Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I love Chipotle. This will not deter me from returning. I love the food. However....... I realize that this is a new Chipotle location and there is probably a bunch of newbies and there are some kinks to work out with a new staff etc. As I was waiting in line, which is out the door and usually is or close to in every location. I was thinking they must be short staffed. I did see a help wanted sign. Oh, there are three employees on break, oh yes they are returning this will make the line pick up, sweet! Nope. Are they short on food, are they out of chicken or flour tortillas? Maybe they don't see the line out the door. Maybe they forgot about us.... Is everyone on break? I finally realized as I get painfully closer (snail pace or turtle) that this didn't seem like the usually Chipotle team. The front line consisted of three people. Let me repeat that....three people. What? Yes! I know right. I would not have been sooo irritated if they were the only three employees working. BUT there were 5 maybe 6 people right behind the three on the front line. You may ask, what were they doing in the back, why are they not helping, do they know we can see them. I am not 100% what they were doing. They kept coming up to the front line to check and replace half full food bins. The supervisor, was doing.....not sure. They had one girl taking out the garbage. Another moving equipment around. They looked like they were doing things, but did these things need to be done right now? However, in my opinion they were not taking care of what was staring them in the face. I felt it was mismanaged and I am in management for a large corporation that is known for hard work and efficiency. I wanted to jump in, I wanted to help. I wanted to eat. I wanted to see the usual well oiled machine on the front line I normally see. I did not tonight.

Food is delicious. The staff is always friendly and patient with international students like me. Impressive quantity for the price. I would say it is much better than Qdoba. My favourite mexican place.

I too like Chipotle... Anywhere else. The enormous line is ENTIRELY because of employee incompetence and poor design. 90% of stores have a waiting area inside that snakes around for when there are lines. This one has about 15 feet from the door straight to the counter. The usual "line area" is taken up by bar seating. This is Northern Minnesota. At some point it will be cold and people won't be willing to stand around in -30 degrees for a poorly made burrito. Poorly made? Yes. Once in the 15 feet of waiting space (after 35 minutes outside) I watched two separate employees break and have to remake four burritos. There were only about 8 people in front of me so they were redoing 1/2 of the orders. The other people were mostly appearing busy but one guy stood around, counted the people in line and stirred the meat on the line for 20 minutes. It might be worth Chipotle's while to ditch the barstools, make a real line and put some seasoned workers from the cities up at a hotel for a few weeks to get this madness sorted out. Until then, I'm hitting Qdoba.

While I have eaten at this restaurant many times since it has opened, this experience was by far the worst. I get a very simple dish and have been told many times that it is a three star. Today when I asked the cashier if he rang it up that way, he said no, you have too many items in your dish. I explained that I've been told multiple times and he just said no. I found this very unprofessional.

I went to this Chipotle location for the first time on December 22, 2014 about 20 minutes before closing time. There was no line, and only 2 or 3 tables occupied. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. Even though it was close to closing, they made sure we had freshly made food and didn't make us feel rushed. The portions and quality were what you'd expect to get from Chipotle. After we had been served and were wrapping up, (we had leftovers to take home) they offered to get us containers and a bag to carry it all. Above and beyond what I would normally expect for service for a fast casual place.

This is absolutely the slowest chipotle I've ever been to and I have yet to have a properly rolled burrito.

I love Chipotle, but this location is horrible! S-L-O-W line, staff doesn't seem to communicate with each other or with the waiting customers. They always seem to be out of something. The last three times I went they were out of things and once I waited way to long to get onions and peppers. I always go hoping it will be better, but no luck. The very last time they charged me for my son's kids meal and I didn't notice until I got home that they shorted me a milk and fruit. I guess I will have to wait to go to the cities to enjoy a good burrito.
