. Even the tap beer I ordered tasted flat like their co2 was out..also took me about 25 minutes to find a parking space...I was very excited to try this place out but left extremely disappointed.

Fast, and very tasty delivery food. I've never been inside, but I believe it's fairly new. My boyfriend ordered the sweet & sour chicken. It came with rice, salad and soup. I ordered the sesame chicken which also came with all the yummy sides. We were very satisfied! It was a perfect meal for the two of us. A little pricey, but no worse than some of the other Asian restaurants in Duluth. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they don't serve egg rolls. If they made those it would be perfect

I was very disappointed by the slow service at this restaurant and the ok food. Not only the service but I was very upset to hear one of the Asian managers call a Caucasian hostess a "white bitch." I felt that they were discriminating a young girl for what I didn't think was a good reason, as I observed she was doing her job and nothing else. I am very disappointed in that a will never go back to a restaurant with that kind of negative atmosphere.

I was impressed- mostly Japanese menu (perhaps not the best place to order Chinese sesame chicken- but it & a few other items are on the lunch menu), wait staff all Asian and very attentive & nice. We went for a late weekday lunch, mostly empty which wasn't surprising at that hour. Lunch menu was great- hubby had the 3 sushi rolls which came w miso & standard Japanese house salad w ginger dressing; I had the tofu teriyaki bento- soooo filling. Also came w same soup n salad plus all the other bento sides (rice, 3 pieces of shumai, 1 California roll, orange slices). We had standard green tea (frequently topped off). Owner came by & chatted us up- he's Taiwanese, super nice guy, hope the place lasts! We will definitely be back to try other menu items. They seem to specialize in hibachi, as well as typical sushi & Japanese fair.

Walked past here on our way into town and made it our dinner choice. We were seated right away on a Friday night. The service was average and the food was good. The atmosphere has cool lighting but a little loud. Had the rainbow dragon sushi roll and chicken curry. Both were yummy, just didn't stand out from any other Asian restaurant.

Duluth has the worst food scene. This place was alright, cream cheese wontons where the highlight and the drinks. Food portions are for two people.

This place is fairly new, so the interior is beautiful. It's very warm and inviting! And very clean. Everyone who has served me has been great.... I've never had to wait long for a table or for my food. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the menu items here are very expensive. More expensive than any other sushi place in Duluth. So that's my only complaint. If you don't mind driving out of canal and up the street.... Go to Hanabi!

Sushi is prolly gonna be the best in this town. My sister and are from SoCal and hoping to find noodles somewhere. Unfortunately, it was not here. Go for the sushi and sake but stay away from anything with broth.

I like the atmosphere and the sesame chicken was pretty good. Not a bad place to go for Asian food if you're in canal park.

This place is great! My friend loves sushi and we have been there 4x in the last week. The atmosphere is absolutely awesome and the people are very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and we have. Great transformation from the former restaurant!
