Great place! I love everything here. Some favorites are the chef salad, soup and sandwich combo, and the bagels with different cream cheese flavors. Everything is super fresh!

Bagels here are not bad, they have a lot of different spreads to put on them. I like to get the bagel toasted and just use regular cream cheese though. They have good sandwiches here and I really like the pizza. I used to hang out here and use the wi-fi on my laptop but alas I have moved away from Brainerd so no longer. When I'm back in town though, this is a place to check out.

A really decent pizza place! They have wifi, and bagels to boot. Along with a really fun pinball game if that's what you are into.

Worst service ever. The place was all but empty, save several employees. Waited 5 minute just to get someone's attention so I could order. Then waited another 35 minutes for a simple 10" pizza that wasn't even very good. Don't waste your time or money.

Order: Turkey, veggie cream cheese, honey oat bread In the fast sandwich category I give them 4 stars. Better the the three stars or below I give places like subway and ebert and Herbert's....you know what I mean. The sandwich was good. The service was awesome, I will be back!

Bagel is decent, however, service is very poor, extremely slow. We ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a Baker's dozen to go. It took 15 minutes.

Ordered a pizza to go, ready in fifteen minutes i was told. Arrived twenty minutes later to pick it up. Well, there was 1 young girl working the register. With no help and she clearly was new to it. Soon another teenage girl starts fiddling (I think), on the other register soon joined by another teenage boy which neither one of them offered the girl any assistance. Or for the most part acknowledge the long line starting to form. After 7 or 8 minutes, a woman comes in from the kitchen, manager? She then spends another few minutes still trying to get the order from the first customer. Still, she herself does not notice the long line. Customers waiting, are shaking there heads. At this time i catch the woman heading back to the kitchen. I told her I ordered a takeout over 45 minutes ago and I am still waiting, she looks at her watch and tells me that it's dinner rush. Well, i said if its dinner rush why do you have only one person on a cash register and a near empty dining room (2 tables being sat at, a total of 5 people)? Told her that I don't want the pizza and that this is the second bad experience I have had here. She offered no apology or explanation. Will try and give them one more try before I tell my friends my visits.
